Needed a tow, they arrived less than 30 minutes. Very friendly both on the phone and tow guy. I would definitely use their services again. It was quick and affordable. Storing the number in my phone, in case!

Car started to have some issues and I needed a tow. Called mo-Val tow. Picked up the phone right away told them the situation about 35 minutes later the tow truck picked me up Friendly driver and it was honestly more than a $100 cheaper then the other tow company that was closer Would definitely call them again if I ever need a tow 👍👍

Horrible service lies and deception be careful

I waited 50 mins for a tow truck driver to contact me just to call the company back and find out that the lady never even passed on my information and as soon as I called a man picked up the phone and had a driver call me within 2 minutes to wait another hour.

I called this place at about 1:00 am in the morning. The lady that picked up said that someone will call me to confirm the location of where the vehicle will be picked up and dropped off. My brother was with me at the time. We waited 3 hours for a call, and received nothing. So this time my brother called, asking the status of the tow truck (where it was, how long it will take, etc.) It was the same lady, we let her know that we called earlier. She then connected us with a tow truck driver. He received the addresses and was able to come in half an hour (the time now being 4:00 am). He did let us know that some workers over there FORGET to let the drivers know. The tow truck did an amazing job, but the wait was something else.If an hour passes and you dont receive a call, call them again so you wont waste your time.

OK company but very limited in services if their busy and you need a tow and your srranded youll be sh** out of luck dealing with this outfit and their not 24/7 they tow when its convenient for them.. Your better off looking on craigslist under services and automobiles look for $40 local tows

This company is extremely customer care sensitive! From the first point of contact throughout the entire experience. I was given a fair price, and the drivers took care of some extras that kept my trailer in perfect form during the entire road trip. Also, really appreciate how concerned the drivers were about proper placement of my vehicle and making sure it was secured upon arrival to the destination. I would definitely call Moreno Valley Tow again since Ive never had a better experience.
