Decent car wash but whats the point of paying $17 you cant get your tires shined

Really like this place to have a car wash and take off to air drive, excellent service.

The place is decent no hassle to get your wash.... But the 1 things that has been a consistent issue for me is the tire shine..... After I vacuum my car which take about 30mins to a hour depending on if I thoroughly clean my inside... I pull to side next to the vacuum area and wait for the tire job.... I usually sit there for about 30mins or more before I have to go ask them for the service which is something I should not have to do...

I got carwash yesterday rained...paid 15$ then called they said owell no rainchecks ...never going back

First I always come here for the convenience of a quick wash. Lately when I bring my cars I pay for the package with tire dressing. After my wash I parked dried my car and was expecting at least on of the four guys that were just standing outside talking to offer walk up and apply the tire dressing but they were to deep in their conversation to even do their job. Because I am a manager if they were my employees they would be fired.

I brought my 4x4 in after a rough day in the mud. $13 later or is shining again. Very good inexpensive yet effective car wash. The young lady at the entrance took extra time to hose of the mud. This extra service will ensure that I return.

It was something I did for the little ones because they seem to like going thru the carwash so 🤷🏽‍♀️ I get a wash and some laughs in one. Very clean place. Modern and staff are nice.

While I havent used every self-serve car wash in the area, of the ones that I have used, this one is my favorite. The prices are very reasonable, getting more for your money, and the clean is fairly thorough for an automated car wash. Plenty of vacuuming bays, towel comes with your car wash, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

I dont like to take my car to machine washes, but when Im short on time I like to come here. Wash does a good job and I have never had any issues.

Need a soapy joes out this way! no towel offered on all washes, and i just wanted to vacuum till the mf told me 7$ 🤔🤔🤔 i think thats how the employees make tips. (but he put it off on the manager) Regardless, ill waste my gas for the vacuum at shell gas station opposite side of town and tip the cashier for nothing! #blessings

All drive thru businesses in Moreno Valley are following these recommendations in addition to touch free payment. Not iCarwash. The cashier was shoving his unmasked face in driver car windows. I could see the driver in front of me asking the man to back up. He ignored their request. All other staff were also unmasked. No gloves and no distancing. I tried to pull out to leave this place but was stuck as someone was behind me. When I paid, the unmasked cashier put his face in my window, too. Again he ignored my request to step back. Dont go here.

Quick and helpful

I went to the car wash with my truck, the truck came off the rails I had all my children and I cannot see one thing and I had to wait until the employee noticed that my truck was off the rails so he could stop the wash I received a lot of damage to my truck and the owner never ever bother to call me regarding this issue when I called they just told me all they can provide me is an email and I needed to keep emailing them. Absolutely no customer service and terrible management not once was the safety of my children or myself a concern to these people!

I need a quick wash. I drove up to the place and asked for a regular wash. The car went through and then I noticed my car had soap suds and residue from the soap. I touched up my car and left. Not coming back anytime soon.

I take my car here every time! My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the company, this last time, the vacuum smelled like Marijuana. Disgusting!

I love this car wash and I definitely will be going back for another wash. I went last Saturday and received a wash and I was very satisfied with how clean my car came out. Only thing that people might have a problem with is sometimes the blower doesnt dry your car completely off so you have to dry the wet spots with a towel but it wasnt a huge issue for me.

No discernible difference from the most expensive express wash from the cheapest. Honestly the 5 dollar gas station wash is the same quality. The air dryers at the end barely blew any water off my truck and I basically paid $12 extra for a $5 quick wash and self hand dry by myself. Came to the conclusion they give you the little microfiber towel because they know it will come out soaking wet.I also went for the $25 dollar and was talked out of it, cant come back to a place that talks you out of a sale.

Went there and all the people looked like they were in a daze like they just woke up and didnt want to be there. I asked the attendant if he could unscrew my antenna, simple enough right? After a long pause he was like ooookay.I paid for some of their extras like rim cleaner ECT and didnt get them. Total waste dont get the extras!

To all the people complaining about not getting the full service wash or it not meeting your expectations. Go to an actual full service car wash. You cant please everyone I guess. I love the cleanliness of my truck when Im rolling out of there. Busy? Yes, if its on the weekend. I go when they first open up. Fresh water, good service, free towel, and tires wiped down for me. Never have a problem here as I have with other car washes like this place. Best place in town in my opinion.

The wash was not the greatest. I did have somewhat of high expectations because I payed for the 17 dollar service. This place needs a lot of maintenance work. Vacuum cleaner doesnt work. The hooks where you put the mats to clean them were broken. First time going to this location and I can certainly say I wont be going back

I love coming here for washes. Its quick, easy and inexpensive. They always remind me about my antenna.

We paid $25 (approximately) and left a $5 tip for what was supposed to be a full-service wash. By theory and definition, a full-service wash is an all-inclusive (complete outside and interior). Rather, we received a wash one would say had been done by a teenager. My eight year old nephew could have done a far better job. Do yourself and your vehicle a favour and spend your money wisely elsewhere.

This place is a dump! After getting my car washed I had water spots soap suds and a lot of dirt still left on my vehicle. The vacuums didnt work properly and its extremely dirty where you vacuum your vehicle avoid this place! Find another car wash and spend your money wisely!!!

Me and my boyfriend usually come here for our carwashes. They have the automatic drive through wash as well as the drying area with mat holders and vacuums. If you purchase one of the top wash packages the staff will detail your car for you. Every time Ive gone its been pretty crowded but they have plenty of place to drive off your car and to vacuum after the wash.

