Everyone at all county is awesome, very knowledgeable and have great prices as well as a genuine care for the customers.If you left a negative review about them, it is probably because you are an insufferable human or are extremely ignorant.

This was laughably the worst customer service experience I have had in a very long time. The older gentleman (assuming the owner) obviously loathes his own existence. It’s not your customers fault that this is your life. You obviously don’t care, but you shouldn’t take your dissatisfaction out on people trying to do business locally - very easily could have gone to Home Depot. After this experience, I went down the road to Pioneer Rentals in Florham Park instead. Great experience there and they were cheaper. All County needs to throw in the towel and call it a career, I can’t overstate your rudeness and just overall miserable personality.

We have a landscape business and sometimes we need things all country rental is the best. The equipment is always well maintained far pricing family ran also very helpful.. we have been using them for the past 25 years!!

Ive been renting equipment here for over 10 years and have always gotten great service. Lawn equipment and tents. The tent installers are professional and fast. Great place.

I cannot give enough of a poor review for All County Rental. I rented a power washer today and one of the owners took time to explain its use to me, a novice. I also called while home for some help. When I returned the item after use, I had trouble winding up the thick hoses and asked for help. One of the brother owners threw the hoses out of my car and said Youve got to be kidding me; I have to tell you how to wrap a hose?! Unbelievable. We had to hold your hand the whole time and now you bring the item back like this. As an educator, I would never speak to one of my students this way, much less an adult. I explained that I wanted to make every effort to properly fold the hoses and that he owed me an apology for speaking to me this way, and he refused and said Bye!. I rented a couple items here in the past and found the brothers fairly pleasant. I will never go to All County Rental again.

I am the program chairman for a local car club. We hold regular meetings and always need chairs for our members. The former chairman suggested that I use these folks for chair rentals because they have quality seating, a simple rental process and fair prices. Over the past 12 months, I have rented about 50 chairs a month from All County and every transaction has been simple, friendly and affordable. I especially appreciate the friendly counter folks who handle the sale quickly (no need to make a reservation) and the help I get loading and unloading the chairs into my truck. This is a very well run, local shop that clearly understands what customer service means. Im a very satisfied customer and if you give them a try (they have some serious heavy equipment for rent) you will be too.Recommended

This place is a a joke . This people treated us like garbage. Ill never come back to this place . Dont waste your money and time here.

Went in looking for a chainsaw. Between 200-500 dollars. 2 people worked with me and were super nice and knowledgeable about their inventory and products. I walked out buying $300 worth of chainsaw and accessories. They even filled up the tank with gas and bar oil. These guys are awesome and I would highly recommend them.

Top Notch rental center. I have been dealing with them since 1982. They are honest, precise, and know their business. I have purchased products from them and have rented from them and used their parts department. True professionals. If you appreciate that, this is the place for you.

The approach to customer service at this place is mind blowing. They go out of their way to make renting from this place difficult. I’ll be going to Home Depot from now on.

I have dealt with this highly professional dealership for 25 years. I have always received solid and accurate advice and the best prices on the equipment that I have purchased from them. Service department is outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend them without reservation.

All County is the place to go if you need a tool get a part or to rent a piece of equipment. They have everything from woodchippers to aerators and backpack blowers to table & place settings for a party. The staff is friendly and helpful. All County is my go to spot for any project.

What a miserable experience. I rented an 8’ table and 10 plastic/metal chairs. After paying the late charge without complaint I went around back to help the guy unload the stuff from my pickup. As I went to grab the table the guy basically ripped it away from me without saying anything. Then as he started unloading the chairs he barked “I don’t want to take a bath!” I assume he was angry that the chairs were wet. (I say assume because he didn’t seem to have the ability to communicate in a civil manner.). But I was easily able to help him unload them without getting a drop me. Guy basically acted like I just ran over his dog. I have no desire to go back and have to deal with such a nasty grumpy SOB. There are plenty of other choices in the area to rent equipment from. That will be my last experience with All County.Response to Owner: Poor condition?? Are you kidding me? The chairs were a little wet. I would have just wiped them off or better yet, done nothing and let them air dry in 30 minutes. Not act like a petulant kid.

These guys have just about anything you would need for a party rental..... I primarily shop there for outdoor landscape tools (hedge trimmers, mowers, chainsaws, etc)... they carry top of the line products, and service what they sell as well... maybe a bit higher prices than a big box store, but you get what you pay for - and they stand behind their products

All County comes through for us every year with our special order. Equipment is delivered clean, in good working condition and on-time. Good to do business with. Thanks guys!

First tool rental place that doesnt try to charge me extra fees at return. Also I was looking at the Stihl blowers I went for the higher end model and was talked down to a lower priced blower, they took their time to xplain to me I didnt need to spend the extra cash. That sold me on this place. Honest people !, Will continue to do business with them

Very expensive tool rental place, in fact total rip off. Before I rented tools on Friday night I was quoted one price, when I dropped off Monday morning I was charged almost 25% more.Would recommend going elsewhere.

I rented a 55 foot boom I used it for 2 parking lott light and one sign and couldnt use it for the second building sign the machine was dead I call and ask them why couldnt I just use the motor instead just battery the guy basically said I cant use it and turns around didnt even take money off the rental the guy is basically and as hole in my book and I should deny the charges with the bank

THEY CHARGE YOU IF YOU CANCEL (IN MY CASE WITH 5 DAYS NOTICE) WITHOUT INFORMING YOU AHEAD OF TIME. MAKE SURE YOU CLARIFY THAT AT THE TIME OF RENTAL.

The people that run this company are not helpful and are extremely rude when you try to rent from them. I dont know how they are even in business.
