I used this company for a dryer vent inspection recently. They called me after 15 minutes saying that there was a disconnect in my dryer vent above my kitchen and that it would need repair and that I was not able to use my dryer until it was repaired. I called another company in for a second opinion and they said there was no disconnect and the dryer vent passed inspection but needed to be cleaned next year. Seems like someone was just lazy and didnt wanna do their job correctly but they were sure to make sure they got paid for the inspection. I dont recommend this company.

Andy and his team showed up to clean our dryer vent, our HVAC and our chimney. They were excellent, very professional and explained everything they were doing whenever I asked a question. Really felt they took time and care and went above and beyond. Great work, would highly recommend.

I attempted to use Apexs services to have my chimney cap replaced as well as my ducts cleaned. Our chimney cap completely came off, and we needed it replaced ASAP. I called Apex the last week of Sept. & the soonest date I was told that Apex could come out was nearly a month from the time I called. On the date of my appt. approximately an hour before their scheduled window to arrive, I received a call that due to the rain Apex would have to reschedule my appt for another 20 days. I asked if we could please have an earlier appt. as we have no chimney cap currently and we waited so long for the initial appt. I was told that was not possible as Apex services big clients and they have bigger jobs to deal with. So basically Apex wanted us to wait nearly 7 weeks to just come out to MEASURE our chimney for a new cap and clean our ducts. Seems they care more about their more BIG corporate accounts, and less about residential clients. Will never attempt to use Apex again, do not recommend them.

Quick and easy. Granted, the tech said my chimney was clean already...but he was gone in less than 30 minutes!

The were prompt in scheduling a dryer vent cleaning appointment. The technician came out on time was professional, thorough and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely use again.
