We were on our last leg of homebound journey after 14 days on the road. Stuck at the Fairgrounds in Glenn Falls ID with our slide out unable to retract. Jason & Bill were booked solid until following morning, but they swung by between calls as soon as they could after we called, went far above and beyond to get our slideout back in and us and our horses safely back on the road. They pieced together the right tools to get the job done, after the OEMs manual retract tool broke. We could not have been more grateful. Angels come in T-shirts and big boots.

Tri-County Towing was awesome to take our call on a holiday weekend when others were not calling us back! We were broken down on I-15 between Hammett and Mt. Home, nearing the end of a 2k mile cross-country trip, and they quickly came to our rescue. Brandon and Rob were very professional and friendly. Hopefully we wont need to be towed again anytime soon but we highly recommend them!

This is intended for the repair shop, but because Google will only allow me to edit my previous review and because I have hired their superb towing staff before, I will post it here.Prior to March 25th 2021 I had only been a customer of Tri-County Towing and Repair on one occasion, and that was nearly a year ago. I was very impressed by the service and communication from the entire staff and I knew I could trust them to work on my vehicles again. I was not disappointed.I still own the same tow rig and camp trailer, but weve begun venturing out further away from home for our weekend adventures so I decided an upgraded transmission cooler was in order. I trust this shop and their technicians enough that I never even called a shop in my home town.It was explained to me that the shop was getting quite busy, but they managed to slip me into a spot just a few days away.Mike is the technician that drew my work order that morning and I have to give him a huge shout-out. The shop bays were full, so the install was done outside with occasional snow flurries and wind that morning. He was extremely thorough and Im honestly shocked at how quickly and methodically he worked, despite the weather.Jason happened to be in the office that morning and I was pleasantly surprised that he remembered me a year later. It is obvious that they care about their customers and the level of service I have received has been unmatched in my experience.I dont live in Mt. Home, but I will not hesitate to share my opinion that it is absolutely worth the drive from Meridian. My appointment was at 9 am that morning and I was back home before 12:30 pm. As expected, the customer service and technical service were five star!

My car broke down are Heading towards Boise I called around and try county was the closest to me they got to me within 20 minutes the tow truck driver was very nice. Car up on the truck really fast and back to there shop. I they found problem with my car and I was back on the road. I highly recommend them.

Jason and Michael (Father son) literally rescued my truck, my dog, and myself from a hairy situation this evening in the snow up in the back country North or Mountain Home. Both of these boys were to my vehicle far outside of Mountain Home within a 30 minute window. Even quicker than Elmore County Search and Rescue. Jason and Michael did an extremely professional job with recovering my half ton truck in an area where a factory Ford F-150 should not belong. I cannot recommend these fine gentleman highly enough. I havent used a towing/recovering service in many years. But these guys hit it out of the park!! I am humbled that they are even so concerned to ensure that I am taken care of long after the initial recovery was complete. Truly top class when it comes to recovery/towing. 10/10 recommend to any of my personal family/loved ones/friends when a terrible moment happens. Much as it did in my own life tonight. Quickly towed and quickly repaired my car and at a fair rate as well. Even went out of their way to answer my plethora of questions, some not related to the service I was receiving. I got my car back in 3 business days, which is almost unheard of. As an out of state customer, this was awesome, polite service that I am very grateful for.

Me and my family which includes a 20 month old and 2 week old, got stranded 3.5 hours away from home in 20° weather due to 3 of 5 wheel studs breaking. We called our Roadside Assistance which helped us get in contact with these saints! Such nice people! They came to tow the car in a record 20 minutes and even helped me get the babies carseats out for my kiddos. They were also extremely helpful fixing my car and helping me get it back on the road within a day or 2! I would highly recommend them, time and time again! Thanks guys!

I was on a road trip from Colorado to Washington to visit family when I got stuck out on I-84 because my tire blew. I called and at first Tri-County didnt have any availability. Something opened up and they called me back! I very nice young man (cant remember his name) came out and helped me. He was very polite and allowed me to sit in his vehicle to stay safe. He was quick and efficient. I dont remember his name but it was on 8-27-20 around 1-1:30 in the afternoon. Thanks Tri-County for taking care of me!

My car was stuck on Mountain Home AFB and they were able to come out as soon as possible with a reasonable price estimate for the tow. Fortunately my car happen to start when the tow truck driver came out and attempted to start my car. They were extremely kind and didnt charge me. I was very grateful they were so helpful.

They were very helpful, kind and professional. Are vehicle broke down on our way back from a camping trip. We called our insurance for road side assistance. Our insurance company made the mistake of not telling them that there were passengers needing a ride home, so the tow truck driver called the insurance and got that straightened out for us. They were very friendly and helpful.

