You can’t expect much from the management here. Especially when the one who runs the place is an X-Lawyer banned from the state of California for money laundering. Haha this place is a joke. Do yourself a favor and don’t work here. I supposedly “quit” because I had a fever at work during the Covid19 pandemic and was sent home by residential. I was told to immediately go to the health department and get tested, so I did. I was told to quarantine and wait on the results. I received the results on June 12 in the mail and called Bonnie and she said oh since you didn’t call us on June 11 we have let you go due to refusal to work... How could I have let her know a day before I got my results? Lakeway is a joke!

I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A NEGATIVE IF I COULD, YOU ENDED UP WORKING ALOT OF HOURS AND DID NOT HAVE ANY TIME OFF TO SPEND WITH FAMILY. THEY WOULD STICK YOU IN HOMES WITH NO TRAINING AND NO PAY FOR WHAT YOU DO, THEY EXPECTED YOU TO DO ALL THIS WORK AND TAKE CLIENTS OUT 6 HOURS A DAY AND SOMETIMES IT WAS HARD. THEY DID NOT CARE THAT YOU WERE READY TO GO HOME IF SOMEONE DID NOT COME IN AND YOU CALLED THEM FUSSING ABOUT WANTING TO GO HOME THEY WOULD TELL YOU THEY ARE WORKING ON IT AND THEN WHEN YOU CALL THEM BACK THEY HAVE WENT TO BED NOT WORRYING ABOUT YOU GOING HOME IT DIDNT MATTER YOU COULD WORK 40 HOURS STRAIGHT AND WHEN YOU THREATENED TO CALL SOMEONE THEY WOULD THREATEN YOUR JOB. WORST PLACE TO WORK IN MY BOOK

There is a clients house right across the road from me and Im so sick of what I hear coming from over there. Everyone in the neighborhood is. I cant even take my 2 year old grandson outside because their language is so bad. Not just the clients, but the workers as well. Ive ask,Ive fussed and nothing helps. Ive called and so have other people in the neighborhood but apparently no one at the facility cares once they place the client in your community. There has to be someone above Bonnie that I can talk to.

I worked here for awhile. I no longer do so I dont care to be brutally honest. This place is a pathetic joke. The management here couldnt manage their back sides from a hole in the ground. They would have staff working in homes 16 hours an make them stay over night or longer cause the schedulars couldnt find nobody to relieve you, but theirs 300+ staff that works for Lakeway. When hired on they just put you with whatever client without telling you about the client such as they wont tell you if the client has hepatitis or herpes. You pretty much have to find out threw the grape vine or after they spit on your face or throw feces at you then somebody (not management) tells you oh hey go to the doctor cause you could have a life threatening disease. Bonnie is a self entitled joke. She doesnt care about anybody or anything except how much money she could get off these people. Ive read a couple other reviews an its true they dont care about the neighbors of these clients or children for that matter, I personally worked with a client that would strip naked (male) an stand in front of his window while the neighbors little girls played outside they to made complaints but nothing done. I also know a few staff members that are horrible to these clients (yes I reported it but nothing done cause they cant afford to lose staff) for example they turn the door knobs around an lock the client in his/her room all day/night. Ive personally signed my name on a brief of my client to see if it would be changed by time I came back in. Not to my surprise I came in 24HOURS LATER an my name was still on the brief an he was laying in his bed literally dripping with urine. (also reported) Lakeway achievement center needs to have the doors shut locked an the key threw into the ocean. These clients deserve better care an Bonnie needs to be locked up.(again) yeah again spent jail time for embezzlement and fraud in California. Public records are a blessing. She was banned from working in such establisments in Cali so she moved to TN an well you see where she is now paying her staff 7.73 a hour to deal with these type of people. Dont ever put your loved ones here. Their better off somewhere else. I know from personal experience.

Worst hiring experience of my life.They did background check and the person wasnt even me who they got results for.When I tried explaining to them that they had the wrong persons background I was told it didnt matter.That doesnt even make any sense.How could you get correct background information if your not even looking up the right person.Dont work here staff was very rude and made me feel like I was some kind of criminal but they werent looking up the right person.I would give them 0 stars if i could.Plus all new hires a not told how much there were going to make an hour!!!!!

My family got stalked by a patient and caretaker. Caretaker brought patient looking for 20 minutes to find us. Patient stated he was going to kill and eat children while looking my 1 year old in the face. My 2 and 4 year old were crying hysterically. These people DONT need to be walking around. The caretaker stated in police report that he was scares of patient so did whatever he told him to do. These are not the kind of people you need working with psychopaths. My family is armed. We are not the kind of people that will go off for no reason. Next time patient and caretaker wont be so lucky. There are MANY MANY people who would have ended to before it escalated like it did. The people at lakeway dont seem to be concerned at all they are actually very short and rude and dont care to heat any complaints. I am also dealing with Bonnie like the complaint before mine. God only knows how these people treat patients!

Bonnie and all management are RUDE. Dont work here. Trust me.
