This is in response to Leandra. Sorry for the experience you had when you had your mother try to return the product you bought for your event. We do not do returns on hats because of head lice and we figure you would not want a hat that has left then the store and then was returned. We do require the credit card that the purchase was done with due to the fees from credit card companies and if we return the items then we also get out fees returned in this manner, strictly a business decision. We will be happy to return the other items just bring them in with the receipt and a credit card that we can do the return on. Sorry for your inconvenience.

Do not shop here! I recently purchased items for a party and ultimately did not use the items. I purchased on a Friday and tried to return them on Tuesday. I had my bag and my receipt. They refused to refund my money because they do not accept returns on hats. This was NOT posted anywhere, nor on my receipt, nor told to my by the sales associate who checked me out. They also refused to refund other items, because I did not have my check card with me, even though I had my receipt.There are too many party places in JC to make it worth shopping here again.

I have used Party Central since my girls were babies!! My oldest is now 22 and we still go there for all our party supplies! Geoff and his staff are awesome to know!

Small town family owned. Very friendly people. Encountered oth owners at different times on different visits. I will absolutely return. And i HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Its a quick kind of blink and you will miss it hole in the wall kindof place. (Which I personally love. But im a small town, small business shopper when i can be.) The prices were comparable to bigger chains. Even a little cheaper on some things. So even those of us on a budget can find something in our price range. The clearance rack had great deals. I spent less than $50 and had everything i needed. My son and his friends seemed thrilled with it. So it was a grear party.Again...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This is in response to Albrey this is Party Central and just wanted to inform you that you are commenting on the wrong site. We do not sell Halloween costumes but their is another store also in the 2200 block of North Roan that does. Just wanted to set the record straight. Thank you and hopefully you will come try us and have a better shopping expierence.

I bought a shirt from here for halloween and when I got it home I realized it had a hole in it. I called the store and informed them that I still had the tags and the receipt and I wanted to swap the shirt out. The lady advised me that all sales are final and it stated that on the bottom of my receipt. I explained again that I didnt want my money back I just wanted to exchange it due to the defect to get what I paid for. She said, Sorry, sales are final. Im not happy with the experience at all and I will not be shopping here again. I always buy party supplies here for my kids birthdays but not again.

Have been using Party Central for years and needed them again today for a big event we are putting on over the next 2 weekends. Owners are always helpful, always have great suggestions, and I am always satisfied!!!

Always helpful and friendly. I like to use the website to get ideas before going in to the store too.
