Absolutely awful maintenance of apartments. Cats everywhere and they refuse to fix the falling im floors and black mold growing on walls. Rented from The Preserve and the best possible thing was to move.

It is bad when you have to hunt people down to pay your RENT. It has gotten better, but if you have office hours you should be OPEN during those hours.

Moved out of The Preserve recently and spent hours cleaning my apartment only for them to take money out of my deposit for the things they refused to fix while I lived there.

Awful landlords. Dont rent or buy anything from these people
