I’ve been to many autozones & as a female I don’t know much about cars! I went to this autozone and received the worst customer service ever from Noah! He belittled me & was so rude made me feel as if I can’t ask questions! Isaak on the other hand super helpful & was patient with me. But due to Noahs customer service I’ll never be returning to this autozone & don’t recommend ANYONE HERE.

Went to get a new battery today and I was pleased to know that the team at auto zone will put the new battery in for you. The young lady Michelle that switched mine out was very helpful, nice and super fast. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Thank you so much for your help Michelle!

By far the best one I’ve been to. Great customer service, very knowledgeable, and really helpful! Big thanks to Ashley!!! I had a complicated situation with my car and I had to go back a couple times to grab different things, but they were able to guide me through it and I got all the correct parts too. Well stocked and when they didn’t have the part they had same day delivery within a couple hours! Going back for sure.

Horrible service they took a person that was behind me while I was patently waiting for my turn. Didn’t ask if it was ok or could of apologized to the other customers and said that I was first and he had to wait or if it was ok to let him go first which I would of understood but since that wasn’t the case,

Went to this store the other day for parts and information. Spoke with manager Ashley, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this store if youre in the area.

Terrible customer service. Went and ordered Rotors and brakes in a package deal got the brakes said rotors would be in today cause did not have.They sent me to different store where they said would be at, guess what. No one ordered them. So that was Sunday now Monday night nothing yet. Said oh they will be here Tues. Morning. Have my mechanic standing by. Lets see when Tues arrives.

This location is clean and well-stocked. I went in for wipers and headlights and honestly didnt know where to start. I always need help. The manager Ashley was super nice and helpful. I never once felt pressured in to buying anything and she even put my wipers and headlights in! I thought for sure Id have to bug my neighbor to help me again. I will absolutely be using this as my store from now on.

Went to autozone to purchase a new battery and Doug was so helpful. He replaced my old battery for me in the parking lot and put my new one in.. really appreciated it will definitely come here again . Doug even checked my recipe and made sure to give me the money back for my core after I had left the store. He went above and beyond

I went to Sunnymead and Perris location to get my starter tested on 2006 Scion tC. Turned out I needed a new starter. Daniel, the store employee helping me, did a great job. He offered to help me install the starter since he was available. We got it installed right there in the parking lot in 30 minutes. I feel he went above and beyond his duties. I will definitely go back to this location from now on.

Since I moved here 4 yrs ago this has been my go to Zone. Never had a problem until 1/10/18 rainy day wiper day. Sales guy put them on wrong & put wrong size on and when I was getting on freeway that night driver side flew off. The sales guy was so worried about getting wet he didnt notice they were loose. I did get towed back to AZ and the Nice Manager helped me and I got the RIGHT wipers for my car! Thank you. Your still my go to AZ

These people are thief’s worst service ever. My story is long bare with me. I ordered 2 parts and paid for both. One of the parts they had in stock the other part they had to order. The day the order came in I realized I did not need it. I went to another AutoZone to return the part I did take that day. Then I headed to the AutoZone to pick the part that came in. I said to the young employee, I do not need the part anymore and with my receipt in hand. They said “The computer shows you have returned it” I was livid how if its right in front of you. It can be. And then to top it off, the youngster says “At this moment theirs nothing I can do”. So you are saying you took my money and theirs nothing you can do. :/ I was fuming. Then the manager comes over and says the exact same thing. And then he says you need to come back tomorrow. No why should I, you have my money here is you part. WHY ARE THEY DONG THIS TO ME… So I got on the phone and called the AutoZone where I returned my part earlier that day. And I told him the story and he checked in the computer and he says NO they are wrong its their and it HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED… WHAT… I WENT BACK INSIDE TO THE STORE and told Nicolas the manager. I have Jerry on the phone from AutoZone I put him on speaker and he confirmed the part HASN’T BEEN RETURNED. Nicolas did not want to talk to the other manager. BUT like Magic he went back in the system and printed the return receipt. UNBELIEVABLE.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU… NEVER GOING BACK….

Horrible customer service this lady that works there named Desire was very rude I asked her the price of a part for my vehicle and she didn’t seem to know the part so I asked her if I could speak to someone else and she gaved me a very difficult time and didn’t want to let me speak to someone else . I’m never buying anything in this place again because they’re employees clearly don’t have any knowledge of auto parts and are very rude !
