Very detailed & thorough service.

Ive been using this place since Ive owned my F250 4x4. Always pay about $60, including a $15 tip. Not the greatest job, usually bugs left on the grille and windshield, and usually WAY too much slimy dressings, but overall a real decent job. Went this morning, they told my we cant do your truck because we have to do it outside... AND??.....I only left 1 star because I had to, to leave this review. NEVER AGAIN. Ill take my 3 vehicles elsewhere.

Is this place for real... So soo disappointed in the lack of effort. Going here is like getting robbed and punched in the face while they laugh at you and then spit on your car... dont waste your time, money, or energy. Really upsetting :/

Only went there due to time constraints. Usually go to Main St car wash in Riverside.

Im a returning customer and everytime I get my car washed here I havent had any complaints with the work done. Also customer service is good.

Weve been going here for years every week (2 cars )we paid $26.00 for the gold package on our brand new car Mazda and had mats and Interior for a few dollars extra no problem. Today they wanted to charge us 65.00 we said thats not right we never pay that much (the car is barely dirty) he said if we didnt like it we could leave. We asked for the manager he said I am the manager. Wow thats a great way to run your customers off! I guess you dont realize there are plenty of other car wash business.Were sitting at another car wash now paid 33.00 and everything is shaded and hand washed. Do the math we spent a lot of $ there.. that guy is costing you thousands in lost revenue

This place has gone up in pricing and on top of that taken away service. My dash and steering were still covered in dust. They sprayed the inside of the windows and forgot to wipe it off. I called back immediately and the manager told me, yes things change, new owners so prices go up and we provide less, things change. Seriously??

Sometimes they do a great job. Sometimes its average. Plan on sitting there for an hour or more.

They didn’t clean my carI had to go back to get it re cleaned on the inside then they tell me I have to pay extra to re clean the outside of my car and on top of all that my car is still dirty!!! If I could post pictures I would my first and last time going here !!!

Charged me $50 for a regular car wash on Honda civic said have to pay extra to wipe down the doors and windows when they do that everywhere for $20 complete car wash they are RIP offs

They do a very nice detailing of your vehicle. We have been to this place for more than 20 years. Give them your business...no run around and good ptices.

I was very impressed with service. They did very well job inside and outside of my Tahoe. And if you are not satisfied with something. They will correct it and make it right without and attitude. Wonderful service

This place is the worst car wash place. They pick what cars they want to wash first. I’ve outside and my car has been sitting there for 20 min not being touched. The workers are beyond lazy. This is sad.

First and foremost what they did right. The car wash was of the quality we expected. The lady at the end who did the polishing job performed well and we end up giving her a tip for the work.The bad: The management which can’t seem to communicate in English should you have a problem. They even walked alway from the issue and stop talking to you directly. The young lady at the cash register had better communication skills and effectively communicated with us on the problem. She told me to leave my phone number and wait for the owner to call me. I’ll update this posting should I get a call from the owner.The problem: We paid 30$ for their top of the line wash and they forgot to vacuum the trunk. Didn’t know how to open door and even though we put the key inside the vehicle. No customer service what so ever and Ohn wait we got damage in the front bumper that they said was done by a rock. Try to get them to give me their information and let the insurance companies deal with the situation. They simple walked alway and didn’t provide me with anything. I had to go into the office which the young lady told me to leave a phone number. I have little hope they’ll call back. But I’ll update should they call.Conclusion: Please don’t go here if you like your car. They won’t communicate with your complaints and quite frankly they think don’t care. Both managers can’t effectively communicate nor can they provide customer service you expect.

Great place for either a quick hand wash or full detail.

My wash was pretty good aside from lines on my car windows, my issue is that not only did they empty and throw out all the items I had in my compartment under the passenger seat (which they werent supposed to clean anyways), including my registration, but my valet key went missing as well. When I asked about it they didnt even offer to keep an eye out or take contact information in case it showed up.

Good and slow I cant take this kind of time in the future I need quick clean and out.

Over all good job, however the water runs out of the mirror, when you drive away.

I was assured that my car would be clean and it was not. I purchased a premium wash package and got a sloppy service. I would not recommend going here and i will not return.

The best car wash in town. The retailers leave no spot untouched, from windows to tires. Amanda, the cashier always has a smile and a friendly hello waiting for you. These are the reasons I go back each week. Thank you Amanda and all. Keep up the good work.

Good wash...slow getting it in through the carwash and getting it finalized it seems every car wash in the world now has one person on each car which seems to take so much more longer than used to but thats just the way Society is today I guess. Other than that I think theyre doing a fine job the people detailing your car after wash seem to actually care that what theyre doing and make sure that they are doing good job.

Great service. Spent a lot of time detailing the inside. Maybe wouldnt recommend if you are in a hurry. The guy detailed the inside for 45 mins not exaggerating. That was after it was vacuumed and went through the wash.

