Tried to support a local business. I thought giving this place a chance despite some poor recommendations in the past would be worth a shot and would create a place I would feel good about coming back to in the future. Throughout the ordeal I was seriously annoyed by how the entire process was handled and the lack of care/updates provided. Our family has had problems with this in the past and this will end up being the last time I return.

Love these guys. They hit the spot for local pc supply & repair and always have that random part the breaks or that game I can’t live without. Their apple side is pretty awesome as well, always some deals to be had. Pricing is good, comparable to online with a slight markup on some items, but they have it locally today and I’m happy to pay slightly more when I need/ want things now. Really great place to shop!

The guys are nice enough. Definitely dont seem like computer guys with his cowboy boots. They can come off arrogant at times. They definitely dont give you the best prices on stuff youre selling. I remember they tried giving me a dollar for my n64 rumble pack. They were selling them for $25 in the store right then. I was like seriously, youre trying to make 24$ off me? No thanks. But they can be nice and knowledgeable about the stuff in their store.

Needed a motherboard to get a project PC working. I knew I could order online cheaper and that the older CPU might not be compatible with hardware carried locally, but thought hey I could try checking locally before sending bezos more money.In the store I asked if they carried any boards with lga 1151 sockets. I was told lga 1151 tells me nothing. Thats old tech maybe the salesman was just annoyed that I wasnt there to shell out for a new CPU and Mobo but jeez. First off, that port type absolutely tells you something about what kind of Mobo I needed and while I needed to say more to find a compatible option, I honestly I just felt put off of trying to buy here because of how dismissed I was made to feel immediately.I dont get the instinct to put your customers down. Even if they arent as tech savvy as your sales guy a little bit of kindness goes a long way. I can do my shopping online where PC part picker doesnt try to embarrass me...

Huge selection of cables, parts, cards, and games. They have many laptop charger cables for specific devices. They have USB cables for any situation. Network cables, switches, routers, and adapters galore. Hard drives, both SSD and HDDs, m.2 and SATA. They have an entire store front dedicated to Mac devices. As a computer professional, if I needed a specific part that I would normally have to order same day, this is the store I would go to. If you need something more specific than what Staples or Best Buy carries, VGH is the only option if you want it today.The gentlemen that I spoke to in the store were very helpful and friendly. If you dont know exactly what you need, these guys can help. Their pricing was better than my expectations for a smallish local shop.

I bought a new MacBook Pro from them and they made the transition from my old MBP to the new one carefree. The transfer was made on the same day and they held onto my old computer til I could be sure that everything worked on the new one. This experience was better than if I went to an Apple Store directly OR bought from Apple online. AND its local. Cant beat it. Tom in service did a GREAT job and the other staff made it very easy to conduct the purchase too.

They took an entire month to fix my computer and then charge me $65 on top of what I would’ve paid if i would have just taking it to the Apple Store. Definitely do not recommend this place. Driving a few hours to the Spokane Apple store will save you all the trouble and I guarantee it won’t take a month for your devices to be fixed.

One of the worst tech and costumer service experiences Ive ever had. Brought my laptop in with a slightly broken case. Was refused a quote of any kind from the front desk. When I picked it up, I was charge an extra due to them breaking the video and needing to repair it. This is after I had already been informed I would not be charged for extra time because they were only waiting for glue to dry. I was never once informed that my computer had been damaged more by them until pick up. I recommend you go anywhere but here.Update: after opening and using my computer for the first time after this visit, I found that my USB ports no longer worked. VGH did give me a partial refund after I called to info them. I still would not recommend them for any repairs.

Pretty good place, frustrated because I payed over 240 bucks for them to replace my laptops base/keyboard. Initially wanted them to just run it through their cleaner, I can tell they didnt because I kept the old keyboard/base and the keys on it are still sticky. The one they replaced it with is great but I have to take it back apart because they forgot to hook up the LEDs for the charge and airplane mode lights in my keyboard. The whole reason I took it to them is so I didnt have to tear back into it for a 4th time since my house is in Boise and Im staying up here for a few weeks. But they replaced it like they said they would, everything else on the keyboard is functional, all other electronics that were okay (motherboard, graphics card, screen, etc) are still okay and the guys were pretty friendly.

