Morgan was amazing! He was very responsive, reasonable and so knowledgeable in helping me with me computer. Here in Moscow, it is really difficult to find a repair shop with reasonable prices, hours and service. I was so impressed by Morgan’s work. His business is based out of his own apartment. Which I was pleasantly surprised by. I would highly suggest supporting him and his business.Working with Morgan was especially great because he operates as his own business, meaning there’s so much more integrity in his work. It felt like I was getting the help from someone who was a trustworthy friend, rather than someone who is showing up to a job for the paycheck and a large clientele, crazy prices and lame service.Instead, just go to Morgan. Awesome service, great communication and just all around a cool dude.Oh yeah, and my computer is working great now, too. 👍🏻

They were awesome! I messaged them in pure panic because my computer stopped charging, in the middle of dead week, and they helped me through a lot of different possible solutions until we finally figured out the right one. They were pretty swamped and busy with finals as well so there was no time to bring in my laptop, but I received all this assistance for free even though we were both busy and high strung.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. I reached out to request advice on components for a gaming desktop PC as well as labor for assembling the device. He navigated the very beginning (ie confusing af) stages of the coronavirus shut down providing me with excellent service and follow-up. The PC performance has exceeded my expectations for way less than I would have paid to buy a pre-built computer (by several hundred dollars if youre curious).Why I would recommend: You can save stacks, end up with a device that is unique to you, and support a local small business that delivers awesome quality.

I took my laptop to Morgan to be cleaned out a couple months after a soda spill. The laptop made it out almost perfectly fine, with its only issue being that it would not turn on unless it was connected to power. After I paid $40 and received my laptop back, it had extensive damage to the screen (see attached pictures). This was not there before I gave it to Morgan. Now my laptop will not even FUNCTION without being connected to power. It automatically shuts off when it is unplugged. When I tried to discuss it with Morgan, he did not apologize or offer compensation/refund of any kind. He also asked for my password when it wasn’t needed to clean out the inside of my laptop, so not sure what that was about. Filing a complaint with the better business bureau.UPDATE: Morgan runs his business out of his apartment with no business license. This means he is held to no standard. Steer clear of this man and his fraudulent business practices. Can’t even file a complaint with the better business bureau because he isn’t a business, but a scam.My name is spelt Meagan. I am not upset at your pricing Morgan, I am upset at your terrible customer service. I was more than happy to pay you $40 to clean out my laptop, even if the initial issue wasn’t fixed. The problem is the extensive damage to my screen, and even more damage to the power THAT WASNT THERE when I dropped it off. I came to you with one problem and left with several more. Hope you can understand why I am upset by paying you $40 to break my laptop MORE.

We hired Morgan to install 3 new computers as well as upgrade several older machines to Windows 10 and configure them to to our network due to Windows 7 no longer being supported. Morgan analyzed our specific needs and made recommendations on the best hardware and peripherals to purchase and gave us great advice on how to seamlessly make the transition. He was able to get all of our computers up and running and all of our files transferred over with no disruption of any of our normal day-to-day operations. We would definitely have Morgan work on our computers again and would recommend him to anyone needing computer service.

He works out of his apartment so if thats not your thing, there are other places in town, but their technicians probably arent going to work nearly as hard for you as Morgan did for me. 5 stars!

Morgan fixed my charging port on my laptop for me quickly and cheaply. He was able to do it a day sooner than expected which was nice. I love the fact that he is a student doing it out of his apartment, support a student and save money by taking your repair needs to Tired Computers. Definitely the easiest to work with in town.

I got in over my head on the assembly portion of a gaming computer upgrade I was putting together, so I sought out expert help to do it right. This expert is easy to talk to and helpful, he went so far as to organize the my mess of cables as well as inform me of product features I wasnt aware of in my build so I could take advantage of them. The price is reasonable and the job was done quickly.

Morgan built me a custom computer. He is great to work with and even researched the best CPU and RAM for my heavy computational needs. We chose the parts and he built it quickly and I have exactly what I need. Highly recommend Tired Computers.

Needed a disk drive swap, already had my backup, just needed to get the OS transferred to the new hard-drive, and any required drivers. What was a chore for me, Morgan was able to handle it quickly and got me up and running again! 10/10 would definitely go see Morgan for all my future computer repairs and swaps!

Morgan worked with me to a resolve a long-standing issue with my PCs hardware. In summary, his rates were more than reasonable, he was as prompt as possible with getting back to me about the work, and he was genuinely interested in getting the problem solved.While ultimately the part needed to be replaced entirely, I felt satisfied that we had tried every other solution before falling back on replacing a component.

Morgan was very polite and friendly. He was great in communicating what the problem was with my laptop, and explaining my options and alternatives, all in the same day I brought it to him. Unfortunately, the problem would be a bigger hassle to fix than the laptop was worth, but because he was unable to fix it, there was no charge at all. He even offered advice on new laptop brands and several recommendations. He was a great help!
