I was very displeased with the sales office at this location. I live 40 minutes away and reached out over the phone before going. I was assured trade in values were very high right now and I would likely receive a decent trade in value. I honored my commitment and went although I was still skeptical. I drive a 2021 Tundra with only 5,900 miles. The Toyota website valued my trade value between 53,000 and 56,000. When I arrived at the dealership, they only offered 43,000 and said its the best they could do given the market. On the same lot, they have a lower model of the same truck for sale for 55,000. I was willing to trade in and buy a $40,000 Tacoma if the numbers were close but they turned me away.

This car was listed for $7,000. I called to verify the price, I spoke to Mr. Tommy Johnson. He verified the car was available, in great shape and was priced at $7,000. I traveled 3 hours to the dealership arriving around 8:45 a.m. to find out they changed the price to 8,999. No one called to tell me otherwise, had they wanted me to buy a $30,000 car I’m sure they would have called me all day and all night, pressuring me to buy it.

They put a price of a car on the internet stating $7000 we called to confirm a price with them before we headed to the dealership. My husband got to the dealership the next morning the price went up to $8995 instantly. They won’t honor they price after a 3 hour drive horrible customer service!!!!!😡

This dealership does not DOES NOT take peoples time into consideration. I have dialysis 3 times a week, not including hospital visits! I saw a car listed for one price that I can afford bummed a ride for hours to be treated as such upon arrival was very upsetting!!!!

I had a good experience with the online sales woman and the salesman that I dealt with but when it came to the financing side OMG it was one of the two worst experiences I have ever had buying a car. I asked for a specfic bank and a specific loan term. The finance fuy, Tony Bergeron, told me he checked and he had a better deal. That was on a Saturday. On Monday I checked myself with the Capital One auto loan navigator ap and exactly what I wanted (24 months) WAS an option and when I calles they said no application had been submitted for me.Called the dealership LIVID, and got yelled at and hung up on.Absolutely horrible! Dont go there! Dishonest, scammer.
I went to this Dealership after buying my Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE from a Dealership in Houston, Texas. My Car 🚙 came with only ONE Electronic Key🗝. I was told to go to ANY Toyota Dealership and get my extra Key🗝made. It sounded simple enough, but thats what bugged me. Ideally, YES, it SHOULD be fairly simple : Get another Key identical to the one you already have. Well.. My suspicion turned out to be right. The Woman in Maintenance Long, Dark-haired Woman, while friendly enough. Didnt do ANYTHING the was my Dealership instructed. I told her as they told me to call 📞 Silver Rock (Their Warranty Department), select option 2 and then everything should go swimmingly 🏊. Well.. Nope. She DID NOT take Silver Rocks Information from off of the sheet I supplied her with. The tells me that she going to get everything taken care (after she finds out who going to pay for this Extra Key🗝(THATS WHAT SILVER ROCK IS FOR). She said the process should be fairly quick. Well.. I have them 3 Weeks and went over again! NOW, she recognizes me and IMMEDIATELY steals out: Hey!! Oh, wow!! I completely forgot to do your Key🗝thing!! Ill take of it right away. She sent me back to my Car to get my Paperwork all over again, just so she JOT DOWN ALL OF THE SAME STUFF SHE DID 3 WEEKS EARLIER!! Can you say WAY TOO LAID BACK??
I had an appointment on Wednesday.....I called this morning to reschedule it...ms kitty was so very nice & easy to deal with!! She has very good awesome phone courtesy!!!!!
After service was done on my car, I had to bring it back. They did a horrible job. This is a place that takes advantage of people and provides service that is not up to Toyotas standers. Not to mention Ms. Kitty is rude. She started off nice and friendly, the second she realized Courtesy had made a mistake she wanted nothing to do with me.
Terrible, terrible service. They told us the work we needed but then failed to order the part, and when they finally did place the order, they got the wrong part and put it on our vehicle anyway. Then they tried to convince us it was the part wed asked for, even though other mechanics (as well as one of the managers!) have agreed that the part ordered is NOT the part they initially insisted it is. AND our vehicle is still having the same problem! Dawn nor Eddie have been helpful or proactive in fixing this, and now theyre avoiding our calls. Incompetent crooks!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANY SERVICE OR WARRANTY NEEDS!I traded in my 2010 JK Wrangler in for a 2016 Toyota Tacoma Off Road, fully loaded in FL. I love the truck, that is not the problem. The problem is with the service department that I have to deal with here and how they will try to pull every card to NOT service your vehicle.1)The first time I came to them was because I noticed all of my grease points were bone dry. I was told that they dont have the tools necessary to to grease them. The Auto zone down the road had the grease gun and grease for $20 that I had to grease up on my brand new 2016...2) I came back when I was having some transmission problems. it was laggy and seemed to shift hard when first putting it into drive. While I was there, I mentioned that majority of the OR editions were reported to be a quart short in the transmission. Seeing as my grease points were bond dry and having transmission problems, I thought I would get them to check it out. They hassled me in trying to pay for them just to check the transmission fluid and then made me contact the other dealership to ask them to pay for it when Im clearly not the one that works for Toyota. On top of that, they told me that I was just being paranoid about the transmission acting up and that I need not to worry about it. A month later, what do you know, not one but 2 updates come out for the transmission that is suppose to solve the exact same problems I was describing in which I was told to wait till the next service date to address it...3) When bringing it in for my 20,000 mile service check, I brought up that the paint on the inside of the driver side door is chipping and I can see bare metal. I was told that they investigated the damage and refuse to pay for it because it looked like it might have rubbed on something when you could clearly see that it is chipping off and was told once again to contact the dealership in FL to see if they could pay for it, like Im the one that works for Toyota. This was obviously an excuse to not have to pay for a fixed paint jobThis was a brand new truck that I paid almost $40,00 for that I had to fight tooth in nail to address the issues that were faulty with the truck, that was not my fault at all. For now on, I will be driving the extra 40 mins to take my truck to the Toyota dealership in Houma who have treated both me and my buddies a lot better in the service department and doesnt make me play the telephone game with other dealerships to fix the faults in my truck. I will also be recommending everyone that is stationed with me in Morgan City to avoid the dealership at all costs, Ive already saved 2 coworkers from going through this mess. They are only interested in your money and will have no problem throwing you to the curb to avoid servicing your vehicle.