Trevor is one of the rudest, most pompous, least helpful, arrogant, belligerent people Ive ever dealt with on the phone. And, that was from one simple call. Its like hes trying to drive away customers. Hes succeeding. Regardless of anything else about their products and service, Ill never shop there based on one call. If you dont know enough about the deepest innermost workings of everything digital, he will talk down to you, insult you, and make sure you know that hes smarter than you. Done.

Ive bought two things from them that dont even work? For example, I bought a ps2 memory card that I couldnt write anything to. Luckily I was able to return it. They claim their controllers are tested, but the PlayStation 2 controller I bought had sticky buttons, and when I opened it to clean it, (which none of them thought to do apparently.) I found that there are broken pieces inside of it. It appears they never checked anything about it before marking it as tested. Im taking it in tomorrow to see if I can return it. $25! This is very unprofessional and Im going to probably take my business elsewhere from now on. Other than that, the guys working there are very friendly.

Took a laptop in to get the case of the screen repaired and they would not tell me how much it might cost or if they could even order the new case. Charged me for just finding out they could not order the replacement part and then when they just glued it back together they broke the video wires. They then charged me for fixing the thing that they broke. On top of all this the customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. They are rude and not helpful in any way. If you bring something in to get repaired be prepared to receive it back barely fixed and having to pay extra.

First and foremost, their prices are NOT competitive, every single component in their store can be found on Amazon or on newegg for at least 10 to 30 dollars less than other retailers also I bought a pc component from them in the morning and took it home just to find out that I didnt need it anymore because the piece of equipment I thought went out actually didnt. I tried to return it less than 4 hours after purchasing it and they tried to charge me 65 dollars for an inspection fee before returning the product. Do yourself a favor and buy from a retailer who wont drain your bank account and will accept unwanted products for free. I see literally no reason to choose this retailer over others online.

Wow, I really wish I would have checked the reviews before coming here. My space bar on my 2017 MacBook Pro got jammed, and I removed it following instructions on how to do so. When it still DIDNT work after replacing it, I called Apple who advised me this model has a recall on the space bar butterfly key and to take it to any authorized technician to get a free replacement. This was the closest place, so I dropped it off for replacement and was advised they would get it back to me within a day or two. That evening, I got a call that it would be SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS to be replaced, which includes EIGHTY DOLLAR AN HOUR technician fee. Im sorry, but Im a nurse practitioner who can save a life and I dont even make that much. I advised them Id be taking it to Apple who will replace it for FREE. Upon picking up the laptop, I was charged over thirty dollars for a freaking DIAGNOSTIC FEE!!! What company doesnt give free quotes?!?! Apparently this joke of an establishment. Over thirty dollars to plug my computer in and diagnose a problem that I could have told you already existed?!? Are you kidding me? I clarified this price and that Apple does not even charge this (who has much more experienced technicians) and he replied with well we arent Apple... save your money. Im beyond livid I wasted a two hour drive each way from my home to get here. Any decent establishment would at least warn you up front of charges and not price gouge and hide fees from customers. Im so disappointed.

Professional, Friendly, and Knowledgeable. Thats how Id describe the guys at VGH. They wont make fun of any mistakes youve made, theyll only do their best to get your stuff fixed. I brought my PC because of power issues and they discovered that I was my GPU pulling way too much power. Installed a new power supply and helped me troubleshoot any further issues I was having. Definitely going back to them in the future if I ever have any problems I cant fix.

