This is an expertly run salon! Ben, the owner accommodated me even though he was booked solid. I was warmly welcomed by Ben and his staff! I’m just passing through the area and was treated as though I was a regular customer. I had gel acrylics done and deluxe pedicure! Lynn did a fantastic job on my nails! Judy gave me the very best pedicure I’ve ever had! Being worked on in between customers required that Ben do the finishing touches on my nails. Everyone was so friendly and professional! The staff was nice, however, the gal that gave my pedicure was very unattentive. She paid more attention to her phone than me, constantly interrupting my service!!! I found this very unprofessional and rude!! Also, the massage chairs are very old, parts do not work. Very disappointing experience!

Ben and Crystal are amazing 👏!! Their team is very professional and they all do a great 👍 job. I have been going there for 3-4 years and I would hate to go any where else to do my nails and pedi.

Friendly staff, but poor quality. My $35 Skinny Dip Pedicure was fine. Very basic, and a bit silly when they poured three teaspoons of wax from a candle onto my calves (not what I was thinking).My $30 gel manicure was the worst Ive ever had. My nails chipped within three days (one of the chipped nails is pictured). I dont know if it was the quality of the polish or the method with which the nails were painted. Regardless, what a waste of time and money. Plus they filed my nails unevenly. I wasnt even given an opportunity to look them over, nor was I asked if I preferred straight or round.The staff was very nice, but that isnt enough to make up for the disappointing chips. Ill never go back.

I am new to Morgan Hill and had to find a new nail place. This place was the second place I have been too and I was very impressed. I had a nice gentleman named Dave do my nails for me. He does a lot of research and tries new things and follows Trends but also could do Classics. I think the thing I appreciated the most was that he had all of these cool designs and if you wanted him to do anything he would do it all you have to do is show him and give him some notice if he didnt have the supplies.Ive been to quite a few nail places. But I really enjoyed my Time here and they have me as customer that will keep going back to them.I guess my point is if you are looking for something a little bit more exotic, Deco nails or stilettos. Or even those cool Fancy Nails you see on Instagram. Dave is your man. And this is your location.I will note that you will pay a little more but sometimes you just have to bite the bullet when you want these new cool things and your nails done right.

So, Ive had the owner do my nails and loved them. This time a tech named Kim did them, and a few odd things.... 1st Ive never had anybody file my nails after the gel had already been done, 2nd I asked for and showed her a sample on the nail samples of a flower I would like and she did a completely different flower, it was pretty but not the flower I wanted. I will continue to go here, but I think next time I will ask for Ben to do them again.

I really enjoyed this place. I have been looking for a lot of places that are not super expensive but also had good quality nails. I looked on Yelp to see other nail salons, and the reason I was attracted to Classy Nails is because I saw some of the pictures of the inside and I thought that it looks really pretty. I was hoping that it would still be just as nice when I went today. It might be because my favorite color is purple, but I definitely did think that the atmosphere was very pleasant to be in. The walls were purple, and there were a lot of pretty decorations to look at including butterflies. I thought that it was very charming and cute and what I liked most of all was that it was not super packed like other nail salons I have been in. Because of this there was a lot more attention to details and the staff seemed genuinely interested in their clients. I hate when I go to a nail salon and I feel like an outsider and I feel like the staff does not like me and that I cannot properly communicate with them and tell them what I want or dont want. This was not the case at Classy Nails. Everyone I talked to had a really nice attitude and they did not seem rude at all or rushed. They were very nice and accommodating and thankfully they spoke English and communicated with me very well. I had a bad experience last time at a previous nail salon when I asked a simple question to the nail technician. I asked her what the difference was between gel and shellac. Nobody understood me and it wasnt because of my question it was because I was speaking English. 3 different people kept asking me to repeat myself and still had no idea what I was talking about. Theonly way I got an answer was when the lady next to me getting her nails done asked the owner the question I was trying to ask. only then did I get an answer. I think that is very unprofessional and it made it feel very awkward. At Classy Nails the nail technician asked me if I was from around here and had several conversations with me. I felt very informed when I was talking to her and I felt like my needs were going to be met. I got gel nails and a regular pedicure. I thought the two ladies did a great job and I really like how my nails turned out. It was much cheaper than other places I have been. For the gel nails and regular pedicure it was $45. That to me is awesome and that alone would make me want to come back. Im glad I found a place that is reasonably priced and relaxing to be in. Great job Classy Nails! I would recommend it to anyone.

Had the best experience. The lady that did my pedi was awesome. Absolutely no pain when she took care of my ingrown toe nails. That’s a first for me!Ben did my nails.. perfect! I live in SJ but will definitely come back and become a regular.

I finally found a great place here in MH. I left Diva Nails because they don’t honor appointments. At ClassyNails you are always taken on time. The spa is more relaxing and I’m always happy when I leave.

There are no lumps or bumps. Everything goes all the way to the edge. Even with small communication error, I wouldnt give less than 5 stars...but its the extra comments from the people who work in there who thought it was a good idea to keep commenting on the communication error-which wasnt my error as a matter of fact. I do understand Thai. Tracy is amazing. She got a little in her feelings after the error and got incredibly defensive when I asked what the native language was she was speaking after that but thats cool. Its called conversation and she got over it. She wanted to make me happy and she did. I LOVE my nails❣❣❣ But those comments hmmm-make sure your customer doesnt speak your language before smart comments about them are said. Not good business, but bomb nails.
