This was my very first time going to this spa and I must say that I was very satisfied with their service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile from the technicians and asked what type of service was I coming in to get. I was then directed to a clean spa chair and two beautiful women by the names of Hanh and Kim greeted themselves and treated me very well. The entire atmosphere was so serene and beautiful. I will definitely be returning.

Every time I get my nails done I come to this salon. Today in particular I came into the salon and Vivian helped me out. She was extremely nice and extremely patient with what I wanted. I usually like my nails to be extravagant, when Vivian put on the simple white acrylic it looked so good I just told her to add some glitter and that would be just perfect! They came out so amazing I am extremely pleased with the service Vivian provided me. I think I found my new favorite nail tech! Thank you so much Vivian I will see YOU in two weeks!

Went in for a pedicure with gel polish was well taken care of. They pay attention to detail. Went in with no appointment and was taken in in minutes of arriving. Will definitely keep going back and recommend 👌

This was my first time here. It is a beautiful nail salon but terrible customer service. I was seated within 5 minutes which was great but it took an hour to soak off my acrylic nails. I’ve been getting my nails done for 10 years and it usually takes about 20-30 mins to soak off the acrylic if done properly. While I was waiting with my hands in acetone, my entire gel pedicure was completed, A total of 3 different employees worked on my nails to get the acrylic off. Each time someone came over they would leave & start on another client because they kept saying “a soak off takes a long time.” While all of this was going on the owner lady was busy getting her hair done. I ended up asking them to finishing taking the acrylic off & that I would go elsewhere to finish my gel manicure. My hands were so dry & peeling. When I tried to ask for some type of discount for my less than satisfied experience the owner instantly got an attitude. I immediately stopped talking and proceeded to pay & thanked the kind receptionist. I didn’t feel arguing with them was even worth it, I was really disappointed because I expected better. I would also like to mention that I stayed respectful the entire time even though I wasn’t happy with the services. Hopefully they learn something from my feedback and do better for future clients.

They were fantastic! I’m new to town, and they really engaged with me during my services. I called a few places before this one, and no one would help me. The gentleman running the front desk at Meridian Nails was super nice, and was able to get me in. Everyone I talked to was helpful and kind. Plus, my nails look awesome! 💗

I have finally found my salon! Highly recommend coming here, they are super friendly and very clean! Doug is AMAZING! This is my 2nd time and both times he has done an outstanding job, I even went 3 weeks and not 1 nail lifted! FYI he only works on weekends 😉

I went in for my 5 year old son to get a hair cut. I was told that they have someone who knows how to cut childrens hair. This was not my sons first haircut, he gets them routinely every 3 months. The person who cut my sons hair was a little rough with the clippers causing my son to squirm. She then cut a bald spot and had to try and fix it. She obviously did not know what she was doing. She chopped off the top with scissors and didnt edge him up at all. One side was uneven. I finally just left and had to fix his hair myself at home. HORRIBLE experience.

Aimee gave me an incredible charcoal facial; my face feels so fresh. She was also personable and attentive. My feet are normally dry and flaky; Kathy did an awesome job with my pedicure. I love the new management & all the upgrades.

First time getting my nails and toes done here. I received the best service and would strongly recommend. They also provide hairstyling as well. 5 stars. I cant wait for another visit. :)

While I feel the workers are nice the owner is not. She is always overbearing has an attitude with workers and then acts so fake with customers. Not a healthy work environment at all. I would only like to go when she was not there. Treat your employees better!

I put 3 stars because of micro managing owners that hover over their employees, which makes a customer feel uncomfortable, dont rush perfection let them do their jobs its not a sweatshop these are professionals. Stick to owning hotels not nail shops. Anthony is amazing and they all seem like they have great attitudes, until she walks by. Then theres a elephant in tbe room. (figure of speech) it was nice hiring your younger much friendlier sibling, the other girls there were awesome, unfortunately they were let go to save a dollar the only reason why I went back is because I complained for being uncomfortable the first time I went there because she was hovering over us I got a gift certificate for her apologies and even today she questioned me why I got the gift certificate and upset because she lost $20 in revenue horrible ownership FYI take a day off or two let them do their jobs.

Ive been coming here for a few years getting my nails done with kim. She does them really good and beauitful. Last long time. She tells u the style thats in. She has various good customer service. Come see kim. U will be very happy.

