James came out to fix our washer. Very satisfied!!Works better now than whenwe first bought it. James isvery knowledgeable if we ever have a problem with our washer or dryer we will definitely call him again.

I had contacted the authorized Whirlpool appliance repair company, Bargain House, to repair an ice dispenser on a Whirlpool Refrigerator. They didnt fix it saying we needed some $300 part that is no longer available. Keith fixed is for $135.

If service is like them calling you back cant be much. Left numerous messages on a couple of items and have yet to receive a call back.
