My business computer crashed and I called Liam on a Saturday afternoon during non business hours. He was gracious enough to pick up the phone and patiently listened while I explained my problem. This was a 15 year old obsolete system. Yet he still worked with me to thoroughly understand the situation and gave me a correct diagnosis. My system was back online that day. Had an emergency with a laptop that suffered electrical damage and Liam was able to fit me in and get it situated. Also suggested ideas for other situations Im having problems with. Very knowledgeable in his field, very customer friendly and attentive. Im someone that can talk your ear off but Liam is great at holding conversations as well very happy with the experience I had.

I have had to use Liam several times with my computer. He is great. He will tell you what to expect, if he can, before he does anything to your computer. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Very reasonable pricing too!

He updated all my computers.Also installed cameras and they all link to my phone. Very reasonable prices done in a timely fashion. He came after business hours so it wouldn’t interrupt work.Now all the computer work like they are supposed to and he followed up to make sure we were still up and running afterwards.
