I see so many reviews on here about rudeness. I can not stress enough how much I disagree. My fiance and I had too bring our twin infants with us and we were given wonderful service and respect. I am extremely happy with my ring. And even more impressed with the very fare price on it. We will definitely be back again in the future.

I am new to the area. Recently relocated from Las Vegas. Needing a new shop to tend to my modest watch collection I went to Kramer Jewelry for the first time for a simple battery change on one of my Seiko Kinetic Divers. I had the genuine part from Seiko and was promptly told by the lady working the counter that he would not want to use this part, that he would want to use his own parts. When the man came out from where he was working his tone was aggressive and unfriendly. He treated me like I knew nothing about watches and told me the piece would have to be sent back to Seiko. I tried to explain that was not the case. That the jeweler I have been using back in Las Vegas for the last 18 years and who did the work on all my pieces would do this for me in about 10 minutes while I waited. He summarily dismissed me and said, I dont want to argue with you and handed the watch over. Rarely, have I been treated so rudely and leaving his shop all I could say to myself was WOW !!! I just went in to have a battery changed ... ?

Guy that owns this place is extremely rude. Definitely worth the drive to sevier county or knoxville for your jewelry needs. No clue how he stays in business with his attitude towards customers

Went in looking to sell a very expensive ring. The rude guy behind the counter who refused to make eye contact with me asked how much I was looking for. I told him I wanted about 60% of the minimum that East Tennessee Diamond Co. appraised it at. He handed it back and continued to refuse to make eye contact. Don’t go here unless you want to be treated like scum and not a real person. Take the drive to Knoxville and leave Kramer’s to go out of business where it belongs.

Reasonably priced great customer service. why go pay twice the price at Kays when this place will give you jewelry just as nice for half the price?They will clean and dip (white gold) for free for life and they even replaced one of the small diamonds on my wifes ring when it fell out for free.On top of that the guy that runs the place is a real Craftsman who can make custom jewelry out of gems and heirlooms you bring him. Its the only place I buy fine jewelry now.

Mr. Kramer is very knowledgeable and got my fiancee an engagement ring and a wedding band for an affordable price. Recommend!

I came into Mr. Kramer’s store today in tears after having been treated very rudely at another local jeweler, he and his staff helped me through the sobs and made sure I left happy and smiling. They seem to truly care about their customers and work with them to offer options and advice that is honest and kind.
