Went here for the first time today and very disappointed with my experience. The man who gave me a pedicure cut my skin and it was bleeding and he didn’t even apologize about it and he tried to charge me more than the service I got and when it was time to sign my receipt he kept asking me to sign the bottom and was trying to distract me from putting zero for the tip and the total amount due. Extremely sketchy vibes, definitely wouldn’t go back or recommend this place to anyone.

The lady that did my nails sat me down put on my tips was in a crazy rush because she said that she had an appointment coming. Once she put my tips on she then left to her new client for 25 mins! The other employees where just eating and didn’t even bother to help me or anything. The lady came back and did the worst possible job on my nails. They are so uneven. Super thick. The nail polish is uneven. Never have I ever seen a job done like this. Please don’t go here . Not to mention the lady who did my nails didn’t have her mask up so that was very unsafe. Don’t go here!!!

Had a great time getting my nails done. They are very friendly and clean. Me and my 5 friends were easily accommodated! We will all be back.

Not from Morgan Hill, so I booked my appointment based on Yelp reviews and did not realize the salon was under new ownership. It was empty, sparse and dirty, and I was kept waiting 30 minutes despite having made an appointment. Tools were reused and not sanitized, water for cuticle soak was ice cold, and very messy stations. $30 for a gel manicure seemed really steep for the experience and atmosphere. Despite all of that, the tech did a decent job, but will not be going back.

Im a male and I get my pedicure once a month here at Darling Nail Salon. When you leave there you definitely have Happy Feet. Nina is the gal to go and shes taking her time to make sure that I leave with a Happy Feet. These technicians are great beautiful people that have been doing my feet for five years. Highly recommended them

This place is great if you want to get only a manicure or only a pedicure. Unfortunately they dont have package deals if you want both so it came out to be pretty expensive. I took my sisters here as a treat. One of the ladies who was painting my sisters nails was told to do one nail a different color. She did the first one like that, but the second she painted all pink (pretty dark pink) and she looked at my sister and asked her why she didnt reminder her. My sister is 12 years old and knows better than to tell someone how to do their job. And so instead of removing the pink nail polish from the one finger she proceeds to paint over it with the yellow that was supposed to be there. My sister said it was fine, but I was pretty upset about it. I dont think I would come back here.

I made an appointment and was seen the same day. I went in during 6pm and in was greeted and seated immediately. The ladies are super nice and the place is very clean and relaxing. I went in for a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish and it only took less than 1hr. The nail technician was very gentle and gave me plenty of time to choose my color and nail shape, there was no rush. I will deffinately be back for my refill and a pedicure. Note that I drove all the way from San Jose to try this place out for the first time and Im very happy with the service. Thank you so much ladies. Highly recommend!

Literally beyond disappointed. I only get my nails done one month outta the year. I went in for Halloween nails with my friends. My friend got cut on her finger and literally bled on their towels and was overcharged. My nails looked nothing like the design I wanted at all, I also pointed out 4 times one of my nails were crooked and it never got fixed, and I was overcharged. And my other friend tried telling them she didn’t like one of her designs and was then told she wasn’t going to get any designs at all then and was rude to her. Very rushed job. Over priced. Just one big disappointing experience. I literally cried afterwards. Never again will we go there ):

Looked for someplace that did mens pedicure and nothing on the internet came up. I saw Darling Nail Salon wasnt real busy, so I took a chance. Walked in and asked if they did mens pedicures. After some surprised looks and commenting I didnt understand, they set me up with a chaiŕ. The lady was very nice, attentive and did a really good job. At 60 years old I never had my feet or nails done and it was a great treat and they made me very comfortable. I wont get a job as a foot model, but they look and feel so much better.

JUST wonderful service, Jazmine and staff very good and friendly, the pedicure very high hygiene and secure for you as a customer, after using the scrub, files on you, they give it to you to take, they dont use same scrubbers on every ones feet!! tubs they use plastic bags on them also.for the shellac very good service loved my nails.Very relaxing experience, prices as the rest of other salons, pedicure maybe a little bit more but very worthy for the safety of your feet.Jazmine please always keep the excellent service to your customers.the stamping cards a wonderful feature to return and return, but not only for the card, because of the excellent service from them to you as a customer.

WORST NAIL SALON !! Got cut 4 times, staff was very rude . I don’t recommend this nail salon. They don’t do acrylic nails shape right ? & they rush . VERY waste of money

I asked for a pedicure and full set total came to $85. Pedicure was subpar, the woman spilled acetone into the tub and still used that water to haphazardly scrub my feet. I was getting my acrylics done simultaneously and I was kept in an awkward position for an over an hour. The experience was not relaxing and everything was unorganized, staff was clumsy and dropping items constantly. No relaxing music, TV had Trump giving his speeches, everyone seemed unhappy to be there. Nail Tech cut me several times during the shaping to where the drill felt HOT on my nail bed. I really should have stopped everything and left.

I have been coming to nail salon for a long time now and used to never be disappointed until now. Ever since they change owners they no longer listen to what you want done. Before the change in ownership I used to get false tips with dip powder and since I work in a restaurant that was the best option because they would never break or chip. Since the new ownership they wouldnt do what has been working for months and insisted on acrylic with gel and I have had to go in twice to get them fixed because they were breaking off to the point an entire false thumb nail popped off. I went there today to get them fixed and they took all my nails off as i asked but when i asked for the false tips (since I do not like having short nails) she said no your nails are too thin which is her fault in the first place. To top it all off she would not honor my $20 off stamp card and now I practically have no nails at all. DO NOT GO HERE! IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

They usually do a good job. This time I went in one of the males did my pedicure & did a horrible job.

Wow after a horrible serves at color nails....Jasmine made the day better...she is so kind and sweet......Definitely will make darling nails my nail salon from now on
