This agency is very quick to dismiss you from assignments after telling you they wouldn’t. I had to leave work on one occasion because a family member passed and the next work day I went to the funeral and I was told “it’s okay please don’t worry about it and sorry for your loss” then I get a message saying my assignment was over. On top of that I asked for temp to hire and was told I was going in temp to hire only to hear people at that work place have been working as temp for years with empty promises of promotions and hiring. I purposely accepted an assignment and didn’t show up because they wasted my time and I was more then happy to waste theirs. Know your worth and find an agency that’s actually giving decent work and not just “work” you’re life is worth more then working and if you need a day or two you shouldn’t have to beg for your own time, just take it, they need you and you dont need them. There are dozens of agency’s and work places who are in desperate need of employees, find the better opportunity and take it

I work through prologistics/select staffing at deckers warehouse and the rep that works on sunday day shift shes got blond hair and nice eyes is awesome she has a great attitude and doesn’t give me attitude for asking questions Shes great and does her job and knows how to communicate so give that girl a raise and a higher position great job Kim keep up the good woork.

I used to work here and its the worst place to work they wouldnt give me hours because they say they didnt have any work and i feel like their was a lot of favoritism because some people would always get plenty of hours. My first day working i had no idea what to do they just kind of threw me in, if i didnt ask this one girl what to do i would have just been standing there looking clueless.

Got a temp job from them and not long after it ended they got me another job, even ran into a few workers from my last job too.ZERO problems with the Moreno Valley office, got to work the next day. I had also applied at the SB office too between jobs but no result.I went to this branch after reading reviews. Sure some were negative, but lately the reviews were positive, so figured something must have changed....and for the better.

This agency is a very poor agency with rude and not impressive employees or even jobs. They dress & act ghetto. Mainly josie from homedics warehouse . She talked about smoking maryjane and talk about her daughters personal info. They gave me someone elses social thinking it was mine for over a year of being hired with them. Which I have in their hand writing. So I be careful. They like to hand out other peoples social. They are with holding my w2 due to their own mistake and I feel that they are trying to investigate or not get in trouble for what they do which is why its taking so along. It wouldnt be a issue if they wouldnt tell me its gonna work. Im seeking legal help and Im going to be demanding my information discgard from their records.

I have been reading some of the reviews about this agency, that are negative, and I must agree I feel the same way, however I will still give them a two, although I was very disappointed with this place.I had found a job online, that went through to select staffing, last week but was told I had to come for in interview, and I had to had to change the appt last week as I did not have two hours open that day.However, I arrived on time for my appointment.After waiting for awhile.. I was told I would get some paperwork. So I went to use the restroom ( and let them know that )since this place had no restroom facilities. I came right back and after about half hour I was given two forms, one was a safety test, and another form, as I filled out everything online which took almost a couple hours of my time. There were many people there that day, and only one job developer that was seated in the back behind a partition. However, those that waited in the lobby could hear what was going with that client. The whole interview (If you could you call it that was three minutes), that included checking my ID, and looking at the computer with questions about my availability.This job developer said that she had nothing for me and would get in touch with me when they had something, since select staffing has new listings every day, and one possibility that she told me about had already been given away earlier in the day. (She gave me no business card to follow up. There is one at the front desk. Of course I was the last person called, but almost everybody that she saw that morning, had either a job offer or had an interview.Additionally, this job developer was taking calls over the phone from other clients calling in and gave them jobs and shift choices, while we were all waiting. So I got nothing. I need a job, and I have been looking for almost a month now. I am asking very little in salary or hours. I told her I would take just about anything. I could of stayed home and continued to look online. . I understand some of those jobs may have not been for me. But there had to be something there. I believe I was singled out due to my age, and my race, and did it did not feel like she cared, she was doing a job. I got the impression from the staff over the phone, before I kept my appointment with Select that it was important to come there so I did not miss opportunities, after she gave everything a way. do not know if I . I do believe that this place only picks and chooses whom they want to help..Thank-you

I was scheduled for a interview at select staffing and even missed a day of work to be there when I arrived the receptionist said do you have two forms of ID and that this was our interview I replied my ID is my interview and the receptionist response was yup thats how we do interviews..... unbelievable!