Now that Ive seen other reviews, Im no longer surprised by my experience at this salon. I came in for a new set, and had a picture of a pretty simple and currently trending design that I wanted.It was my first time at this shop so I had anticipated that my nails may not be exactly as I prefer them, but once I got home I found them to be unacceptable. Especially when they charged me $95 for the set. I havent been into a shop since the pandemic started, but I have no recollection of ever paying that much for my nails.I asked for long nails, and she made them incredibly thin. Theres no way that Id be able to comfortably do daily activities with nails that thin. They were absolutely going to break, most likely at some inopportune time, and I dont have time for that. She also used clear acrylic, which is not what was in the image I showed her but I trusted her recommendation. She didnt file my nails down before she applied the nail tip. So my uneven misshapen nails showed through the clear acrylic and top coat. They were very tacky.To top it all off, after I paid they asked to take a picture for social media. Its evident that they knew they were bad, because they kept retaking the picture, and were reluctant to show it to me. Once I saw it they both said something to the effect of they look better in person than they do in the pictures. If the work doesnt look good in photos, then its not good work. And if you think you did such a great job, why havent you posted it to IG then?When I came back the following day and explained the issue I was surprised by how unwilling they were to make it right. Especially since they were so kind the day before. First they tried to convince me that it is typical, even more superior, to make the nails that thin. It was insulting to my intelligence. No nail tech that Ive ever met would ever make long acrylic nails paper thin like that. And Ive had acrylic nails for over ten years. So to try to gaslight me into thinking that what Im requesting is ugly and unusual when all I need are nails that wont break at the slightest touch is extremely uncalled for.Once they gave their excuses, I let them know that if they didnt want to rectify the situation that I could go to my usual nail tech and pay her to fix it. They let me know that it was fine and they would take care of it. It was not fine.The nail tech had a bad attitude, the quality of the design was worse than the first time, and I dont appreciate the fact that management spoke to me as if its my fault for not telling their nail tech how to do long acrylic nails properly.They ended up charging me another $40 to fix their rookie mistake. I hope that $40 was worth it to you because not only have you lost a customer, but you lost my referrals too.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming! It was my first time at the spa and I absolutely loved my nail technician, Amy! She was so friendly and made my friend and I feel very at home with her! I recommend this salon!

Okay so I usually go to Rivernail spa in the plaza next door but they couldn’t give me a walk in pedicure, so I decided to drive and try this place. Let me tell you, I was greeted with a kind smile, very personable and I’m not too sure if it was the owner but she asked me if I only wanted a pedicure? That they do hair, nails, everything! The salon it’s self is up to date, very appealing to the eyes and professional. So what think I found a new spot to become a regular at!!!

I have been coming to this place for the last 3 years. Although, I do not use a specific person for any services, any technician I have had has always been super efficient, friendly and downright talented. I enjoy my nail dateswith my bonus kid every month and we ALWAYS come to Meriden and I always refer my friends here. 10/10 HIGHLY recommended...

This place is the worse place got my nails done at I got dip powder nail done and the woman only did 1 coat when asked for another said would be additional charge I am used to having 2-3 coats. After 2 days started to chip when called the shop they were not willing to assist with this now have to pay additional money for the service to be done right. Please dont go here the service is not done correctly and paying $46 is a lot for the service not to be done correctly.

This is my first time here with my sisters and my nieces (group of 6) . Had an app it they were very prompt about getting us in as soon as we arrived for the appointment. Receptionist is extremely polite and professional and walks around shop to make sure everyone is taken care of and things are going smooth. ❤️ Nail techs are polite as well and very gentle with their work . Highly recommend.

I am a regular customer here. The owners Reshu and Rahul are very detailed and ensure you are getting great customer service.They always come and check on you to make sure you are comfortable. The atmosphere is very calm and soothing. I always get my gel manicures and pedicures done here. This is a great place to go.The spa pedicures are very comfortable I enjoy the massage chairs.I would definitely recommend this place.

I had been searching for a nail salon close to home as I always drove to Rancho Cucamonga to get my nails done. Every place I found was a disappointment so I was very scared to try this place but I didn’t have time to drive out there yesterday… anyway, I was VERY impressed with everything about them. From their great phone etiquette then walking in and being greeted so nicely… huge, clean and beautiful place… but more importantly Vivian did a great job on my nails!! Trust me, I have really high expectations on my nails. They came out looking really natural, thin and beautiful 😍Ruby did a great job on the pedicure.. very thorough and really friendly as well 🙂I am soo glad I finally found a place out here!! Myle gave me a pedicure and has my feet looking & amazing!!!!Vivian was my nail technician and did an Ombre full set and they came out freaking amazing. If you want someone to take their time, do your nails right then go to Vivian. She is the sweetest girl and takes care of you. Im definitely coming back!!!!

I live in Tustin Ca but when ever I come to Perris to visit my sister I come here to get my nails and feet done! I’ve gotten my nails and feet done by multiple people and they all do such an amazing job!! Customer service is always on point!!!! Even when they get busy they always come and check in and communicate what’s going on!!! Definitely come and check them out!

Excellent pedicure experience today. I got the deluxe pedicure, added French tip. Very clean salon with all the extra safety precautions for Covid. I love how efficient the staff is. Very friendly and welcoming as well.

I paid 47 dollars and after one week the dip powder was peeling off at the nail beds, and I had three other nails crack and chip at the corners. When I called the shop and asked how long they would say their dip powder should last, I was told for people who sit and do nothing three weeks. I told her that I typed on a keyboard at work, she said that’s why my dip powder didn’t last a week. I won’t be returning to this shop.