Today my pickup broke down on the interstate and required being towed. I contacted Triple A and they dispatched Tri-County Towing. Sadly to say that I have had other towing experiences in the last several years, but this one was exceptional. Mike went out of his way to be helpful and professional in his work as well as very personable during the drive back to Boise. I was stranded waiting for a tow truck that was never coming because my roadside service company messed up horrifically. I was stranded for 3 hours. I called Tr-County Towing for help and they went beyond and above their duty. They talked with my insurance company and got them to pay for me to get towed safely. I reccomend them highly. This towing company went out of their way to help me and find where I was. I had something impale my tire on the freeway just before King Hill..... I must say the driver (Mike) who showed up was very courteous, understanding and incredibly helpful in getting me and my vehicle to safety!!! Me and my friend got stuck out in the bruneau sand dunes. We called them and they said theyd be there in 45 minutes, then 30 minutes later they showed up. Really fast service! They were really friendly too, and they gave us a very fair and low price. Such a relief!Would definitely use their service again, and recommend to anyone in need of towing. So thankful for Mike! My car overheated on the freeway today and started smoking !! It scared me so bad that my 3 kids and I jumped out of the car! Tri-County Towing and Repair gets 5 stars from our family! When our car wouldn’t start on a 102 degree day, Mike, the tow truck operator came right away. He was fast, knowledgeable, and friendly and there was plenty of room in his air conditioned truck for our family of four. He even offered to take us to a hotel, if that was needed. Thankfully, it was just a dead battery. The shop had our car tested, ran out for a new battery, and had it installed in just about an hour. The cost was extremely fair and we (and other customers being served) were treated with respect and integrity. Thank you, Mike, and Tri-County!

On the evening of Thurs. May 23, I called Tri- County in a real pickle. I was stranded about 50 miles out in the boonies, by myself and having great troubles with my car. Calling to inquire about a tow, I got Michael and Jason at Tri-County on the end of the phone line and they immediately started trying to help me figure out my plight. After my semi-panicy explanation of what I was dealing with they came up with a solution for me over the phone and I ended up getting my car back in action. They literally saved the day for me !! I ended up spending $500 at the Honda dealership the next day for a real fix, but the boys at Tri-County got me out of an awful situation and their expertise and courtesy is tremendously appreciated! This evening I found myself half way to nowhere on I-84 and my Goldwing front tire blew a valve stem. Without a spare I was surely stuck and lucky to be safely off the road. I called Tri-County and they pulled up 30 minutes later with everything to safely get my #1000 lb Goldwing motorcycle loaded and home safely. Speedy, friendly and professional, and I even saved my insurance some money. Hopefully I wont need to, but if I do Ill call them again.

We were unfortunate to have to use a towing service however we were also fortunate to have called Tri-County for their service. Several agency vehicles supporting the Martin Wildland Fire were in need to be transported and Mike from Tri-Country came through with nothing but the best service possible. Our problems where solved with one phone call, thanks Mike. I highly recommend Tri-Country for any tow needs. The only reason five stars was selected is because ten was not an option.

This place has very friendly people! Pretty pricey though...$250 to get my friends truck back on a weekend. AND it was towed in town to their shop about 2 miles.

It was Sunday and it was 4 am. It was also 20 degrees and foggy. I hit some black ice on IH84 climbing a steep grade. My Ford F350 was pulling a brand new 40 ft travel trailer and the ice caused me to slide out of control. My truck and trailer ended up off the road. Somehow it did not roll but came to rest crossways about 50 ft off the road facing almost straight down a frozen gulley. I am barely able to walk up the hill back to the highway. Another driver had stopped to help me and gave me a ride 10 miles to the truck stop. The truck stop workers assisted me when I asked for a tow truck. They had several cards for tow truck companies. The first two they called could not help me for one reason or another. Then they called Jason at Tri County Towing. Jason was at the truck stop within a few minutes to pick me up. Before he did anything else, he made sure that I was not injured in any way. Then Jason and his son drove me back to my truck in their tow truck. We arrived at the scene and Jason professionally assessed the situation. He made sure that the act of pulling my truck and trailer off that steep incline was not going to damage my truck and trailer in any way. He used his best judgement and implemented the proper equipment for the job at hand. My truck and trailer were pulled off the hill and back on the road in a very safe and timely manner. I was actually able to drive away with the trailer intact and complete my journey safely. Thank you Jason for your excellent professional service. Its nice to see that you have the customers best interest as your number one priority. You are the best!

Broke down with a horse trailer on the way home to Oregon from Utah. Mike showed up, got us loaded and to the gas station a mile away. He even waited while we fixed the pickup while it was still on the truck. He also cleaned the mess we made, insisting we go ahead and get back on the road. Only downside was they arent AAA.