I went in to the Apple portion of vgh to have them look at my iPad for swelling batteries.They ran some tests and indicated that the batteries were at 97% but that the pressure on the screen still indicates battery issues. I asked if there was anyway that Apple would deny the $99 battery replacement and say it was the screen and want to charge me $569 or some absurd price. I was told that “no, there was no way they could deny it.”I was required to remove my screen protector to ship it in which was fine. Two days later I received a call and was told Apple denied the replacement stating that the batteries tested good and that it was a screen issue and it would be the full replacement price.I confronted the employee who told me that they would not deny it as a battery replacement and he LIED and said he would never have said that. My issue is not with the fact that he was wrong, everybody is wrong now and again, but he lied about it. I don’t do business with liars and now I am out a screen protector and didn’t have my iPad for three days. Both not very big deals, but lying to my face after, that I cannot deal with. I will not be going back.UPDATE:After seeing the owners reply I just want to give an update. It is very unfortunate that the owner is unable to be honest here and instead choose to use an intimidation tactic by listing my full name to try and get me to remove my review. Some of what he said is true, most skews the real story. It’s possibly that his staff lied to him too, if he has audio recordings in his store he should review all three of my of my visits starting on Monday, July 6th, at 2:50 and see that I was both calm and was lied too. I did not berate the staff, I just called a lie a lie and I was polite during the entire visit, I did leave in a hurry as I was quite upset about the guy lying to me, but I was not loud. Like I said before, I was not too upset about the outcome of the repair, they are right, Apple is Apple, the store can only do so much, I was upset about the employee not being able to fess up to his mistake and rather choosing to lie about it. As I left the store, in which I was the only customer, I told the owner that one of his employees was a liar, and said pointing to another of his employees who had helped me, “Not him, he did a great job, it was the other guy” I would love for the owner to reach out to me to discuss how they could make this right instead of falsely accusing me of being loud and hostile, both of which are not true. They have my phone number on record.

Best gaming and computer store I have ever been to or heard of. The guys here are very knowledgeable and do their best to help any and all customers that walk through their doors. I enjoy every moment I am in the store. I have become friends with almost all the employees and the owner. There might be comparable stores, but I love this one. Matt is an excellent employee at VGH. I went in just before closing and was very happy to have been taken care of completely before they closed. I cannot speak for their computer repair service having never used it, but the retail store is okay. The people are nice and know their stuff. That said, I have not had the best customer service experience there. A few years ago I purchased a 4 gigabyte stick of ram which was clearly labeled as 4 gigabytes. However upon opening the container there was a 2 gigabyte stick in there. Not only did they refuse to give me a refund but they also told me it couldnt happen. Needless to say I try to avoid purchasing from them whenever possible.Be aware they do not offer refunds, only store credit in most cases. I do think their Apple Store is good. I did purchase a Mac Mini from them a few years ago. They dont honor Apples educational discount but they will give you a discount off of the unit if you buy the AppleCare protection plan with it.

So the video game and gaming computer guys are pretty nice and you can find some cool stuff. Theyre the entire reason for the second star. However the apple retailer section is not great. We brought an IPhone 7 to get an update defect that was apples mistake, (which they have admitted), fixed. They told us it would take around 10 business days to get it fixed and theyd send it to us down where we lived about 30 minutes away. Well fast forward 3 weeks and we never got a call, its my friends phone and the only access she has to a phone so I called as it was my number on the paper work. They told us they had called two weeks previously, (never happened, I checked). The man was very abrasive about it. They told us that Apple wouldnt fix the phone because it had sustained water damage, fair, not their fault. My mother put it through the washing machine at one point which I had forgotten. Anyway I tried to ask why it mattered when it was a network error not a hardware problem and they told me it would need a completely new motherboard which is wrong because the phone works just fine except for the issue caused by the faulty update. Through the entire time the guy on the phone was rude and took a tone with me eventually asking well when are you gonna come get it to which i replied that I wasnt because they said they would send it to us. Which he claimed was wrong and he would only send it if we paid for shipping. At this point Id had enough and curtly told him wed be by to pick it up next week and hung up. Im not mad that the phone wasnt fixed, Im mad that this man had the audacity to treat me as if I was a bother to him and then treat me like an idiot when I was confused as to why Apple wasnt willing to fix the phone, then blatantly refused to follow through with their promise to send it to us. Overall poor experience. I like the video game and gaming pc guys but I dont know if Ill be back.

