Took a right turn too sharp out of a parking lot and landed with the right wheel in a 2 culvert. Donald came and with his rig and lifted me up and out like he was threading a needle... that skill only comes with experience! I was back on the road in less than 30 FAST minutes from the time I called. 5 Plus stars. Definitely recommend.

Jamie literally screamed in my wifes face over a discussion about tow prices. We were having an upsetting discussion about prices after my sister in laws car caught on fire with her sister and baby in the car. My wife said two sentences about the situation and he stepped towards her raising his voice and yelling. Not professional at all I had to break it up and tell him to go inside and we would leave. So unprofessional. Why would he scream at my wife and not me, I wonder why?

I would not recommend it was treated poorly. The owner was extremely aggressive.

Jamie Mann at this company was extremely rude and aggressive to me for just trying to ask questions about why my sister could not pay for her car today. He was answering my husbands questions just fine until I asked him to clarify something and he started screaming at me that I was arguing with him and even took a step toward me.

My husband and I stopped for coffee came back our truck and it wouldnt start notice that the alternator went up Kevin with Discount recovery went to the auto parts store waited an hour for the part and then brought it to us stayed until we got the the alternator installed in the truck and gave us a jump made sure we were OK We cant say enough great things about this business and Kevin they went above and beyond what they needed to do thanks guys you guys Are great!The Householders

The owner of this business is a bully. He got in my face and screamed at me. I only gave my son a ride to pick up his car from this business. I was sitting in my truck outside the business when my son came out after 20 minutes. The owner would not release his car even after my son paid him in cash and had the correct paper work . I went into the business to ask the owner how this could be corrected. He got in my face and was screaming. I am 70 years old and the BOSS in this business is Jamie Mann is around 50.Do not do business with this company.The owner said he had videos of what happened. He needs to review his own video and learn how not to treat a customer.

Worst tow company in the county. Towed my car and will not allow me to get anything out of my car including my handicapped hanger that is for my husband. Only giving 1 star so I can leave a comment.
