I wouldnt go anywhere else. They do not try to sell you anything. The have knowledge and experience to diagnose & excellent repairmen. They take the time to listen to your issue and to explain options. Their rates are reasonable. And they stand behind their work. It is an excellent value. My construction crew and I were pulling my RV back from a job we did in Calico Rock Ar. As we got close to MT. Home the trucks breaks stopped working and power steering gave out. We pulled off on the on ramp of AR5 coming from the I102.Carter and Sons had a truck out to us in less then 30 mins. The technician that showed up was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to get our Chevy 2500 up on the flat bed and also connect my 28 pull behind camper to the ball hitch. Towed us to Mt.Home in one trip.If that wasnt awesome enough theyre price was half of what I was quoted by their competitors on the phone.Carter and sons service center knows how to under promise and over deliver.I truly hope to never have to use their service again, but if i need a tow near Mt.Home Ar I know who to call.

Actually forgot to schedule my truck in for oil change and fluid check before trip on Friday…Carter’s was able to get my truck in and serviced quickly.

Clutch went out in my Jeep, so I called them to have it towed in. They fixed the clutch plus some other minor things. The work was high quality at a decent price. Not much to dislike here except the the length of time before they could start work on it. However, if they treat everyones cars like they did mine, I can see why they are backed up with work. Will definitely use them again

This is a great place to have your car serviced or repaired. They are competent, honest and caring. I especially recommend Carters if you are a single woman. Unlike some other shops they do not try to take advantage of you by telling you that your car needs work that it really doesnt need just because you are female. These are real stand-up guys that know their business and do well.

We just started using them for our routine maintenance on both our vehicles after our previous mechanic of 9yrs moved and recommended them. I have to say they are awesome!!! Everyone was friendly and honest, especially Jason and Bob(Sorry, I didnt get the other names), service was great and completed in a timely manner at a great price.

Miles away from home and my truck decides to have a problem, the guys at Carter & Sons did all they could to fix it right then, but it was going to take more in depth work. I left it with them and got a ride back to my city. They had it fixed by midweek and at a very reasonable rate. I picked it up at the end of the week, wonderful work and people. I highly recommend.

Took my old car in for a simple alignment. Staff was very nice and got me in no problem. I wasnt even scheduled for it but i asked if they could replace my struts while they had it in the shop. No problem. Got it all done and back on the road. Great staff.

Just had my vehicle in for some work a few days ago and was very pleased. I felt that they were honest and efficient. Also, the work that I had done, cost exactly what I was told that it would prior to taking my vehicle there.

My 15 year old car wouldnt stay in gear and I had Carter & Sons tow it to their shop to look it over. They could have lied to me and told me I needed a whole new transmission and I would have believed them, instead, they were totally honest and told me I simply needed a new transmission cable. The repair only cost me around $100. If I have any problems in the future, this is where my car is going!

I went to Carter & Sons for a tune-up and found out that the previous tune-up I had done at Wal-Mart was a joke. Carter & Sons were able fix the issues that should have been taken care of the first time. At a reasonable price, I received excellent service. They were helpful, informative and professional. These are the only mechanics worth my time and money!

I cant say enough about the excellent service and top-notch customer service at Carter & Sons. I recently went in to have some work done that I was told was due at 100,000 miles by the dealer I purchased my car from. I was told by the manager at Carter & Sons that he didnt think my car actually needed this work done, and he proceeded to research further while I waited there. Turns out he was right - and this saved me around $1,000! He could have kept quiet and ripped me off for a lot of money, but thats not the kind of business these folks run. I am so grateful to have found Carter & Sons, and it is the only place I will take my car.

Facing a disastrous situation with our Dodge truck out of state, we found Carter and Sons by coincidence. It was after 4:00 PM; the Chrysler dealership told us no go till the next morning. We happened to see the sign for Carter and Sons and pulled in to see if they could possibly help. They got us right in, found the part we needed, and proceeded to stay well after closing time and got us back on the road that evening. Excellent people to deal with, extremely reasonable price and old fashioned courtesy. We HIGHLY recommend Carter and Sons if you need auto/truck repair, etc. You will not regret doing business with them.
