Excellent service every time. The staff is phenomenal, always on the ball taking great care of everyone on the double. I was in and out super quick today with a free tire repair. They offer this for free on tires bought from them, as well as free alignment checkups.

I had a nail in my tire and needed to go on a two hour road trip. They immediately fixed my tire while I waited. They were very fast and professional. When I tried to pay, they said they do not charge for flat repair and for me to have a nice trip. I will definitely be using them again and recommend them for quick professional service.

I went in with a screw in one of my tires. My vehicle was promptly taken in, repaired and returned to me in less than 15 minutes. All staff were very courteous and professional.The icing on the cake was a “zero” balance on the ticket when I went to pay for the service. I was not expecting to receive a discount, let alone a “no charge.” I was inform there was no charge for plugging or repairing a tire.Chabill’s - Morgan City, thank you so much for the great service. So far so good i havent brought my car in yet but they show real concern and seem to want me to be in a safe and comfortable ride .... To be continued... Well the the Alignment was supposed to be around 180 bucks over the phone but when i got there it was 200 plus dollars and another 200 plus to change one lower ball joint, and i had one bad shock that they wanted to charge me another 400 bucks to change the one shock. I think the mechanics are good at there job but the company charges double for parts and way to much for Labor. I probably will not be going back in the future.

Had the best experience here. I pulled up with my tire almost flat and they took me immediately. The front desk lady was super helpful. This was the best customer service I have ever been apart of. Oh, and they patched my tire for free! Highly recommend this place.

Heather was so amazing and professional. I work a few minutes away from the shop and they brought me back to work and then came pick me up when my car was done. They are very honest people. Not only did they let me know what needed to be done and explained things to me really well, they were willing to show me first hand what the issues were on the things that were changed out. There aren’t enough stars here for this company. They go above and beyond for their customers. They took me same day, had parts that had to be brought to the store and I still got my car back the same day. Thumbs up celebration for not having to sit in a car blowing hot air anymore. Feels like a refrigerator again.

The staff at Chabills was very friendly and helpful with getting my flat tire repaired. I came in about 20 minutes before the shop closed, and the staff, especially the manager Bradley, was very accommodating and fixed the tire quickly so that I wouldnt have to drive 40 minutes home on my spare tire.