My family I noticed that when I would get my screen on my iPhone repaired here it would start popping out and break more easily. One time my screen popped out and cracked as I was leaving the mall. When we went back to VGH to ask why they told us the frame was probably bent due to the phones design and there wasnt anything we do. So we finally took my phone somewhere else to get fixed, cheaper and upon return of the phone they informed us it was missing some screws, and some screws were even from different phones and didnt fit right. It felt really good to have my suspicions validated and I know Ill never go here for a broken phone again.

I took my computer to have the top case replaced because of a coffee spill, they charged me $498 and they gave it to me just fine, only that the charging port was not tight, and the button by the touch bar functioned occasionally, offered to solve the problem but I chose to send it directly to apple because I read VGH reviews and they were not so good. When I am about to send it to apple over the mail, I take the case off and I see a 4 inch scratch, and I immediately contacted apple. They are fixing everything for free. VGH denied that they did the scratch, called me a liar and told me that the only way that you could have a scratch like that was with a KNIFE. They banned me from the store, hung up my calls, and refuse to give me a refund, although apple ask them directly because even if the computer didnt have a scratch, just the fact that the charging ports and the button were not working properly was a good enough reason to give me a refund. they refused, and when i called they said: we told you not to call anymore. They didnt allow me to talk to the owner... customer service is HORRIBLE in this place. please do not take your apple devices here, they do not take responsibility for anything and they straight up disrespect you. The manager, Todd, was very rude, and said that apple makes more money, and that VGH is better and has less issues than an actual apple repair center, HA!If you want to pay extra for not having a good repair and possible scratches, call them. This is the worse place to go.I attached a picture of the receipt, a picture of the repairs that APPLE had to make to my computer (charging port, and button), and the scratch that THEY DID, although they argue I did that to my own computer. Apple felt so bad, they sent me merchandise, and they will fix the scratch. Again... DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

I have bought a few NES titles from here. Nearly all of them have been dead. When I have asked them to fix them they told me that they couldnt. They offered an exchange so I picked up another title. The other title was broken as well so I went back to exchange it once again. I casually asked the manager what they ended up doing with the game that I had bought previously and he told me he repaired it and sold it to another customer. Really sketchy business. They are all very nice, but their store policies are very sketchy.

My primary work laptop (a MacBook Pro that aged out of Apples repair coverage) failed suddenly and I was going to lose two weeks of work since my last major backup, not to mention productivity loss working from a backup laptop.I arranged to have my assistant take it to them, and they were fast and efficient in getting the repair turned around. Turns out the issue was my hard drive failing. They recovered my data, installed the new drive and latest Mac OS, and then I was SHOCKED when I saw the bill. It was less than half of what I was anticipating this would have cost. I cannot say enough good things about Tom (the Mac tech who handled my repair) and their overall service and performance.

I have been in the store 3xs and each time the staff has been very helpful, especially the last couple of times. I had a young man by the name of Connor. Both Tom and Connor were excellent at explaining things about my phone that I had limited understanding about while repairing the phone.Connor not only listened well to some of my concerns but made some recommendations and assisted me in following through with some of the suggestions that I did not know how to implement on my phone options. He was great- both patient and professional!There are lots of knowledgeable and skilled technicians but it is rare to find someone that is willing to go the extra mile in customer service. I would hope to see him in a supervising position someday soon- as he possesses many of the qualities that management needs.

I went to the store to fix the cover of my Asus laptop. I paid me $208. When I came to get the laptop the screen was broken. They told me they could refund me $60 or I could get a new screen. I said I wanted a new screen. I went back to the store again and noticed they replaced it with a screen that had a defect on it. I said I wanted them to fix it properly and the technician guy started to feel super nervous and angry. Told me to go talk to his manager. I talked to the boss and he said the parts already come like this and that its not their fault. He added that most of the parts he orders from Asus come like that, and if I replace the screen again, he could not promise it would be completely fixed (If you can’t fix the screen, he shouldve told me that from the beginning). Obviously, I asked for the total refund, but he told me he could only offer me $97 which was the total money for the hours worked on the laptop. In conclusion, I went to the store to fix the laptop and he came worse that what it was and paid $111. I asked for an email to file a complaint. I went online and found out that the email the manager gave me was his own! The service was terrible, and I do not recommend anyone going to this store.

