After many years of trying to deal with a hearing impairment, I finally decided it was time to do something about it. I did all kinds of research online regarding multiple hearing aid companies, and reading their reviews, as well as finding out what happens AFTER you get the hearing aids. Miracle Ear ranked so highly on every single thing I researched. I had a free hearing exam (which was very detailed) and then I was fitted with my hearing aids. I also have the app on my smartphone which helps tremendously with the blue tooth option. I had a few visits after the initial exam, during which Kathy fine tuned my hearing aids. I have had them for over a year, and I am so pleased with everything.Ive had multiple people ask me about my hearing aids, and I always tell them to try Miracle Ear. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

My husbands hearing has been declining and yet he has been reluctant to seek help. I explained the situation to Theresa. She was very willing to have a conversation with him. She had a very encouraging approach and easily answered all of his questions and concerns. At this point he is feeling very reassured about the process.

Kathy Kiser is the absolute best in the business. She is very very gracious, helpful and professional. I’ve had few experiences as good as with her business. She’s the best at what she does. Called Morristown Miracle ear today they told me to come right in. Went in right away and they fixed my hearing aid the same day. Very nice employees..professional & them to anyone friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who has or needs hearing aids