I had read all the negative feedback for Select Staffing and still decided to give them a shot. I found many postings from them on Indeed for office administrative jobs where they offered $15+ hr. I submitted my resume and they bombarded me with calls and messages. I agreed to an interview, which was a huge waste of time! Staff feels superior to everyone else which I find very disrespectful. They then informed me that they hardly ever came across office positions and that they only had warehouse jobs. They post fake job offers to lure clients in there offices. They should be up front when you ask them over the phone and not waste peoples time!

I applied almost 2 years ago at the Moreno valley office..had a interview and ..said they had no openings at the moment but will call..so a few weeks go by and after I have been calling with no response. .I decided to catch themes there..when I got there..it was a Latino man at the desk so I stood behind d him patiently waiting to talk to the receptionist. .I overheard her telling him that there was work available for 2nd and 3rd shifts and the pay and which shift would he like ..Im thinking okay cool they have work so I can hopefully get something today..she saw me standing behind him..said to him excuse me for a moment..looked at me and said may I help you?.. I said yes I wanted to get some work and seeing what you guys had available. .she told me there was no work at the moment and there was no need to come to the office I can call or check online..how rude and what a lie..she just told this man in front of me there was work and tell me there isnt any?.. I see why they are called Select Staffing. .they only select who they want to work..smh

These ladies are very rude, very unprofessional. They told my husband that he was fired through text message because he didnt bring his Doctors note on time. But when he went in person they said nevermind we fired you because of your background check?Then one of the recruiters has been adding my husband non stop on social media. She knows hes married and still tries to get in contact through snapchat.These people are so unprofessional dont even waste your time.

My experience with Selecting Staff Temecula was a great one. A company referred me to them and they did the documentation, interview very fast. Though the company that referred me delayed in placing, my Recuiter OLGA CEJA will always inform me of any opening to see I am available for it. That kind gesture of going the extra mile to see am placed is Expectional Customer Service to me.

Your main purpose is to be helpful, customer friendly and great at communicating with those who basically pay theyre bills. Apparently the person who hired these girls needs to get fired.

I dont know if the people working at the Moreno Valley office are in charge of how the workers get paid but if they are please do some serious training with these people because theyre messing up peoples lives. I have the blue comdata card so for the past 3 years that iv worked for select staffing I always got paid Thursdays but for the past 5 months theses people have been playing with my pay day for example i left my house today with almost no gas to run some errands and I figured i was ok because i get paid Thursdays.... wrong apparently we r suppose to get paid Fridays and i made various calls and they told me was oh sorry me must have mistakenly paid u every Thursday for almost a 2 1/2 years as of today you will be paid Fridays so now im stuck at some gas station in West Covina thats about 30 minutes from my house with no money till tomorrow... by the way i cant get a ride till about 5 which is when my dad gets off work so iv been sitting in my car in the heat with not a single quarter thanks a lot select not only will I miss work today but more than likely i will also probably get a phone call threatening me that i cant b missing work and that if I keep calling off my assignment will b ended so not only do they cause me the problem they give me a warning about it isnt that something haha ya I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone especially after what they made me go through day

This place is very unprofessional, I have been having an issue with my pay for almost a month now and they keep playing games saying we put it in we will call you tomorrow and never call I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy I have been on hold for almost a half hour.

I moved out to Moreno from la I worked for Select for a week got a new job on my own account but I had to move out here been working for about two weeks a lot of ot got it the first day I went in

I wouldn’t recommend this place, they have crazy schedule times available and if your interested in a job that posted on the app or website they never call you back or find you a job you want .They make the process so hard so much back and forth .

Horrible service in the Moreno Valley office specifically. The girls in the front are super brash and rude. They acted as if I was bothering them when I asked about a issue I was having filling out the application online.I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM 0 STARS BUT GOOGLE MAKES YOU PUT ATLEAST 1.
