Nice friendly professional staff. Hearing specialist was great but had to cancel my next appointment until I get back in town to work in my schedule.

VERY pleased. Just moved here from Florida a few months ago and my wife told me that our first order of business was to get my hearing checked. Cant say enough about the job Dr. Neil and Heather did. I am hearing great now and my only regret is that I waited as long as I did to do something about it. Most importantly, my wife is very happy and we all know that matters more than anything.

The staff are really nice and they know who you are when you walk in.

Very nice and helpful as to what my husbands hearing problems were. You get the feeling you already knew them when youre there. Helpful with my husbands choice of hearing aids. As for myself if ever I need a Dr for my hearing Smoky Mountains Hearing Specialists will be my chpice.

I built the building for Smoky Mountain Hearing Specialists and had met Brett a few times during the process. Shortly after my wife encouraged me (many times!) to go have a hearing test to see if hearing aids would help me. I did so and found the staff to not only be extremely knowledgeable but also very helpful and goes above and beyond to give superior service. Because of my awesome experience I have told as many people as I can they also need to visit the folks at Smoky Mountain Hearing. Brett is simply just a good guy.

Due to the nature of my work, it is critical that my hearing is at its very best. I had been referred to Brett Parish by another of his patients. Brett was extremely professional and took my concerns very seriously.He used the most advanced equipment Ive seen and was extremely patient with me. He didnt recommend the most expensive hearing aids, but instead, suggested the most beneficial for my needs. Then I received a great surprise when he offered to me supplies for my hearing aids at no additional cost! Brett makes himself readily available for periodic adjustments--and also at no additional cost.Bretts attitude and customer service has been so much better than my other experiences, I decided to write this review. I honestly couldnt ask for anything more.

I strongly suspected I needed hearing aids when I could no longer hear the hear questions from students in the classroom. My biggest concern was making an investment in hearing aids and still not being satisfied with what I was hearing. Smoky Mountain Hearing Specialists was not my first stop when shopping for hearing aids but it was my last stop. I was very impressed with the thorough and comprehensive evaluation I received. The staff made sure I was completely satisfied before I purchased my hearing aids. I would highly recommend them for anyone that suspects or knows they have hearing loss.In fact, I did recommend them to my mother and mother- in-law and they are both patients as well. Cant believe the difference this has made for me. One of the biggest things that has changed is that I am even able to sit in the back of Sunday School and understand everything being said. I really had no concept of what I was missing before and am so glad I did this.