I hated this place first of all they did not disinfect the sits we were sat at which you might think they would do to the pandemic. Second they did whatever they wanted with my nails. Lastly they say a price and then they give a totally different price from what they had told you before. I will certainly not ever going back there again

Kim was soo wonderful and very patient with me. i walked in 20 mins before closing and she greeted me so friendly and started working on my nails right away. She was extremely helpful as another nail tech was being extremely pushy on a service i was not inquiring about. Kim was so nice and understanding with my budget and made me feel so comfortable. Great quality and very fast service large place with enough staff to help anyone comes in!

The tech did an ok job. He didnt do the best at properly cleaning my nails. The gel was applied poorly so there was excess buildup around the edges of my nails. My nails were crooked so I had to fix it myself while at the shop and even more when I got home. He did a good job scrubbing my feet so that was a plus. I probably wont return but the salon is very clean and the staff very nice.

No accommodation, then the manicurist, Kelly, had the audacity to have an attitude when confronted about her horrible customer service. On both occasions, she made me late to work and a wedding because of her not being prompt. She also only gave me a $4 discount? Will not be going back and I don’t not recommend this place at all!!!!!!! Let’s not forget my nail broke after getting them done a day after....

Very disappointed! It’s very hard to find a good quality nail person and for the past few months I thought I found one. I typically make an appointment and have no problem. This go around I called to make an app and I could tell that the person on the phone wasn’t guy I normally speak to. Well nevertheless I show up they confirm my appointment yet tell me Kelly want to go home. Really? Well why allow me to make an appointment big waste of time. I waited around all day for this appointment. Sucks when you don’t get the service you deserve. Terrible service and I won’t be back.

I actually loved my nails they lasted a very long time I had no complaints until it was time for them to come off each one of them where stuck to my skin on my fingers making it hard to come off without my fingernail skin ripping & bleeding I’m not sure what’s the lady’s name who did my nails it was my first time going BUT as you can see in the picture the outcome was horrible..

The manager (who was a woman the day I went) didnt have good customer service skills...She was rushing the workers to hurry up and complete the services I had. In addition, theyre overpriced and charge for simply things like another coat of nail polish in a different color and call it a design. All you did was color a separate color on top of another color

Super unprofessional! I came in for a fill and the receptionist told me 15 minutes. I went next-door, came back & sat down ...40 minutes later he came and asked me what I was waiting for. I reminded him that I told him I needed a fill he told me OK 10 more minutes. I sat down and waited. An hour Into waiting, one of the technicians comes and asks me to give her my hand, she looks at my nails and then just walks away no comment at all. Confused, I went to ask the person at the reception desk if they were even going to be able to see me... he just said you have to wait. While waiting I saw another person come in with no appointment and they were seen before me. A second person came in and said that they had a 5 o’clock appointment and the reception person told them that the person they had an appointment with, decided she wanted to go home so she would have to talk to her about that. Totally unprofessional and inconsiderate of other people’s time. If he had told me that it was gonna be an hour I would’ve gone to run my errands and gladly returned happily, but to tell your clients 15 minutes and then 15 minutes and then 15 minutes and have them waste their afternoon there is definitely a reason for me to not come back again!

I’d highly recommend Meridian Spa Hair & Nails. Sandy is the manager of the shop located in Moreno Valley, CA. I received great service from Kim as she’s very efficient and always does an awesome job. She’s very pleasant and accommodating.

I would give zero if I could. I got a full set on Saturday, and got uncharged for everything. She left them so long and insisted doing a little pink powder when I asked for clear, and charged me $49 for a full set. I paid, whatever. Next day, they are all lifting. I go back today (Wednesday) to get them fixed and they dont want to do it because the technician that did them originally isnt there. I said I didnt want her doing them again, so asked me to wait and when I finally see someone, she said she will fill it for $10. I am not paying again. She then just files off half my nail that is lifting and puts on clear polish. I asked if she was going to fill them and she said no because she wasnt who did my nails and they wouldnt pay her. So I wasted 2 hours first day and another hour today for them to look WORSE!

Kim and Hoa did a beautiful job. I will be back to see them soon❤👍

I have been going to this nail spa for 5+ years and I have never had a bad experience. They even did my full set and pedicure for my wedding and it turned out beautifully. They don’t talk much or hold conversation but that’s perfect for me because I am completely antisocial. But I know The customers who are more social would have a problem with that.

I have been going to this salon for a year and Anna has done my nails for the last few times I have gone and she does an amazing job. She takes her time and makes sure that your nails are perfect and just how you like them. She has a heart of gold and really cares about her work. If you are there you should give her a try. She will definitely do right by you!

I would not recommend this nail shop. It offers unlisted over priced services and VERY POOR QUALITY. On TWO separate occasions I had poor experience with the quality of my full set and dip powder. Shape and length non consistent on hands. This is a picture ONE week a free a full set with dip power on oval nails.