Just love the store. Great customer service, the employees are always willing to give recommendations, and if I feel lost about a console/platforms specifications I know that I can get reliable information. The other day I observed a couple trying to buy a Nintendo DS for their son and they were confused about which to get along with what games to buy with it. The employee helping them took the time to help them with every issue that they were facing until they got exactly what they wanted. Thats what I call good service.

I brought in a computer that wouldnt even boot up to be repaired. The person who assisted me amiably answered questions regarding the likely cost of the repair, the likelihood of various causes for the problem given my description of how and when the problem arose, and the anticipated length of time before I could expect to receive a progress report on the repair.The problem (failing hard drive) was identified within a day, and I received a call explaining the situation and a series of options of various costs (replace with one of two brand new hard drive models, or a less expensive used hard drive that they had checked out for any malware or malfunctions; and then copy my data onto that hard drive) I might choose before they went any farther with the repair. I had many questions for the employee to make the best decision for me, and our phone call lasted at least 15 minutes, but I never felt rushed to make a decision or condescended to over simple questions.I picked up my computer two days later, and it is working better than before I brought it in, with all my documents and programs intact, and at a price I could afford. Thank you VGH!

I had a cracked screen on my iphone 7 and when the were doing the diagnosis they found that the device is liquid damaged but they did not tell me that even though I provided them with an alternative phone number AND an email address and they decided to proceed and put the new screen without my approval!After I got the device, I noticed the device was behaving in a weird way that wasn’t present prior to changing the screen and the problem was the 3D Touch did not work on the phone and the phone’s screen would freeze every 2-3 minutes. When I came back to them, they refused to fix the screen and they said it is not under warranty and that I would have to pay for the screen to be changed! When I told them why they did not call me when they found that the screen was liquid damaged, they called the manager who wasn’t helpful at all.I DO NOT RECOMEND FIXING YOUR DEVICES HERE. Just go to any other place where employees are honest with the costumers

Service up front aka register personnel are amazing and eager to help and are very friendly/professional. Tech department however will really try and milk you for your money in parts and labor. Very shady when it comes to estimates. Took my services to the U of I bookstore and got my laptop fixed for half the price and in half the time.

I want to start out by saying, until 5 minutes ago, i loved this place. The staff were always friendly and knowledgeable.But i just had an experience that shakes me, to be honest. I went in after making an appointment for a hard drive cloning. When i first made the appointment, they said they would do it complimentary of the 1000 dollars i spent on other hardware.When i came in today, i was hit with a fee that just kept escalating every time i asked for more info. I was first told the wholething would take about an hour. Then the manager skiis said it could take a few and that they charged 90 an hour. Exasperated, i agreed and said Id wait (cus i had nothing better to do). After 30 minutes of waiting, i found out that they hadnt even started it. Then the manager said that it could take 10-12 hours. I asked him why was doing this? From my perspective he was on a power trip and i had no choice but to watch. I accused him of saying that just so he could charge me 90 an hour because he was upset at me.That was when he flipped out. After some harsh words, threatening to call the police, and returning my hardware, he told me to never come back. Im absolutely shocked by the managers behavior. I want to believe he was just having a terrible day, but thats still no way to treat a loyal customer. Im still floored by it all. By the end of it, he was yelling Do you understand English? and Ill forcibly remove you myself. All the while i was trying to seek guidance from another store employee to find out where i could get the hard drive transfer elsewhere. The man acted immaturely from the very beginning and clearly was having a terrible day.I ask people not to judge the store by this madness, but to avoid interactions with thw manager at all possible times. Good day.

