I stopped in there for an insurance quote. The 2 women there were very friendly and easy to talk to.I not only had them write a new policy for my truck, but to also write a policy for my homeowners insurance as well.I hope that this turns into a long term relationship for my insurance needs with my home and auto.

Jason, Cindy, and Angie are AWESOME! I lost my job back in February and my husband lost his job last week. We are both unemployed right now and we’re trying to cut expenses. Cindy mentioned State Farm bank was allowing customers to skip loan payments for 3 months. I called and it was so easy. You all are the BEST! When I moved my business to Jason I felt that my insurance needs were covered and that I was not over paying for said coverage. After letting Jason and his staff review my situation I realized with their help that my needs were not properly covered like I had thought. So after moving my business to Jason I am now adequately covered with a significant savings over my previous premiums. I cannot say enough good things about Jason and his staff, they have been helpful and attentive to me and my wife without fail. Ive never liked insurance because its something that you pay a lot of money for that you cannot touch, hold or see but Jason and his staff made my experience a good one as Im sure he does for all of his customers, they really shake and bake!!

After watching how he treated my daughter when doctors orders said for her to work from home, and on the day she was discharged from the hospital, he mailed a separation notice stating she had quit, which was not true, I lost respect, and we moved our accounts elsewhere. Character is who you are when no one is looking. Lying about an employee who has an autoimmune disease, multiple sclerosis, and was immune compromised during covid, so you don’t have to pay her unemployment, is just disappointing. I watched her cry and go weeks without pay because he lied on her separation notice and she had to appeal, which took her longer to get her unemployment. She was more than willing to continue working from home. This was an extra stress on our family, watching her try to recover after an MS flareup and then have to fight this in the midst. Fortunately she had saved text messages that supported her story and proved that there was dishonesty on Jason’s behalf. I have watched her work for State Farm for years and she pushed herself to work every day with an autoimmune disease. Never have I seen her treated so unfairly by someone. How you treat people when no one is watching is more telling than the Christian music you play in your office every day. I watched her suffer needlessly over this.

Jason and his staff are always more than willing to answer any questions and help in any way they can. Theyre always prompt to respond and treat everyone the same. This is how all insurance offices should be doing business.

If an agent is unwilling to assist an employee with health issues, especially in the middle of a pandemic, why would anyone trust them to help with caring for their own home, car, family, etc? It cannot be understated that caring for people as an insurance agent is vital. This includes your employees, not just customers and friends. Disheartened to read about the situation above.
