Tom and his team are excellent. I do not currently use them but I have in the past for my 401k. I saw great results. They are very knowledgeable, professional and helpful.

Strate agents have overseen the coverage of my home and automobile insurance since my divorce several years ago. Brandi and Danielle tag teamed to ease my angst when my auto insurance was uncoupled when I refined my home, guided me through channels to disprove the location of my lot in a flood zone, and were receptive when concerns regarding alleged overuse of roadside assistance as a result of engine problems, flat tires and the occasional lockout of my vehicle prompted placement on a “warning list.” I was angered beyond measure!!!! After relocating (back) to Morristown a little over a year ago, Brandi Lane evaluated the coverage and pricing for two residences, autos, and personal liability. She saved us thousands of dollars (literally) using her experience and expertise to fit the coverage to our unique situation. As it might happen, we have tested the auto coverage a couple times - specifically the towing option she suggested.
