Me, my daughter and little sister came in around 2:30 they were not busy and we all wanted pedicures. A guy told us no maybe come back tomorrow I thought they were joking but no he wasnt its just sad how people are

I should’ve posted a review on this place back in June when I got my nails done from here, but since I recently went to a different salon and they turned out SO MUCH BETTER. I thought I would share my experience anyways. I went here to get my nails done for prom and it was my very first time getting nails, and I was excited. The nail tech that I got paired up with was rushing the entire time and they really weren’t busy. She was being so rough with my nails that it actually hurt a lot during and afterwards. The acrylic was extremely messy too; there were chucks of acrylic still on the edges of the nail as she didn’t go back and clean it up. I had to cut it off myself with nail clippers afterwards. The nail polish was all smeared too because she didn’t wait for it to dry completely. I tried to pretend that I was happy with them, when in reality I really didn’t like them at all. Since it was my first time getting nails, I really didn’t know any better. But it’s safe to say, I will not be returning here again.

Theyre really kind at this nail shop!🥰 I hadnt had my feet done in a long time!😔 You know its bad when you have to do your feet yourself, before you go to the nail shop so, youre not embarrassed!! Well, thats who I was!!😂 However, when I left there... You couldnt tell me nothing... I felt like a new Woman!!😉💯👑

It doesn’t matter if you have an appointment if they know their clients they let them go before you. What’s the purpose of making an appointment smh last time coming here!

Went there to see if I could get my nails done, sat there for 10 minutes before I left. Not a single person greeted me as I walked in. Most places talk to you while you wait to see what and who would be best for what you want. But NO NOT THIS PLACE. its ok Ill take my business elsewhere

I havent done my nails in so long and I was debating on whether to do them again. I looked atI looked at theI looked at the reviewsI looked at the reviews for thisI looked at the reviews for this place and was a little nervous. My wait yesterday was not too long due to a lot of customers but when I finally got attended it was really smooth. Kelly did my nails & Im in love with them & someone else did my pedicure & he was really gentle with my nails. I will definitely be going again next time.

This is a great place i always get my pedicures here. They do such a good job plz just be patient with them for those of you putting one stars like you cant expect luxury your in the ghetto lmfao

I am really disappointed with my visit here. I went here as a first time customer and because they had good ratings but the bad ones they do have really showed. They are not clean between customers at all. They rushed me and when I asked for a design they seemed bothered by it like they wanted to get me in and out. When they did do the design I asked for they rushed it and did a really sloppy job. Day two and my gel is already chipping and my white gel polish shows so many dust and dirt particles. The design from a far looks ok but when you really look at the nails they didn’t take their time to make sure it looked quality.

This nail shop is the worst nail shop I have bin to there extremely rude they rush to do your nails they dont take there time and I had a appointment and still had to wait for a 1hour just to get a pedicure extremely disappointed the owner is so rude he rushes all his employes does not let them take there time to give you what you really want he wants you in and out

I waited 20 mins for them to tell me it will be another 25 mins. When their regulars came in without an apt. They took them before me and I watched 2 different women give pedicures to women and NEVER disinfected the tools before using them on the next person! Disgusting needs walls and baseboards cleaned as well

I thought all hope was lost finding a good nail shop after moving from LA but Wonder Nails has been wonderful. This is the only place that does my eyebrows CORRECTLY and actually know how to paint nails. I showed the lady a design on the internet and she was able to do it with confidence and for a good price! They actually treat you like a person and remember you. Highly recommend if youre in the area.

I had to talk to the owner lady was outstanding but but the service from the older man and the owner was not good and did poorly on my nails and did not blend them correctly and overcharged us. We had a good experience with the lady she was very respectful but the man was not as great and had a little bit of disrespect. Suggestion make sure you like your nails before you leave the place in an estimate of the price before you get them done and then also request a lady to do your nails.

1st time here and first time i got these kind of nails.. Really loving it but notice 2 nails werent filed like the others and on one foot the nail wasnt fully covered. But customer service was nice and i got pedi. And almond shaped with gel. $45 i believe it was.

Terrible!I came once and was satisfied, but the 2nd time was terrible, I got my nails done and about 2 days after my nail had come off and acrilic was all over my nail beds.I came in a third time and was told to come back at 6:30 I came at 6:10 and was told until tomorrow.They were also very rude!NEVER COMING BACK!😡

My favorite place to go in Moreno Valley.. Yes Friday through Sunday its a long wait but its worth it. Price and the way they do their nails is worth it. For those who want to know prices before walking in well. Gel is 20 hands and 30 feet with spa but it last a good amount of time. Acrylic nails I paid 40 full set new ombre style and one nail with pink crystals. Eyebrows are 7 dollars. I think prices are great.

This place is awesome! I get my eyebrows waxed here and my nails done here. I highly recommend you try them for your waxing needs they do an amazing job on my eyebrows and I wouldnt go yo anyone else for it.

I had Lan. I think thats her name. But she is the only person I will see. Probably because this is the first time I got my nails done since prom, over 15 years ago. And i said dont cut my cuticle, she didnt cut my cuticle, nor did she argue. She did them nice and clean. Expect some of them to be to the point. I dont mind.

Ive been going to Wonder Nails for about 2 years now. Ive had several different technicians do my nails & pedicures. They are all good! However I do have my favorites. Jennifer & Kelly for pedicures & Helen for nails. I have never gotten a fungus here... I have at other shops. And my nails NEVER lift & rarely break. If one breaks... I slammed it in the door... or something like that. LolI love this shop!

This place is horrible costumer service!!!!!!!!!!! They are the worse my sister had went there today in Hopes to get her nails done after having a horrible week. So my sister had went there today to get her nails done and the lady who is the owner was not paying attention to the correct nail color but kept bringing the wrong nail polish and when it was not the right nail polish the lady who owns the shop gave attitude regarding the polish, but instead of getting into it with the lady my sister just offered to pay for what she had done and avoid confertation with her. When my sister calculated the total give the amount from each and everything from the owner it came out to 39 dollars, but then the owner tried to refuse it was the amount after she just told her the amount for each and everything done. She then insulted my sister saying she needs to learn how to count, and when the Ownerherself had calculated it she saw she was wrong and it amounted to 39 dollars just like my sister said, but the owner still did not apologize for her rudeness or Comments. What was even worse is for her to try and belittle my sister in front of her daughter butstill did not apologize for being wrong!!!! And she still did not give the proper change. So Im sorry owner but you are in the wrong and do not know how to count and you need some help on your costumer service. So they not getting jipped out here.

Busy busy busy with only three technicians present. So expect a long wait. I called from the parking lot and asked if they had time for a walk-in, they said yes. Walked in and there were 4 women waiting, three being serviced. I waited 10 mins and realized it would be a good hour’s wait so I left.

Ok update. Terrible service and long wate. An appointment means nothing!!!! RunSo far ok. Pedicure individual fair. Nail lady was above average and very kind. I would suggest better pedicures. 1 visit, so I should know after another .

Descent customer service. However, they dont have many colors to choose from. If you do gel colors, keep in mind that they do not know how to properly remove the gel without damaging the nail

Worst nail place I’ve ever been too!!! Worst service and I waited for over 2 hours!!!! they don’t even know how to do nails. I asked for a gel manicure and the lady didn’t even file my nails or any of the procedures. She was just going to put the gel polish on top, my nails weren’t even filed evenly. I will never come here again
