It was nice. Friendly ladies that work there. They do a great job. Make sure you dont come in after 6pm. They take their last client at 6.

I went in to get a few nails fixed and she said she was going to charge me for a full set instead of just fixing my nails because I also needed a fill in. And the matte polish begin to chip on every to nails, within the first week of her doing my nails. It is not worth the price that they make you pay.And yes I do understand that my nails are slightly long so I get that, but there is no excuse for bad service I at rue 21Which is it a hands-on job to cause me to break my nails so I really think that its bad service and bad products. Because I have been there several times and every time I go back for fill in something is broke and then they charge me because its broke

I had Kristy as a nail tech, and she was amazing! I came in with an inspiration photo, and left with nails that looked better than the picture. They were fair with their pricing considering she took off my old gel, 4 ombre nails, 4 sugar nails, and gel on all the others. Totally recommend!

I had to re write this review after wanting something simple for my grandmothers birthday party I sit patiently because I knew that I didnt make a appointment finally they worked me in the girl with glasses that did my nails messed them up I wanted the rose gold chrome one nail was bulky and the other one wasnt after I told her the first time I said if you dont know how to do it Ill wait for someone else then I said 3 times if you dont feel comfortable Ill wait for someone else well after messing my nail up then she wanted to hand me off to someone else the manager stated that I didnt give her a chance to make it right but the girl was the one that insisted that I let someone else do them heres where it gets better the manager told me that I should have made a appointment heres my response me making a appointment has nothing to do with why my nails are messed up. Then the manager stated your nail is bulky because you got three coats my response well why one looks bulky and the other one doesnt she couldnt answer that. So then she says. And I quote she tried. Well I thought this was a business not school you try to do nails in school thats like me telling my boss well Ill try to do my job. then I heard from a source that the same girl messed up her nails but thats hear say so you just have to be the judge of which one out of the bunch cant do nails now the other ones do a good job but I only get my nails done by one but this Day she wasnt there o and let me not forget the one that redone my nails. told me well maybe I should do my own nails After I told her I can do a better job than that n my response to that was if I had time n the supplies I would have so there it is you have one that cant do nails n one with bad customer service skills but besides that its a very nice place
