The prices are great. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I truly could go on and on about how great the staff is here. I have never rented anything here that didnt work or immediately start. I have personally never had a problem with anything I rented but one time my dad wasnt happy and the guys at the counter made it right no questions asked. This company still knows what customer service should look and sound like.

I rented equipment and a trailer. Everything worked great!

Called up on a Monday and asked if they rent skid steers that I needed one for the weekend. They asked if I rented before from them. I told them no. They said I needed to come fill out a form on Thursday and come back on Friday to pick it up or to pay if I needed it delivered that they don’t take reservations. Went up on Thursday and they said they didn’t have anything available for the weekend. They had one in the back and I asked about that one they asked if I needed it delivered I said yes. They said if I could get a truck there to get it by 5 I could get it it was 4:15. They said it was to late in the day for a delivery and that the next day they have people on the book. I’ll never do business with them.

Called there on a Friday at 12pm and lined up a bobcat to have delivered. They told me I had to come in to set up an account, I said no problem I will be there in 30 min. When I arrived 30 min later they said they had no more bobcats to rent. So after knowing that I was on the way to set it up they rented it out from underneath me and wasted an hour or more of my time. There customer service is horrible and this is just bad business. I will not be going back to A 1.

Ive rented several things from these guys and have always had a good experience. Plus, if you rent after 12 PM on Friday you get it for the whole weekend for the same price.

Renter caved in my sewer cap lid. Need equipment to dig out so I could pump, repair, and then recover. Made call to A-1 rental. They had me ready to go when I arrived. Owners and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful on making sure you get the right equipment for the job.

Rented a pressure washer. The hose on the washer was cracked and water spurted everywhere losing pressure. The hose wouldnt fit the wand. The wand quick connect was jammed full of dirt. Poorly maintained equipment.

I always rent from these guys because the atmosphere you walk into. If theres ever a problem with the equipment they have always made things right.

Equipment is in excellent condition and prices are reasonable

Poor customer service. Rented a bobcat for the weekend. They gave me a run around about booking one, got stuck With a wheeled machine because they would let me book earlier in the week. Then refussed to pick up when i repeatedly told them too. Called me and threatened to charge me another day for not calling. Rude at every transaction.

Quick to help us get set up with the correct peace of equipment that we needed. Helped us understand the controls and got it s set up with the trailer that they also provided. Very good service all around.

They are rude and unprofessional. They tell you its no problem that you can get a piece of equipment, so you get all your stuff together, spend money, take the time off from work and then they rent it out from under you to someone they know or someone they like better. This has happened to me at least 3 times even though i do everything the tell me to. I wouldnt rent anything from them. Go to Herc, they are much more professional

One phone call to A1 Equipment Rental and they had exactly what we needed. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and assisted. Followed up by fun conversation about fishing! Really nice guys there.

Seemed nice at first, although they didnt inform me of all charges. When I brought the machine back, one guy was nicely being a smart aleck. I will not be doing business there again.

It really is a great place to rent from. Honest good guys. The hardest thing to do is not take them biscuits and coffee and get caught up chatting all mornings. Trash, the workers are rude, and their policy doesnt allow you to pay in advance to reserve. So if your driving a distance get equipment from your location and bring with you. Terrible customer service dont spending money with them!

Nice people, very helpful. Equipment always works well we have never had a problem. We have rented backhoes, ditch diggers, etc.

They have good equipment to rent at decent prices, but they need to improve customer service, especially training their personnel to communicate and to be polite. Also little maps would be nice, its so confusing where everything is at.

Customer service was great on sat.!!!! Returned the equipment which was a trailer and bobcat on Monday. The employee in the office told me to go ahead and pull it around back. If you can get threw there, cause of other customers pulling in and blocking driveway. Guys in back say you need to go up front!!! Buddy tried to tell my brother that the trailer shouldnt of never been hooked up to the two inch hitch. He tried to say the hitch and ball was way to low to ground!!! Then he unloaded the bobcat drove it over to put gas in it and was only a couple seconds at that. He said take the trailer to the side neither one of us even knew where that was at!!! After dropping off the trailer he said meet you inside we drove by the gas fill up station to see what the gage read!! It said 0.30. We get inside and he claims we owe $7. and some odd change for gas!!!! I said that is incorrect just filled it up and your gage says 30 cents. He walked us out there to show us as hes saying I wouldnt rip you off!!! Mmmm hint hint!!! Guilty feeling!!! I guess he thought we were idiots and didnt know how to read their gas gage. We grew up playing in the junk yard and filled our own junk cars up with gas!!!!! Needless to say he said Im not worried about the three gallons of gas!!! RIGHT BECAUSE WE WERE RIGHT!! Watch the gas part when returning!!!
