Called for an estimate to replace furnace and add a/c. They came when they said and provided an estimate when they said they would. Two other contractors did not. We are going to wait a bit longer before having any work done but do appreciate that they came out. Thank you so much.

Had them come out for a project and give a quote which was reasonable. However when we requested there documentation of insurance and contractors license they refused to provide and withdrew from doing the work 1 day before being scheduled.

Not only is it the best plumbing supply store in Morgantown, they really take care of their customers. Placed a service call and Nick did an awesome job. Very quick (was at my door 2 hours after I called), clean, and no leaks.

Hugharts started a job for us a month ago. They needed a part and said they would finish the job when it came in. It came in three weeks ago, we let them know, and several times theyve said they would come to finish the job, and each time they are a no show. It has been incredibly inconvenient to have to take off from work each time, only to have them not show up! They never even return our calls. Nearly a month on without any running water in our bathroom, weve reached the conclusion that we just need to give up and find someone else. Seriously annoying as this last bit of the job is very simple and would take them no time at all if they could just do it.

They were quick and go the job done in a timely fashion. And the service guys were very nice. I would call the back for sure.

Called Hugharts for a clogged pipe. They showed up 90 minutes late without a call after I had taken a 1/2 day off of work to meet them. They used a plunger and a snake (the same things I had already done) without success. They then said the next step was to cut into the ceiling downstairs to expose the pipe so they could get to the pipe, except they wouldnt do that. They wanted me to cut the drywall out. I was not going to do that, nor do I have the equipment, thats what I was paying them for. Long story short, I paid $87.80 for them show up late and to tell me to call another plumber. Terrible experience!
