We called Justin Jensen at Integrity Chem-Dry on a Monday and he came the following day. We purchased a new home and the master bedroom carpet was very dirty. Justin told us that the carpet would look new when he was finished. I have attached the before and after photos to show the difference in the carpet appearance after his cleaning. I would strongly recommend Justin Jensen of Integrity Chem-Dry to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

The tech that came out was very arrogant in responding to my mother who was handling the issue due to me being out for work. He says they normaly just do one pass of cleaning and that is it, but the carpet clearly was not cleaned well after the one round. He stated thatvhe cleans alot of carpet and it was fine, but after being questioned he had to get other scrub tools to get the carpet clean the waybit suppose to be. Just seemed real unprofessional and lazy work.

Robert and Brandon worked together quickly. They did a great job. The only thing is after they left I realized with the cost of my rug cleaning I could of replaced it with a brand new rug if i spent $20 more at my local chain hardware store. I dont buy high end rugs. The cost would have been worth it if it was a high end rug.

I am very satisfied with Chem Dry! Ryan did an outstanding job removing dirt and most of the pet stains! I have one dog and a couple of the pet stains had burned into the carpet, but the carpet looks and smells much better! I’ve tried cleaning my carpet on my own, but it hasn’t turned out like this! I highly recommend Chem Dry and ask for Ryan!

I originally was happy with the service while brushed and still wet. The area rug is still dirty. They didn’t clean the carpet behind my bedroom door?! And they didn’t clean around the end tables next to my bed. Just plain lazy. My couch and love seat look fine. For the price I paid, I think I could do better elsewhere and will try a different company next time.

The employees were courteous, professional, friendly; and I was very happy with the results. This method dries so much faster than steam cleaning.

The carpet cleaner person was very professional and kind. His name is Brandon and I need to give a shout out to him for doing what I asked him to do and my sofa is lovely looking now as well as my carpet very good job.

Great Job and friendly, but very overpriced. I had 600 square feet of tile done and WOW. Then I had a coupon for a free upholstery really was hoping they would do couch and chair for what they charged for tile. I after the fact, researched prices and found out I paid a bit more than average by a couple hundred at least.

Terrible service, very unprofessional did not want to honor 30 day satisfaction agreement/contract. Carpet still dirty. Not worth the money.

I was very impressed with Robert (and his helper, Sam) and their professionalism and particularly Roberts outgoing personality. He was very personable which made it easier to have someone in your home for about an hour. The carpets look great and Ill definitely call Chem-Dry again

I paid 698.00 for tile to be cleaned. I had two rooms that already had new tile but he told me I needed to do the whole thing! Then he gave me song and dance about if I paid more I would special scrubbing lol that was a joke, it was one machine he sprayed something in the floor then use a pressure washer with a dome…. So what was the extra? Would he have only just sprayed the mixture if I didn’t do the extra? Didn’t come that clean not for almost 700 bucks….where the wall and the grout met at the baseboards, he should have cleaned that cause it looked bad. Water got under the baseboards and cause bubbles under them, I pointed it out and he said, “ that was there”. Lol ah ok you have been in my house for half and hour I’ve been here way longer and know my house plus the house was empty as I am selling it and it was freshly painted but the Bible’s where there? Lol ah ok . I would not recommend this place as it was a rip off…. Half the price maybe but not 700.

I had my ceramic tiles cleaned and sealed. We had moved into this house 5 yrs ago and had no idea that our grout was suppose to be a light color beige! Robert and Derrick was so professional and quick. They made my tile flooring look like new! I am very pleased and impressed with the work they did. Bait and switch, unprofessional techs. Carpet still dirty and still stains after paying $190 and was quoted $145 originally. Tech consistently made excuses as to why he can get stains out when he supposedly used a stain treatment and pre-spotter. Horrible service and definitely needs to be trained how to do their job and take care of customers. The absolute worst customer service experience ever!!!!

Ryan cld to say running early and came early. Came in and asked the demensions of area rug to be cleaned. (Demensions were given to the opr when i cld to make at) and were already written on his order. 7x9. Quoted price 73.00. Agreed to start. He was texting someone on his phone, and then noticed he was draining fluid on our grass area. Rug was throughly cleaned. When time to pay invoice, i payed with credit card, he swiped my card and told me the charge did not go through, as he pointed the debit charger to the sky and said oh this internet said i will have to call the card in. Calls jess from chem dry and verbally gives her my card number, she told him it did not go through, so i asked to speak with her. Needless to say my bank cld me to inform me Chem Dry had charged my account twice. I then cld jess and let her know they had charged my account twice. Did not feel comfortable with both jess and ryan knowing my number on my card. I wont be doing my business with this company. And have reported to Better Business Bureau. Bank is also aware. By the way Ryan asked me to help him move our round dining room table out of the way. He should have handed me the shampooing chem dry, so i could gave done his work for him. Last time I will engage with this company. Dissapointed and unsatisfactory, untrustworthy in every aspect.

