A Morristown institution! This jewelry store has been in town for over fifty years. There is a wide selection of jewelry, they have more modern pieces as well as vintage. They offer jewelry repair and appraisal services. The salespeople are terrific, we worked with Lori today who helped my wife chose a necklace. Lori was friendly, professional, and made my wife feel very comfortable. Not a ton of options for men (i.e. limited selection of cufflinks and mens watches, etc.) but many, many options for women. Highly recommend this place.

I want to thank Mariana for all her help and patience while we created a custom eternity band to celebrate my 10 yr anniversary. She helped me evaluate what width band would work with my existing eng ring and wedding band and she helped me consider which ring size I should be, as I have had issues with my ring sizing in the past. She patiently met with me during 3 different visits, while also entertaining my 2 daughters and giving them a cute gift during one of our visits. We decided to have an impromptu wedding in May, with a whole two days for planning, and the staff at Braunschweiger was beyond helpful. After being turned down by a couple of other jewelers they procured two beautiful wedding bands for us. My now husband came with the wrong measurements and they were able to do a same-day resize. I made a purchase of 2 items through the Braunschweiger website. The following day John called to apologize and told me that one of the items I had selected had already been sold ( the website was delayed in updating).He then sent me several photos of similar items that might be suitable replacements. I recently visited Braunschweiger to have my engagement stone reset from a solitaire to a twisted band with diamonds and sapphires. I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for just needed to decide on the details and execute it. Johnny was fabulous at selecting samples and options for me to review as well as staying in contact with me throughout the process. The finished product is gorgeous and I love how my stone was set.The Braunschweiger team knocked it out the park, highly recommend for any and all jewelry, timepiece needs!

I cant say enough about Mariana DoCarmo at Braunschweiger Jeweler in Morristown. I brought her my mothers engagement ring for her to create a solitaire necklace for my daughter. She understood the emotional connection I had to my departed mothers ring and treated both me and the ring with kid gloves. The photograph does not do this lovely, cherished piece justice.

I received a hand me down engagement ring and I brought it to Braunschweiger’s for a temporary fix, until I was ready to get a whole new setting. It was was in rough shape from years of wear, bad repairs, and resizing. The biggest eye sore was a repair that used copper to replace 2 prongs ( it’s a platinum ring ). I was told that it could be resized and the center stone could be secured. I did not expect to pick my ring up to find it looking brand new with absolutely no discoloration. I am beyond happy with the amazing work they did, and literally have no need for a new setting now.

Lorie was great! She provided exceptional customer service and gave great advice to help me design my necklace. Everyone at Braunschweiger is very helpful and friendly.

I purchased a simple and subtle estate jewelry piece during their flash sale (today only). I also found a beautiful bohemian garnet flower pendant and chain for less than $80.00 for my sisters birthday. Great Place. today I took in my watch for repair. The watch has a life time warranty but you have to send it in, insure it, etc. So I tried Braunschweigers today. They fixed it in 5 minutes and would not charge me for it. We have purchased all my wifes diamonds there and would not got anywhere else.

Shoutout for B. Jewelry in Morristown. My fiancé and I went there on Friday to choose our wedding bands and Brian was so helpful and patient. We picked two different styles, mine with “vegan diamonds” and his plain gold, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

I had an incident last week & my watch broke in half! I went to the store (my dad bought the watch there 20+ years ago), hoping they could repair it and not have to send it to NYC. (They had never seen this happen to a watch before). They were so helpful & understood the sentimental value the watch has for me, which I appreciated. This time around, I came in with my wedding band, which I was purchased out-of-state and was missing a gem. I have had many issues in the past of not being able to get a ring that properly fit my fingers (I have thin fingers and large knuckles so its difficult to get a good fit) but Mariana quickly helped figure out ways to design me a custom ring that would fit me perfectly without dealing with it constantly spinning like all my previous rings have. I stopped in the New Providence location today to see if they could help me untangle a silver chain and transfer the diamond from my broken chain necklace to a new one. Within minutes, my necklace came out from the back of the store looking brand new! They not only untangled the chain for me and added the diamond to it, but they cleaned it as well. And the best part? They didnt charge me a cent. Unbelievable. I think the associates name was Brian and he could not have been nicer or more professional to deal with. I am very grateful and HIGHLY recommend this jeweler to anyone looking for beautiful pieces or service for their beautiful pieces!

Years ago Braunschweiger lost a 1-2 ct very nice color Burma ruby I had submitted for setting and offered a very much inferior stone as compensation. I suspect one of the jewelers stole my ruby but I cant prove it.
