I had awful experience with this company. They denied to get their trailer fixed before the rental starts. Even if it doesn’t meet DOT requirements

Ive been renting multiple trailers (old &new) from LCS since 2013.. Their team is very friendly and courteous.. Competitive pricing as well..

LCS Global has terrible customer service. I called up to get some help and they told me it wasnt their problem and to take a hike.

Never ever come here to rent a trailer. These guys are extremely unprofessional and have no idea what it legal on a trailer and not legal. I sat here for 2 days waiting for a trailer. They rented my trailer out to someone else for a few days after my company paid for it. They will insult you and are not very trustworthy. The abs on my trailer needed fixed. It needed 3 tires 2 of which they actually replaced and I needed a mud flap. They argued about EVERYTHING except 1 tire. They didnt want to put any money in the trailer. And mind you this trailer I picked up was a 2016 and all the other trailers are older and piles of junk. If you want to get an out of service by DOT then pick up a trailer here. If not STAY AWAY!!!! I promise you will regret coming here.

LCS was easy to work with and accommodating, fair prices too.