Kyle and Robert cleaned & scotch-guarded our large beige sectional and it looks terrific. But the topper is our tile floor which extends thru out our house except for bedrooms. They cleaned & sealed the tile & grout and it looks brand-new, even though it’s 25 yrs old. VERY happy with their service - Sharp, professional, courteous, focused, and careful w our belongings

Called before arriving and actually came early, which was great. They did an excellent job all the way around. They are coming back to do our tile floors and return area rug. Also will be cleaning 6 dining room chairs.

I was not happy with the service. When the 2 technicians arrived, one instantly tried to upsell me to 2 more expensive options for carpet cleaning fron the original $40 per room coupon I had recieved. The technician implied that I would not get the best cleaning unless I paid for more that the basic carpet cleaning service they offered. It seemed very much like a bait and switch to me. He made it seem like I was getting less than his best efforts when he said well do the best we can after I refused to pay more than their advertising coupon. I told them I also wanted a bid to clean my slate (rock) flooring before they left. They only spent about 30-40 minutes cleaning all 4 rooms, and then as soon as I paid them, they qiickly left, forgetting to give me a bid for my slate cleaning. They were in and out in less than an hour in cleaning 4 rooms of carpeting, making me wonder how thorough a job they may not have done. There were items on the floor, including shoes in befroom closets that were never moved to clean the carpet beneath them.I will use a different company next time.

My usual person who cleans my carpet that does an awesome job wasnt available so they sent me someone else and I was not happy at all, he missed some areas.

From the time I first call to the time they left my home I was truly impressed. They called prior to arriving and were on time. The quality of the work they performed was 5 star. I would totally recommend Chem-Dry for you cleaning needs.

Booked a appt 2 weeks prior. Was given 2 time window choices. Selected 10-2. Day before, they call and confirm. Had to take the dog to daycare (the one who caused the need for the cleaning). Their tech calls me 8:45 and says he will be here within 45min. Told no, wont be back until 10. Says he will come back later. 1:00pm they call and say he is running late. 2:45-3:30. Told them unacceptable. I have to pick up dog by 5 - and if he comes that late, I cant get my dog before they close. NO attempt to keep their time window - and she really didnt care.In my opinion - ***DONT USE THESE PEOPLE****

We have used Chem-Dry multiple times. They show up on time, are very professional and do a great job. They have gotten stains out left by contractors that I could not get out. My carpet always looks brand new and smells fresh when they are done. Would highly recommend them.

We had this company come last November and we knew we had a lot of pet stains. We paid over $800 for the cleaning and the crew chief said it was the best we can do. He told me we would only need basic cleaning the next time. I had them come out again last week and had a coupon for three areas for $40 each = $120. The coupon also advertised that light switches, door knobs, hand rails and other high touch areas would be wiped down with a hospital grade disinfectant. My total came to $250 and there was no wipe down... Im going to try someone else next time.

They did a decent job for a a bit more than we were hoping to pay price 7 years ago. Unfortunately, they will not stop having their automated phone system call us asking us to use them again. Weve asked multiple times to be removed from their call list, but they have not done so.This was on prime display today, with the shelter in place order I was trying to work from home and got a call on my home phone. I was doing a 45 minute lecture but was my recording interrupted by their phone call and message in the background half way through. (We rarely get calls on our home phone so I hadnt expected any calls).It just reminded me how little integrity the company has - they will keep harassing you to try to drum up repeat business forever. Unless you want a reminder every couple months to use them again NEVER give this company your contact info or you will get unending spam calls. They do an adequate job, but arent particularly cheap or amazing, so go with a company that actually has enough integrity to know what please dont call me again means.

I have used Chem Dry for several years. We try to clean our carpets about every 6 to8 months. The Chem Dry company that we had used previously went bankrupt and Integrity took over their clients. This was the first time we used Integrity. The serviceman did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet. It’s just my wife and I and the carpet is only in the 4 bedrooms so it doesn’t get tremendous traffic and doesn’t really get very dirty.But my disappointment is that it normally takes about 4 hours or so for the carpet to dry. This time it took over 2 days. They were cleaned onThursday around 11:00am. Here it is Saturday morning around 10:20am and they are finally drying out. They are a little damp but we now feel comfortable walking on them. We actually had to cancel our cleaning service on Friday. We spent a lot of time on Friday using big towels to try to absorb the moisture.One of the reasons we started using Chem Dry is because they don’t use a lot of water so the carpet and padding don’t get soaked. One of our concerns has always been that when they get soaked, mildew can develop and cause the carpet to retain a musty odor. We don’t smell anything yet and hope that none develops.I am not sure what happened this time but I think it’s important to bring this to your attention so that it can be corrected going forward. ☹️
