I had to update my review. I had an issue with packages getting to me recently but I emailed them and the manager called me, she fixed the situation and will work on making sure it doesnt happen again. They are one of the nicest UPS store you can use in the area. Everyone makes mistakes at least they fixed theirs. Thanks again!

I make it a point to drop my packages here because of one of your employees. Didn’t quite catch her name but she pulled a muscle recently and still has a friendly service.Take care of her ups; good workers are hard to come by.

Very clean establishment, very friendly workers, Sade very fast with customers,and very helpful regarding Notary I needed done.

Let me first start by saying that Sade is an amazing cashier! I walked into the store with a ton of questions. She was able to answer all of them and even provide me with additional information that I didnt know I needed. She offered insurance on the package (didnt no existed) which was great because I was worried about the status of my package. She taught me how the rates depend on the value of the parcel and really helped me make a decision to calm my insecurities about the packages transit. I asked so many questions that I expected at least one ambiguous answer, but no. Sade was able to illustrate the ease of transit for my package and even help me decide on its insurance. WONDERFUL SERVICE AND SUPER KIND! We even bonded over Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy because she liked my shirt. Thats when I asked her name and found out the it was Sade, which is the name of the artist that sings Smooth Operator (the first song my husband dedicated to me on our first date in 2017). It was a lovely experience, and I was glad Sade could provide me with such amazing Customer Service! Giveth girl a raise PLEASE!

A Few weeks ago I went to a different location and the store was closed,with no explanation. The next day I went to this location,the associate was friendly,professional and understanding. Excellent service.

This was my first time in the store with my family getting something notarized and the female Sade that works there was very rude to my sister and I. She seemed very unhappy with either her day or her job. The man notarizing my family Was very kind and helpful.

They asked me $3.5 just for print a page... One single page. Thats ridiculous...