Good wash & detail. Workers are consciousness and do a great job. Prices are in line with the same type of car washes. The line is slow, however. Be prepared for at least an hour and a half.

I was very impressed with their carwash, and I am a picky person when it comes to my car.The service was excellent and the wash was fabulous. I even asked them for a card for when you have it signed you earn a free wash once its filled.

I was very happy with my car wash. When I took my car in it was filthy inside and out. Moreno Valley shows no mercy to cars with their very fine dirt that just seems to come from no where. WOW! My car looked great, smelled great & drove better because it was squeaky clean. Thank you Sunnymead Car Wash.

I go here from time to time. Mainly to get my inside windows done. This time I was not so pleased. I have stuffed doggies in my rear window, I guess I should have moved them. I can see where it wasnt done well. Other than that they did a good job.

Takes waaaaaaaaay too long. I arrived at 1:45 PM and it is now 2:30 and I am still waiting my car hasnt even gone through the wash yet and there was only 3-4 cars in front of me. My usual car wash in 45 minutes I wouldve already been driving home and thats a long wait for them! This is ridiculous. Ive seen about 8 cars go through even though I got here before all these other people.

I am very surprised reading the negative reviews about Sunnymeade Car Wash. Ive had nothing but great service here with all my cars. They set a high bar for thoroughness. I have since moved to Ohio and wish I could have taken Sunnymead Car Wash with me. We visit family over the holidays. If we drive, there will always be a visit to this terrific place.

This car wash is hit or miss. Depending on how hot it is and who you get to clean your car, you may get a thorough car wash or a half-@$$ed car wash.

I go here every two weeks to get my car washed. My car has aftermarket suspension so the ground clearance is minimal. They wash, armor all, clean windows inside and out and vacuum for $20. And its completely hand wash since it cant run in the tracks for the wash. They take about 30 minutes for this type of wash. But they do an exceptional job. Wedsndays are their discounted days around $2.00-5.00 off

Disapointed this time waterspot on my paint water spots on the mirror and paid 30 dollars plus tip could of made sure on the water spot was gone but nope

Good hand wash, nice staff, and our vehicles come back nice and clean. I dont get the tire treatment anymore because when I get home to Sun City the treatment, (black specks) flys off onto the sides of my white Nissan Titan and leaves a mess! Its a pain wiping it off a few times. I have been going here for years. They are better than any car wash in Menifee!

Washed and wax my car on 8/6, noticed on 2 days after there were wax drip lines on the side of the car, under the mirror on both sides . I tried to remove it but was unable to do so . I went back to this company and was told I will have to rewash the car, my cost, and I did not give them instructions to blow out the mirror, this is the first time I am waxing my car. I was also told that everyone knows that this may happen . The company made no attempt to remove the lines. Will not recommend this establishment.

They do a great job, however they do not take your car in the order you come in. Took an hour on a slow day. I doubt I will be back, as this is the second time, Ive been here. Too bad, because I tip well.

Waited 45 minutes just for them to start the car wash. Either they are short staffed or not doing them in order. There was no line when i drove up. Never coming here again.

The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because it takes a while to get your car washed here. However, they do a very good and thorough job.

Good service and price

Before I came my car was dusty, and really needed a vacuum. Afterwards My car was clean and spotless, afterwards. They even took they time to clean the hard to reach areas where crumbs get stuck and hard to get out.

Cleaned the car very well

Terrible. Today I was talked into the $30 special and was pleased with that I thought it came along with. The person taking the order was very nice. After my car was finished I tipped the man and proceeded on my way home. I start to realize my dash was still dirty with dust, I had red lint all over my windows and interior from the towels they used, and my rims were still dirty. Mind you my car was pretty clean to begin with because I just bought it a week ago. When I called and asked the lady questions as to what exactly came with this package, she didnt even know. I was told it was too busy for her to talk to me at the moment but I insisted on waiting and spoke to the owner who didnt seem so interested on my issue but did however say that I could come back. I didnt I just did it myself and I will NOT be returning!

They wash your car ok but some finishers take forever as they conversate with everyone slowing down production. So far ea time ive been there, they didnt clean inside of windshield or used dirty rags so streaked big time. First time i was there they didnt wipe down back seat cuz party evidence was still there.

I paid $70 for a piss poor job. I took the car back to get it re-done however, the pearson who took my order wasnt there and was told come back the next day. I went back the next day and the person was not there again. I was told to come back the next day. I spoke to the manager/owner? And asked him he was going to adress the problems with my $70 wash, he said come tomorrow. What a horrible manager, he is could not make a decision on the spot to correct the problem. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!! YOU SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I called 4 pm on a saturday to ask what time they close and whats the latest i could bring my car in they said 5 pm and they said as long as its here before 440 i went at 425 and they tokd me they were too busy too see me i called to complain since i showed up way before 5 and the manager said if i want my car washed that bad to just come back 2morrow then he hung up before i said a word. I will not be returning.
