They are great! They are fast and the guy who towed us a few days ago was very professional. They are so much cheaper than Pepes towing and a few others that have I called for a tow. I am definitely calling them every time, hoping I wont need to. But if I do they will be the ones I call. They speak both Spanish and English.

Today I was rescued by Luis of Sanchez Towing. The company as a whole was very friendly and reasonably priced for hauling my large van. My van suffered from a broken ball joint and they helped me out without problem. I highly recommend calling them if youre ever in need of a good friendly towing service.

They didn’t even bother showing up. They said they’d be there in 20 minutes— an hour and a half later I had to find a different tow truck. Don’t use this company. The guy is a liar.

Sanchez Towing is great!! One of the airbags on our truck blew out on the freeway we were able to get out of the fast lane and onto the side. We called Sanchez Towing and within 20 minutes they were there. Plus their prices are unbeatable it was the cheapest out of the other three places we called before. I was provided with Fast & Friendly services today.. I was in need of a tow from the freeway today and had called a towing company (P***S Towing) which had me waiting about 1hr. And making several calls and having me on hold and not sending a driver to my location after still asking me for my card # and all .. And telling me they will send a driver my way and never did .. So after that horrible experience with those scums.. I ended up calling Sanchez Towing! :) ..which was a Great relief.. They came to the rescue indeed.. Luis is truly an angel.... I was literally stalled in the middle of the road. Im 5 months pregnant and suffer from PTSD due to being in a fatal car accident. If you are looking for a towing company that does not care about your car then Sanchez towing is the one for you. I had them tow a 1967 ford mustang coupe two weeks ago and when we climbed under the car to do some work. We found that because the guy dragged the car up onto the flatbed with the wheels sideways he broke both of the lower control arms that hold the front wheels in place. I understand that this is a old car but these part had nothing wrong before I called this towing company. We even offered to lift up the front end to straighten them and he decided it was not needed, when putting it on the truck. I would suggest going to a company that knows what they are doing. I know that Sanchez towing will never touch any vehicle that I own and I will be doing business somewhere else even at a higher cost.

Speedy service but the guy who was towing us was pulled over by the police due to not having the safety chains in the vehicle. I had been following behind the entire time and if the primary coupler gave out that car would have smashed right into me. So after our driver had been ticket he fixed the problem and carried on. I got a phone call from his headquarters for credit card information and in a calm manner explained the situation to the lady over the phone and asked if there were any possible way we could receive a discount due to the inconvenience of being pulled over and the dangerous overlooked mistake with the safety chains. She was shocked and had assured me that the operator of the tow truck was seasoned and wouldnt make a mistake like that. I told her how dangerous it was for me to be driving behind him without safety chains and she responded with Well the car didnt fall so its okay. I let her know that towing dangerously is one thing but being okay with doing your business illegally is another thing. After about 7 minutes of speaking with her she agreed to give me a $10 discount for my troubles. I would have taken a sincere apology over even a full discount any day but I didnt even get that.
