My furnace/air conditioner was leaking water. Brian was knowledgeable and ran a few tests. Found that I had cracks in my condenser drain pan. He was able to provide me with a few different options to take care of the issue. And just for the sake of it, he took a look at my outside unit and gave me some tips to make my system run more efficiently, things that I could do on my own or have him do. The price for the diagnostic was very fair.

Brandon with Absolute Air WV was professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to fix not only our pool heater, which is what we called him to fix, but also fixed our pool pump. Which the pool company that came to look at it just days before said it couldn’t be fixed and that we needed to purchase a whole new pump unit. So Brandon saved us literally thousands. Last week we discovered issues w/our pool heater. With Memorial Day wknd approaching and plans to entertain, time was of the essence. I called 4 HVAC companies locally. This summer I was planning a large cookout at my house. Unfortunately, my A/C abruptly quit working the morning of said event. Luckily, I called Paul at Absolute Air. My furnace went out in the middle of February. I called Absolute Air the owner was able to send over a technician right away even though it was after 5. The technician was very polite and professional he even had little shoe covers to make sure nothing was tracked in from outside. The technician was able to get my furnace up and running in under an hour and even did some maintenance on the furnace. A great experience and a great company.

My AC Unit died. Absolute Air had a quote to me same day. In less than 48 hours, they had the new equipment ordered, on site, and installed. The guys that did the install were very polite. They treated my house like it was their own, did a quick and efficient job, and took the time to explain the work they did and ways to prolong the life of my new AC.
