Dr Im, is very compassionate dentist who listens and cares for his patients.Treatments plans with high integrity, only offering what is best for me. Truly appreciate his caring sprite, I would highly recommend him for all your family dental care.

Dr. Im has been my dentist for the past 4 years! & I love his office, staff & work! He always has patience, especially for someone like me who gets anxiety and has a gag reflex, when I go to the dentist, always makes me feel very comfortable! Highly recommend coming to his office! ❤️

Despite the negative comments Dr. Im is a great dentist! He is very patient and makes you feel welcomed! His front desk has always been so helpful. I have finally found a dentist I can trust.

You charged my Debit card the INSURANCE FEE! Posted August 6th when my wife wasnt even there? and my checkings account is still short $194. You were supposed to refund the money already. This is unacceptable. We will be going to bank and submitting charge as fraudulent. I think we will be looking for another Dentist.

I would have said 0 but that option not available. Had to wait three weeks to have this doctor change to my plan now appearently they don’t take HMO. Receptionist that answered me was extremely rude saying this was my obligation not there’s to remove themselves from HMO plan. Kept on arguing back in fourth with me. I’m glad I never even enter this place!! Not recommend u have HMO don’t waste ur time.

Gave 1 star because I had to in order to post this review . Had such high hopes after reading other rave reviews on yelp. I dont care for dentists in the first place & IM just reaffirmed that sentiment. My DENTURE consult/1st appt was at the end of August 2019. Mentioned numerous times I just wanted dentures yet still had to endure the pathetic attempt of the upsell. When calling IM out on that upsell, he promptly left the room & I pretty much got the bums rush outta there. The Insurance/Billing front desk clerk told me she was BUSY and would get the codes treatment plans & pricing together for a call back later that evening or at the latest the next day. Apparently this office has no calendar or concept of time or space as OCTOBER 9th is NOT the next day. It is my belief this dentist & staff abandoned my case so Ive already switched to another. Who wants someone handling their dental needs that clearly does not want them as a patient! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL
