The best apartments in moultrie to live in. Period. Brooke is the best manager you could ask for, she is caring and a great person, and she goes out of her way to help you. Would recommend to anyone!

Terrible apartment manager and Customer service. The way they treat us out here is terrible. Maybe we can get the mold out of the pool and swim in it without weirdo Karens watching us as we swim. I have had a leak in my apartment for two weeks. My fan caught on fire. You cant talk to anyone because no one cares. The apartments are ran by a group of people who could careless about us. You know its a terrible apartment complex when the manager makes a review and leaves no comment. Washing machines do not work and steal your money. Pool is moldy and they cannot keep a maintenance man because of how they treat everyone. The excuse is this is a small apartment complex and they dont want to waste the money. The apartment complex is being ran by a group out of tallahasee and all they can do is send an email.

Now being under new management, everything is looking great for all of our tenants, our manager is fair, determined and hard working as well as compassionate. We enjoy living here.

Great place to stay. Me and my husband love it here. Its great having a pool. Theres no noise problems ever. Brooke is the best manager this place has ever seen. She helped me and my husband get a better apartment that we could actually afford. We moved from one apartment to the other. Never have any problems with her or maintenance. She always responds as soon as she can. They work around your schedule and needs. Best place to ever stay. All the negative reviews on here are more than likely people who were either evicted or were told they couldnt renew their lease. Best place in moultrie to stay. I would give it 20 stars if I could.

Jac-Lyn apartments are a quiet, cute little hidden gem. While they may be a little older, you can tell that the new management takes pride in their community. People may say the new manager is a little tough, but you gotta be, plus she makes sure things get taken care of in a timely manner!I would definitely recommend Jac-Lyn apartments to anyone who is looking for a perfect place in Moultrie!

This place is great and the management is great also.

Puts me in line for a place, then says its no longer available a month later. Then, when I follow up for a two bed place, tells me Im 3rd in line. Yanks you around without explanation. My application was approved months ago...what exactly is happening here? No thanks. Dont bother applying here, other school students have mentioned they got yanked around as well. Beware.

The new manager is very rude, which also has no education since as a manager she does not have any professional education, with the previous manager there were never problems and she was very professional when she called for any question ect ... the truth before renting an apartment think about it well because the new manager is useless or even to give you a sure answer on any question ... the truth is, I do not recommend the apartments now with the new manager and she does not give a solution to anything and every time she calls the office is never either always out of work she doesnt really do her job and if you need to see her she is never there and you have to leave her with some relatives who live in the apartment next to the office because she is never in the office, the Actually I do not recommend it very bad manager and does not know anything its re the managers job

Jac-Lyn Apartments is under new management. She tries to help in any way she can and will give you all the information she can. If she gets a call for maintenance issues, she has it taken care of as soon as possible.

Kristy Watts, the property manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. Every interaction I have had with her has been negative. She has an extremely bad attitude. She never answers the phone, is rarely in the office during business hours, and when I asked who owns the property she got very rude and would not tell me. I have since found out and written a letter to the company.

There a new landlord she very rude and talk ugly to you and have attuides with you.has a very smart mouth.the apartment building suppose to be clean there spriders web every were on the building.ready to move from this dump.i would advice people to look some were else to stay unless jaclyn aprtment get a good landlord.

Property manager is unprofessional and speaks ill of other residents to other residents in more then one occasion. Property manager also showed aggression when maintenance issues were brought to attention and failed to take care of maintenance problems so I had to keep calling until problems were resolved. Discrimination and slander are problematic. Residents are great and mostly quite in the complex. Laundry facility onsite is a hit or miss because the the washers are small and over priced and dryers are often broke down/out of order. This was the worst dwelling I have ever resided at mostly because of the property mangers choice of behavior.
