After working here for about a month I was told by the owner, Mark Redmond. That he couldnt afford for me to be going on calls and only getting the $85.00 service call. I told him I wasnt going to rip people off by making up stuff to do that wasnt necessary. He then said he had alot of overhead. I quit that day.So before you call these people keep in mind that you will likely be getting screwed.

Had a water leak in the basement. They came and found the source. Fixed and repaired. Thank you!!!

The toilet in my bathroom wobbled and flushed on its own from the day I moved in my house. This company came quickly and repaired it. The repairs were a little more expensive than I really thought they should have been. Truthfully I should have just bought a new toilet but they did a good job on the work and were very professional. They even wore shoe covers when they came in my house so they wouldnt get my floor dirty. As a neat freak that was appreciated.

They do not have an urgency to be there for the customer. They over charge for services and their equipment is poor. I hired them to fix my sewage pipe and they didnt seem to interested in fixing our house. I called another plumber and he squeezed me in and had it fixed in two days. Tennessee plumbing took a week and did nothing.
