The best thing I can say is that there was a truck available when we arrived. Customer service was nonexistent. I tried calling five separate times to ask a simple question and was on hold for a total of just under five hours and never got thru to an actual person.

Just rented a u haul terrible experience with William, make sure you check your gas gauge cause he overcharged us for gas and was rude we will not use that location again.

The dudes who run the gas station also do the couple of uhauls that they have and I was able to get a vehicle after I went through the app (app is scuffed btw). But the dude was super cool and took care of me after I had a bad experience a mile away. Also they are open later than other uhauls as it is a g station as well. Thanks boys, clutch!