Same story every time Ive been in this place - terrible service and arrogant staff that makes you wonder why you ever walked in the doors. We made a special trip across the palouse to try to get a computer fixed and literally left within 30 seconds because of how rude the two men at the help desk were to us. I cant imagine theyd be in business without the colleges in Moscow/Pullman who get forced to do business with these crooks.

I honestly would prefer not to give this business even 1 star as they deserve far less. The short story is that after VGH fixed my computer I had to take it to the Apple store in Spokane for over $1000 worth of work. And VGH charged me for the work done while the Apple store covered everything screwed up by VGH under my warranty. The long story is...My computer went in for what should have been a minimal fix. While I was told the repairs would only take a day or two, dependent on arrival of parts, they had my computer for nearly two weeks. As a student in a professional doctorate program, I really needed my computer fixed asap & thought this would be a better solution than mailing it in to Apple (whom thought the issue would be fixed in 2-3 days tops). Every time that I called to check on the status of my computer, I was given a vague answer & told more time was needed. When I threatened to take the computer from them & send it in to Apple, I was told my computer was actually done & I could pick it up immediately. I paid for the repairs & was told my computer had passed the testing & was working fine. However, when I got home my computer was a mess. I called in to VGH multiple times to find out what I could do & was told repeatedly that I needed to bring it in but would have to pay for whatever additional work was needed. When I called this week (on a Monday morning @ 9a), I was told the Apple service guy was not busy, but it would be at least Friday before he could even look at my computer. I took my computer to Spokane to the Apple store, where thankfully my warranty covered the >$1000 worth of repairs that was needed to fix the VGHs shab job. I picked up my computer today, although it was actually done yesterday (Thursday). Please save yourself the trouble of having a crappy store such as VGH service your equipment. Make the hour drive to Spokane & save yourself time & money in the long run!

These are my go to guys for computer problems. Within the last two months, I have been in there three times, and twice they were able to tell me what to do to fix it on my own. The third time they were able to fix the problem within the time frame given.

This is the second time I have had to bring my Apple computer into VGH for repair. Both of the times I have gone, I have had to wait for 5 or more minutes for anyone in the empty store to notice me. They have refused to service my laptop charger because it was still sending power to my laptop. It wouldnt charge my laptop, but since it kept my laptop alive, they considered that acceptable for the laptop charger. This is just a terrible business, if you have an apple product it is worth the drive just to go to spokane to get it fixed. This is a terrible company.

After reading several reviews, my experience falls right in line with the rest of them...Around September of 2017 my graphics card died, thus leaving me without a computer to do pricing research of any kind. I am a Prime member and do almost all purchases through them. I explained my situation to the sales person who was extremely knowledgeable and helped steer me towards what I needed. I informed him of my Prime membership, at which point he told me that the price was the same. I purchased the EVGA GTX 1060 3gb, brought it home, installed it and immediately went online to check the ratings for the card. At this point, I learned that Primes price was $65 less and that I could get it in 3 days. I called (the same day of purchase) and talked to the customer service manager and asked what they would do to rectify the situation. I was actually told that I was out of luck but could return it with a return fee.I then ordered it from Amazon, got and installed it 3 days later. I returned the one purchased at VGH with near pristine packaging and then informed that they refund ONLY to an In store credit thus guaranteeing that they get their money anyway!I was lied to, purposely mislead about another product that did NOT do what I meticulously explained to the salesperson as to what I needed. (I even had the salesperson explain it back to me to verify his understanding.) I was then told that I was out of luck by the person in charge and then mislead AGAIN about the product return.Its been 6 months and even though they have $53 of mine (I was also told that that credit does NOT have a time limit) I do not intend to ever return to the store again. There are other computer stores in the area and I tell everyone to try them instead of VGH.

