Parking is crazy in Morristown, but we lucked out with a meter spot right in front. Hair dressers were friendly, and Mom is happy with her new hair style. Thank you for providing affordable services in a well ventilated salon.
Being coming for 5 yrs to this place, Frendly staff (most of the time) done a good job and good at listening what to do. I seen newbie doing the cutting and stay away. If you want to have a great experience stay with the season staff.
There were 2 staff members there, neither hairdresser there knows how to cut hair. Went there for a light trim, she took about 5 inches off and cut my hair into shelves(essentially 90% of my hair is 2 inches shorter than the rest - not what I asked for at all). Now I have to go fix it somewhere else. Absolutely traumatized by the haircut I received. Will never come back.
AMAZING!! I drive 40 minutes just because there amazing at what they do.Like
. They ought to put a coffeeshop in the space instead..The staff is unprofessional, dismissive, and basic..Your next visit could include but not limited to, the usual cadre of bauerins and extreme eyeliner aficionados that will ensure your visit is as disappointed as the last one.Best of luck.
My 3yo got her first haircut here and they did a great job! They have a kids booster as well as a little cape and made sure she was comfortable. The lady used a spray bottle instead of taking her to a sink and that helped her feel more relaxed too. It was inexpensive and easy. We had a great experience!
Genuinely the worst haircut I’ve ever had or ever seen someone get. The management gave me my money back so there’s that, but i went in for a trim/long layers and it looks like a child took kitchen scissors to my hair.
Excellent. VALERIE is amazing, hair came out so sooooo great. On top of that she was a very warm welcoming individual. Best person for a job well done. I’m so happy with the outcome!!! Would highly recommend to anyone. IG:@Sam_reincarnated_libera
My sister got the worst haircut Ive ever seen in my life at this place. It looked like a child took a pair of scissors and started cutting random pieces off.
Great people great cuts
Melanie does a great job
Needed a last minute haircut, so I went to Supercuts in Morristown this morning. GREAT experience!! I have A LOT of hair, but I was in and out in an hour. The stylist put a lot of effort into making sure my hair looked perfect. She really listened to and respected what I wanted, unlike some stylists Ive experienced who are pushy and take off more than asked. I would definitely go back again. OH and their products were all buy one, get one for $2!
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. ESPECIALLY WHEN MELANIE IS CUTTING YOUR HAIR.They dont care about your haircut. You are better off at home shaving your own head.
Shauna is superb. Does amazing color and cuts. So friendly, too. Can’t beat the price and service.
The person who did my haircut was accommodating and did a good job. Booking an appointment was also easy.
All I wanted was a quick bang trim. There was nobody in the store so they weren’t busy. I specifically and clearly told the stylist that my bangs are higher on the side and longer in the middle, like a “U” shape. For some unfathomable reason she cut them in an UPSIDE DOWN “U,” and too short. I was extremely upset. Going to have to wear hats for two weeks. 😢
Love their attention and always get the haircut I wanted for a fair price
One of the best Supercuts Ive been to. Staff is always friendly. 4 stars because I do get a slightly different haircut every time despite asking for the same thing.
Crazy pricing!! Called early morning and was told to come at 2pm for my full highlights, cut, dry. Would not quote a price for the highlights over phone, but said the cut was $15. Arrive, wait 15 min for my quote for $175.00!!!! Thats right--$160 for full highlights and a $15 cut! Are you kidding me!?!? Oh yeah, my hair is not even hitting my shoulders!!! I can go to a real salon with an actual appointment for $95 full highlight and $55 cut. I have been to this salon a number of times and have NEVER PAID anything more than $100 out the door!!! Their pricing is ludicrous!!!
Literally the worst haircut of my life. Went in for a quick trim before a wedding tomorrow, came out looking like a different person, took all my hair off. Had to stop my wife from going down there and causing a scene. Just ...awful.
If you want to go to a place where they will NEVER listen to what you ask, and just cut your hair the way they like, go here. awful place
I have always had a good experience here. They have been nice and sweet. The girl who cut my hair like 4 months ago was nice. She talked to me and asked questions. I have never been charged more than $14, so i dont know why people think the pricing is bad.
Just alright. Good to stop by for a haircut after work. There may be quite a wait, though. Not a fan of the whole corporate hair cutting business structure. But they are Ok. They are rather expensive - around $20 to cut a guys hair.
We always get the best service here! This is the only place where my kids are comfortable enough to sit and get a haircut
Shawna does a great job! Highly recommended.
Military, stay away. This supercuts doesnt do well at all.Requested a medium skin fade, five on top, keep the front long.Got a high fade and cut everything short. Also didnt blend or shape at all. I got a full buzzcut, which leaves no room for cover up.I could have done a better job drunk in my bathroom, but instead I paid 16.50 for someone else to mess it up.
I was very disappointed with my first visit. While I was waiting for my cut ( I was a walk-in), they allowed someone else to go ahead of me who walked in after me; maybe it was a pre-scheduled appointment, but no one explained it to me. The only experienced hair stylist is also running the front desk while shes in charge of your haircut, so her attention is split, and there are frequent interruptions. She interrupted my hair cut to complete someone elses haircut, again reason unknown. I waited for over twenty minutes while she finished someone elses haircut. She returned to mine to not fully get the main characteristics of the style (it was Kate Hudsons new pixie). She used a razor for most of the haircut, and missed the look I was going for. Theres no place to hang your coat, so you either fold it on the counter or sit with it in your lap. This was a really unprofessional experience, and mostly a let down. I didnt feel like they valued my patronage at all. I related the experience to another hairstylist who simply couldnt believe the operations of SuperCuts. My mother recommended I not post this review, to just let it go, but the experience was so disappointing, I thought it was worth the share on Google. Pay the extra eight dollars to go to Prohaircutters in Morris Plains at the Kohls shopping complex. Youll be glad you did.
Perfect
Great staff with exceptional service.
Cheap and best. Great service each and everytime. They provide coupans as well just signuo online and enjoy saving.
Always friendly service and usually in a chair within 5 min
Shauna is the best!!!! She been cutting my hair for about 2yrs now and she never dissapoints
Good spot. checking in saves time
The staff was very friendly from the moment you walk in the door. They were great with my daughters.
Consistently good cuts! Great prices!
Gratw cuts great price.
Do a nice job
Terrible experience. She cut my hair in a hurry since it was closing time. Had a bruise behind my ear when I got home.
Good place for an inexpensive haircut. Usually a wait.
A hack place. They have no idea what theyre doing nor any idea of their pricing. Stay far, far away from this place. I cant imagine how they stay in business.
I wouldnt recommend this place
Another awful experience. Clueless and do not care.
About 1 year ago I finally found a stylist that rocks at cutting my hair - every time. Ask for Rocky. Everyone is always very friendly.
Its bad
