Awesome guy, worked hard to get me in my car
Touchdown City used cars, on the Mileground. Not only dishonest, but they do not care if you live or die! I bought a car with a new inspection sticker from their own shop. When I took it to my mechanic for a checkup, the left front wheel bearing was so worn that he was able to pull the entire wheel and axle off the car with his hands. Within a very few miles of driving, this would have fallen off. That would certainly have damaged the car heavily, and depending on when and where it happened, it could have sent me into a skid and killed me, you, my family, or anyone else unfortunate enough to be on the road. Either they knew the car was a death trap and put a sticker on it anyway rather than replace the bearing, or they put the sticker on without caring one way or the other whether the car was safe. In a just world, these people would be in prison. (There was also an instance of blatant dishonesty, but that pales beside their disregard for life. Contact me if you want to hear about that, too.)
Purchased a 2011 BMW Wagon here at a awesome price, car is in amazing condition and have had no issues with it whatsoever. Also, helped me get approved for a loan with being a server. Will be purchasing my next vehicle here and telling all my friends! The owner is extremely nice and kind as well.
Always good service. I needed new tires, they gave me good price and swapped them out within an hour. I will always go here for any fixes or maintenance
My husband purchased a used car from this dealership on Wednesday 5/14 to use as a runner for work. Were reasonable people so we werent expecting the works for what we wanted to pay but when we purchased the car it was filthy. There was dust covering the dash, cobwebs in the doors and crumbs all over the seats and floor. Plus the owner didnt even sell the car with a full tank of gas. Although, I dont believe this is good business practice, its not a deal breaker and we could look past these minor things. The owner offered him a warranty for 30 days or 1,000 miles. We have now owned the car for 2 days and its making funny sounds in the drive train. When my husband called to tell the owner the response we got was, Well I sold you that car for pretty cheap so go take it somewhere else to get looked at. He didnt even bother to have us bring the car in and look at it or honor the warranty. To anyone looking at this place I do not recommend to buy from this man. He is rude and doesnt show good business practice.
Very honest salesmen. Great low prices. Great car buying experience.
We purchased a 2009 Toyota Camry in 2012 from Jim at #1 Touchdown City Preowned Autos and are very happy with it and the follow up service we received. Great price and no haggle. We will definitely buy our next car there.
Had been passing by here everyday on the way to work, and after stopping by several places to get a State Inspection they all had outrageous waits. Decided to try here and was in and out in 20 minutes. The staff was friendly and Ill definitely be coming back. Thanks guys
I was refered to Touchdown City by Monroe Muffler for an inspection. I walked in and everyone was really friendly. They agreed to inspect my car and do an oil change in 20 minutes and believe it or not they had it done before 20 minutes passed. Thanks so much!! I will most certainly be back.
Guys were awesome, service was done quickly and for a great price. Definitely going back when I need work done on my car
I purchased a Navigator there as is. I had an issue with it called the dealer and he didnt hesitate to get it fixed. I found the dealer to be very pleasant and helpful. Thanks Mike.
Salesmen not very efficient in follow up work.
Just bought a box truck the price was awsome!
Terrible!
You will regret buying a car from Touchdown City!