I am furious with this place. I took my iPhone 5S in because my front & back camera stopped working. That was the only issue I had. VGH told me they could fix the cameras and not only were the cameras not fixed but the entire screen was ruined. It only shows black now. They said they could fix the black screen but would charge me 99$ for a repair they cant even guarantee will work. Being asked to pay for a problem they caused is a bit ridiculous. I went in with a 50$ repair and left with needing to buy a new phone.

I took my computer in to have them take a virus off of it and they did not completely fix the computer. I had to take it in again and they expected me to pay for them to fix it again. The person kept saying that I told him that money was not an option when I said I could not afford to pay for them to fix it again.

I brought my MacBook pro in to repair some keys on the keyboard. When I brought it in, they told me it would take 2-3 days for it to be done. After 3 days I hadnt heard from them so I decided to give them a call. They had not even began to run diagnostics or order the part that was needed. They ran diagnostics that day, called me back and told me the part had been ordered and it should be done the same day the part arrives. I waited a couple more days and they had the part, but had yet to begin to install it. I called them the following two days and said they were still working on installing the part.After about a week and a half, my computer was finally done. I picked it up and it was all working properly. I was disappointed about how long the whole process took. When I picked it up, The tech told me that the installation usually takes about 2 hours. (Not 2 days) As a student who relies on fast service, especially on my laptop, it was a big inconvenience being without my laptop for longer than I had been told.If I have a problem with my laptop again, I will be taking it to the VandalStore instead.

I came to VGH Computer services on a Monday with a broken laptop screen. They made the process sound quick and simple up front and were friendly and polite. On the following Saturday I was thinking it to be pretty odd that I hadnt received a call back or anything regarding my laptop so I went into the store. Turns out they had the wrong cell phone number on file in their system, even though Im positive I not only stated it verbally but also wrote it down, and they had called this wrong phone number a few days prior asking if I wanted a new or used screen and were waiting a call back. At the store I was able to tell them what screen I wanted but I unfortunately learned that the technician who does screen repairs doesnt like to come in on weekends. That worked out nice for myself because I was leaving town on the following Monday morning for two weeks. I was met this time with a lazily spoken attempted sympathetic sorry. And they told me I would just have to come back and get it when Im in town next.

I bought my husband a USB Wi-Fi Nano adapter to connect to tower to the router in the living room. We called and received wonderful customer service from Dave! He was patient and didnt rush me as I bumbled around on the computer. They are highly knowledgeable about other products. I did not buy this particular thing at their store, however his main concern was maintaining us as future customers. We will be buying other things here because they saved us from a major headache! I would never recommend this store to anyone! My husband brought my HP laptop there because one of the hinges was broken and it was not closing properly. After 4 days they called us and said the only problem was the cover case. They estimated the cost to be $285 and it was surprisingly expensive. However, we decided to have it fixed. When I picked it up more than a week later, I found out the little piece connecting the hinge and the case was still broken. There was a scratch on the screen that Id never seen before and the plastic frame covering the screen was very loose.I brought my laptop back to the store and they refused to fix the problems. One of the guys just admitted that whoever put the new cover case on my laptop did not connect the parts properly, and he used his hands to push it in but it popped out again. He just ignored it and acted like neither him nor anyone in the store was responsible for it.I was upset for the entire day. After paying too much and hoping to get it fixed, I got my laptop back with a big scratch and more problems. I should have never brought it to this place. If you are looking for a place to fix yours, find somewhere else!

Ive been going to VGH for 3 years now. and they are a great service. i see all these reviews about computer rapair and what not. but VGH has way more to offer than computer repairs. they have videogames from the retro videogaming era like atari and the old nintendos and playstations to the modern day videogames and next gen electronics. they give me 2x the credit of cash when i sell my games to them when i use my account there. they have a policy where i you can make M rated games ok to buy without a legal guardian and since im a big fan of call of duty and grand theft auto thats a really good thing to have. they have $2 sales like every 3-4 months. and has energy drinks, gaming soda, and coffe things there to buy. so when you go to pick up that next epic game you can buy a moutain dew and get double xp or a monster and fuel your inner-gaming monster. or the rockstar outta you when you buy a music game.
