I had a water leak from the restroom and soaked the carpet completely. Uriel answered my call and arrived within the hour and really saved me. He and his wife were very nice and respectful, they took all the water out, cleaned it, added scents to it, and left the fans overnight so that the carpet would continue to dry. While we had him we asked if he could clean the stairs and upstairs area and they did at a discounted rate. I highly recommend their work, give them a call.

Well worth the money I spent, my carpets were extremely disgusting and horrible, Uriel and his wife came in and knocked out the upstairs in about 45 minutes and I was not let down. There are no visible stains carpet and even upstairs smells a lot better now. I would really recommend. Please call different cleaners before going with the first one and look up their reviews, I got charged here $140 with Moreno Carpet cleaners and others wanted to charge me anywhere from $180-$450 Uriel never changed his price or tried to snake me out of more money. He said $140 over the phone and he kept that promise of $140. The drying took about 5-7 hours but that wasn’t a big deal. I highly recommend using this company. He also doesn’t couch’s, rugs, car seats and car carpets.

These people show up on time, move my furniture and do a fantastic job. My carpet was an absolute disaster do to the new family puppy. She tracks mud into the house, and takes her food to the carpet constantly.There were stains I thought were permanent that this guy pulled up. Dont waste your time trying with consumer grade cleaning products.Set in stains I tried to remove with all kinds of cleansers came up within SECONDS with whatever these people used.

I dont know how anyone can give this place such a high rating considering their professionalism. I called to get a quote the first time around 3pm on a Tuesday but got no answer. I seen on their fb page that they accept text messages, so I text them. It was slightly after 8pm so It did not bother me that I did not get a response that night. However, I called the next morning and still didnt get an answer. Instead they text me back Im driving. Thats it, not even a call back. I text him back stating I was interesting in a quote but again got NO reply. I understand he might have been busy on another job, but hours later I was unable to get a reply. I then told him I would take my business elsewhere. He finally replied back right away and said Sorry I was busy,tell me what you have and I made a quote. So I told him, but of course, got no reply back. How do you do business this way? I was interested in their services and got no customer service. I instead went to On the Spot Capet Specialist in Moreno Valley instead and I am so glad I did. Nicholas did an amazing job! He responded to me right away and gave me an awesome price and was also able to accommodate me within 2 days! I will never recommend Moreno Carpet Cleaners. Oh, and I also requested a quote from their online website, but you can guess as to whether or not I got a reply or not.

We are so happy with Uriels service. I found himOn Yelp, called in the morning and he fit us in with basically no notice. He showed up ON TIME, which is always a great sign in my book. My husband was ready to spend $$$ to replace the carpet, which had not been professionally cleaned in at least five years. The traffic areas were a mess, beverage spills in the front room were nasty.
