Preston was very fast and very helpful. Our A/c went out. Preston was very quick to come out. Diagnosed it. Our unit was over 25+ years old. Was told by multiple people it needed replaced soon. Preston found one and was able to get it quick. He came out on a Saturday got us back up and going with a brand new unit after 3 days of it being out. He gave us a portable unit to help out. My wife works from home and is 8 months pregnant.Nothing negative with Havens at all!!Thank you for all the help! We really really appreciate it!

Havens recently installed a new heat pump and a/c for us. Can not say enough good about them! They put in a great unit. Charged exactly what they said. Showed up to do it when they said they would.... plus did a great job on the install. And there was absolutely nothing left laying around when they left. Could not have asked for better!

Preston saved the day he came out at 930pm, on a Saturday!! And fixed our air it was 80 degrees inside and 73 outside🤦‍♀️ our windows don’t open 🥵. Thanks so much Preston ! This is the second time he’s saved the day and he’s so fast and knows exactly what to look for!

We were almost certain our air unit needed more Freon. It was a extremely hot Sunday in the middle of summer. Preston was out to our house in a very timely manner. He was kind helpful and very informative. We are a family of 6. Our air soon caught up and we felt a lot of relief. I’m very happy with the service and would highly. recommend Havens Air Tech.

My unit is a gaspack and oct 2019 my heat exchanger went out it was luckily warranted and I started with Montgomery heat and air, they said they could get the part I spent the whole winter calling asking where it was wo heat but electric units. I eventually had enough of the same answer and went and took my business else where Havens Heat and air has done work in the past and has always come through. Montgomery let my part set in springdale ar for the whole winter and (Jason) would always give me the same story and say hed call his guy in littlerock wrong city apparently. Now I[ ] have insurance with servpro,and a few months ago around dec 2020 my heat quit working they sent out Artic Hvac and the guy used an old motor from a totally different unit it lasted about 2 months!?! Preston Havens has come put in stuff for me, and has always done it quickly and professionally. Preston seems to work 24/7 around the clock, and amid a ice storm rushed to get the motor and a new pc board to fix it as of February 13. I was under the impression the other company was going to come back and put in the correct motor, but that never happened and it worked I foolishly let that go. I will from now on only and always use Havens Heat and air and demand that Preston Havens come work on my hvac systems. The man is like a machine and never quits drives across Arkansas in snow storms all to get parts for his customers, that is what I consider great service ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND HAVENS WITH 10 STARS⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Well I will say they certainly aren’t concerned with your business. I initially called to have some duct work done on a renovation and I was told a technician would call me shortly. I waited about 3 days and called back and they said they would have him call me again. Talked to him that day and he said he would come out next day and assess everything. Next day rolls around and he says a job took to long could he come out next wed and he will do the job. I say no biggie I’ll be home then. Next wed coms and they come out and look at the job for the first time and determine that this job is to big to just show up and do they will have to make an appt next week to come do it. They will call me. Now it’s been a week since then no call.... I’m done with em

Our air conditioner stopped working in the wee hours of the morning. I called a company that Ive dealt with before and left a message, but didnt receive a call back within a couple of hours.I called Havens and within an hour Preston arrived and had the air conditioner repaired in less than 15 minutes. I now have only one number to call for heat and air service work

Preston from Havens Air Tech truly helped my family in need. After coming home to find that our air conditioning no longer working, I quickly looked for a professional to help our heated situation. I perused through google and called a company whom we had previously worked with to then find out that they were unable to come out to our house until the following day. After explaining that we had a: one month old, a toddler and a home that was beginning to swelter past 80 degrees, I was looking for customer service that would go the extra mile to help my family and help that day. After being denied from that local company, I called Havens and found the help that we needed. Preston, was out to our house within 20 minutes and solved our issue with 10. His service was impeccable and reasonably-priced and he also gave some helpful advice for future warning signs. The blessing of this company did not end with the transaction. After speaking with Preston and the service that he had brought to our family, he then proceeded to buy my family of four lunch. My family and I have never experienced such honest and genuine service and we will never have to peruse google for a heating and air conditioning service provider again. 5 out 5 stars to this people-focused company.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! We have been doing business with Havens for many years. Over the years, besides regular annual maintenance, weve had the opportunity to have Preston come out on emergency calls, for both heating (in the very cold of winter)and air conditioning (in the heat of summer). He is prompt to call, as soon as he is able, and he arrives on time. During emergency calls he came out as soon as possible to restore my heating and cooling. He is highly knowledgeable, quick to diagnose difficult problems, highly efficient getting the work done, his work is affordable, and on top of that he is very friendly. Sometimes hes had to creatively correct errors from whoever had the house before me. I definitely would not use anyone else, if at all possible.

We called havens air tech and they were able to get us the same day. The best thing was they were at our house within a hour and our place is in the middle of nowhere on the lake. Preston was really informative and helpful on letting us know about how to keep the unit running in top shape. Not only did I get great service I feel like I made a new friend I would recommend him too everyone

We purchased our train heating and air system in 2012 from Preston Havens. We have been extremely satisfied. We have it maintained yearly and have had no problems. We have also noticed a significant drop in our electric bill which was nice. Preston has provided excellent customer service. We would use him again and highly recommend his service to everyone.

Called the office early Sunday morning, Valentines Day. Cheri and Preston both called back within 10 minutes. Preston came out as usual and repaired the problem.I have used Preston since I bought my house in 2011. He has always came and repaired when I called.

THANK YOU HAVENS, I AM A STAGE 4 CANCER PATIENT IN CHEMO TREATMENT AND CANT HANDLE THE HEAT, WELL THIS AFTWRNOON MY A.C. WENT OUT AND SO I CALLED HAVENS AND WITHIN TWO HOURS THEY WERE HERE, TURNED OUT TO BE A MINOR FIX BUT AT 8 PM ON A FRIDAY NIGHT NO BREAKDOWN IS WANTED. Haven Air Tech just completed the fall maintance on my Trane unit. What a difference in companies. Haven actually cleaned the electronic air cleaner and the outside unit. Haven did exactly what is required, not like Montogery Heating and Air who charges you but does not do the work. Haven is A+ with me. Ive been a remodeling contractor for 40 years and Haven Air Tech is the best HVAC company I have found in the Mountain Home area. Great JOB!

My mom has been waiting for them to fix her furnace for 2 weeks. They cant even order the right part. My uncle lives there and he has a bad heart and needs to stay warm. Its saterday know and still no heat. My mom is to nice to say anything. I found the part and could of had it installed already!!!!

I have owned my business for over 22 years and rental homes for almost 5 years. I have had Havens do all my repairs and it has been several do to some being pretty old units. I have also had him install 2 new units. I have to say I could not be more happier with the service I received. He saved me over $3800 on my new units compared to other bids I received. I also never waited more then a couple hours for them to fix units that quit. My fathers A.C went down after midnight. He called to leave a message so he would be put on schedule for the next day do to my mother having health issues with he breathing. He got a call back 5 mins later . They were at my fathers 30 mins later. Fixed his unit and REFUSED to take a dime. Point is this is how a business should be ran and you should treat your costumers. I would give this place negative stars if I could. The guy this company sent to my house did the crappiest work I have ever seen. He stripped screws out of our breaker boxes, then left them and told us we had to fix it ourselves. He took the outer cover off of our thermostat and he was going to LEAVE without even putting it back on! When he went up into our attic, he threw around insulation, and made a mess all over our carpet. Parked in the middle of a leaf pile that you could very easily gave seen it was there. He had 0 regard for anything, and when he went outside to look at our outside jnit, he claimed there was too much dirt to even look at it, however there was NOT and I even got a second opinion on that. I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone whatsoever!

7-3-20175.5 yr. update on Havens air tech service and installed unit. Best and easiest deal ever made on a hvac unit. In 2011 when in new to me residence and knowing the noisy 20+ yr old unit would not likely make it through my first winter I called Preston and told him I would like him to come out and check my unit and tell me what he thought about repair or replace of unit. I already knew I was going to get a new unit but wanted to see what was available and cost locally as I had already done a lot of internet research before calling. Had planned to get a 5 ton unit which was what I had in Az. on a 1000 sq. ft. smaller house. Preston said the old unit was fixable but that there were new and much better units available if I planned to reside in my house for many yrs. I told him to give me a price on a 5 ton unit. He told me he already knew what kind on insulation I had in my ceiling and that this house would heat and cool easy with a 4 ton unit and gave me a brochure on Trane 13 and 15 seer units and their installed costs and warranties and to let him know after checking around if I would like to work with him. I told him that the fact that he told me a smaller unit than I expected would work we had a deal on the 15 seer unit. He said done deal and we shook hands and he said he would see how soon he could get that unit in as it wasnt on hand and let me know. 2 hrs. later he called back and told me he could have it and install it in a weeks time as long as freight deliveries were on time. I said fine. He called me 6 days later and said my unit was in and he and his tech would be there early the next morning. I told him it was supposed to snow the next morning and be pretty nasty cold. He said all more reason to get it in. Next morning dark and early and cold they showed up and I fired up my big heat-a-later fire place and they went to work. A few hours later they had the old heat unit out and the new one in and said they would start on the outside compressor unit. I had been keeping them supplied with coffee and home made cookies which helped. I asked if the heat unit would work without the compressor unit and Preston said yes it has a electric emergency heat setting in case of compressor unit failure but that it cost more to run. I told him that I was a retired construction worker and appreciated his work ethic and not whining about the weather and showing up when he said he would and that I wanted him to come back in a couple of days when working outside would be a little better. He said I was pretty easy to work for and would like to treat my wife and I to a dinner. I said throw in my 1st spring and fall service calls for free and consider it even. 2 days later with some sun out the outside unit was done. My service tech Matt has been coming out twice a year for about 4 yrs. now and is super nice guy and answers any ?s I may have, such as how and where the fish are biting. lol Preston and Matt and the ladies in the office who call each spring and fall are all super friendly and easy to work with, of course the fact that I make and deliver some pretty good fudge or cookies a couple of times a year doesnt hurt. Its nice to work with an outfit that lives up to their word and knows what theyre doing and pleasant at the same time. Thanks, Joe4-15-2012purchased a new Trane 15 seer unit Dec. 2011. Love it. Runs quieter and cheaper than old unit.Preston and his crew were always on time, efficient, and easy to work with. They even poured a new concrete slab to replace the plastic pad that was there. Every thing looks great and sits solid. Prestons service techs come out twice a year and give both the inside and outside units a thorough cleaning and inspection. My house in Rainbow Heights, Cotter, Ar. is 1000 sq. feet bigger than the home I had in Az. and my electric bill with this unit is cheaper. Im happy the dogs happy and we wont discuss the cats. Joe
