This company also does heating and air. They showed up a couple of times for service, cost me almost $1000 for repairs. Contacted him again several times with no responses. Kind of wonder now if the work he did was really necessary as I am low 3 qts on freon after they were just here under a month ago and supposedly fixed the problem for a leak which cost me over $600. Would have given a better review if they had only contacted me.

Daniel Dolinger, the same Daniel Dolinger that left the only 5 start review here, was scheduled by my home warranty company to service an appliance for me. This was on Saturday, I was told he would contact me within 24 hrs. Never happened. I contacted home warranty company, because he wouldnt answer my calls or return my messages. Home warranty company contacted Daniel directly, on Monday, they confirmed I had an appointment for Wednesday, but no time was given because he would contact me to schedule. No contact. Finally Wednesday comes around and no call, no show, no answer. I contact home warranty company, Finally home warranty company contacts him to get a response, his company isnt working on the appliance I need repaired. You would think a real business person wouldve led with that when first contacted. Steer clear, unless you have a restaurant you want reviewed, seems he has plenty of time to eat.

Please be advised to not use this company or at least to not pay until the job is complete to your satisfaction. They attempted to repair a fridge over a period of 3 weeks and said their work was guranteed for a year. I mistakenly paid the 475 dollars only to realize the refrige wad no cooling. I have repeatedly called and pleaded to respond and do the right thing They have left me no coice but to pursue all avenues to rectify this..

Stay as far away from this company as you can. If I had been given a choice, no one from this company would have set foot in my house. Total Home Protection (which is a joke as well) sent this company to my house. I researched the company beforehand, and lost my faith immediately. They have one star reviews, and a D rating with the BBB. Tony from the company tried to say that dirty coils is what caused my refrigerator to stop working. He wouldn’t even pull it out from the wall to see if there was another reason. He told me that they are for their customers so he wasn’t going to submit the claim saying that it was the coils. He said they would say it was something else to help me out. Well low and behold, I got a call from the warranty company saying that my claim was denied due to DIRTY COILS. I tried calling Tony and he acted like a child and hung up on my. The owner Daniel answered the phone when I called, but hung up on me when he heard my voice. Do yourselves a favor and NEVER hire this company for anything. I honestly don’t see how they are in business. If I could give less than one star I would.

No communication whatsoever! I’ve called and called and get a please text me response.... that continues to get ignored! I will not use this company for any service in the future