Fast and easy service. You just pay the individual at the front booth. Pull into the wash, put your car in N and just let the machine do its job. after a wash you can always vacuum you car for free. Theres a bit of a wait for a vacuum on a busy day, but hey its free!!

I was hoping it would be better than the other car washes but they were not. I also paid for the 17 dollar wash. I got no air freshener, even though the guy said he would get it for me. There was a long line of cars. When my car was done washing it still had soap on it. Then the dryers blew on my car, but pushes the ass end of your car out before drying. OK no big deal, it is what it is right? Thats why they gave me a nice towel, Ill just dry it off when I vacuum my car...lol...what a joke. Not one parking spot in sight. Not one vacuum open. No big deal, its busy. So I sit there, driving around in circles waiting for a spot to open. They say there is a 5 minute vacuum rule...not true. No one is kicking the people out that are just chilling, not using vacuum any more or working on their cars. 15 minutes of frustration, I gave up! Needless to say I will not ever go back, nor recommend this car wash. My 6 year old could have cleaned my car better.

I paid for the armour all on my tires. They did 1 tire and when I asked he wanted to argue. Ok guys. Listen to the Liberty Mutual commercial...half a car. Seriously!!!

I signed up for the monthly car wash pass. I used the car wash the same day I signed up. They had a very hard time scanning my pass and asked for my credit card several times. So the next week when I checked my account, they charged for a regular car wash and the monthly charge. So that night after work I went by to just cancel everything because I do not trust this company on what they will charge me next month. They would not refund my money. DO NOT sign up for the monthly pass.

Got the $12 wash my car had sap and bird poop that was dried on for a few days, the wash took everything off and my car shines like the day I drove off the dealer lot. Staff is great and they armor all your tires while you vacuum

Good place for a quick car wash. A lil crowded but its what you will expect from a good place.

This is a drive through car wash with staff to guide you during the process. There is also a covered section with vacums and to finish drying off your car. They also have a monthly membership for 3 different wash packages. It dies get busy on the weekend even early in the morning.

Lowest price in town with an option to purchase monthly. Who could beat that !

I had hope that it would be better then the gas station but it was far worse. First the kid forced his way between my truck and the pay station ( As if I could not figure it out) Then he folded my mirror into my truck to get out of his tight spot. Taking off the antenna was fine but using it to tap on my window I did not like. then half way through the system stopped. After sitting for 10 min with soap on my truck it started up. It never did any of the wax or rinse or seal but sent my truck thru the dryer with soap on it. At that point the kid was no where to be found and after trying to find him for 10 min I went home to put my antenna back on and wash the soap off my truck and clean my windows. Needless to say I will go back to paying the lower price at the gas station for a better service and much more competent employees. Yes I have shared my experience with friends and neighbors who have wondered about using this service.

Not a good place to wash your car. Number one dont ger too busy while your car is washi g becasue your car will slam into their wall! Yes... my car slammed into their wall... there are not enough free vacuums for washers! Cost too much for these inconveniences. There are plenty of self washers around MOVAl why go here?

Please do not go to this car wash if you want your car cleaned. I pulled up to this place kinda puzzled because it looks like a drive thru car wash. So I ask the girl at the window if its full service and she states yes. So I ask the prices and she points to a kiosk that lists prices. So I take the $17 dollar one thinking that is the full service one. I drive through the wash and pull into the vacuum area. She then tells me you wanted full service right... I state yes. She says its$25. So I agree thinking thats more inline with full service. She takes my card and then another girl comes out and says its$13 more instead of the$8 difference. I am like WTH? There is no way Im paying$30 for a drive through car wash. They did do a good job on the inside but the outside was still dirty and so were my rims. I wound up cleaning the rims myself along with the spots the drive thru didnt. I wont be back.

Spent 9.00 for car wash and car came out dirty. Asked them to run it thru again and they refuse to. The kid running it wanted to use w index and towel to clean my car. They said was my fault for not wiping down the car. Who rubs dirt into there car. What a bunch dumb a-----

Pricing is great! Workers are pleasant! You arent rushed out when you vacuum and detail your car after the automatic carwash. Definitely my go-to carwash every couple weeks! The best part is you get a free towel with your carwash to help dry or wipe down anything afterwards.

First off, this place is Excellent! Im a Fast Pass member and have been for 3 years, I pay for the Monster wash package and get full armorall hand applied every time I wash. I dont know what these 2 recent reviews are talking about, Rhonda Prater and Trish Whit, these people are clueless as to what is going on. They already seem like bitter and negative people. They are complaining about the fast pass and charging twice, this has Never happened to me in 3 years, and I know there are hundreds of memberships at iWash Express, my family members and coworkers have them also. So if she had a unique experience probably from her own incompetence than she should deal with it without bashing on a great carwash. And for Trish Whit, the kind gesture for the carwash to take off the antenna for us is worth a couple bucks itself. They also do that extra mile and post by the machines so you dont have to reach over and your fat leans over the side of the door. Why are you complaining? The signs are everywhere indicating the requirement to enter the tunnel, even Gas station carwashes post signs, except gas stations have crappy equipment, small tunnel, no free vacuum and no employees to help with anything. The wash cleans beautifully, precise timing of machines, soap dispenses on all the wash types, rinses with clear coat, rain x and spot free and 7 dryers, the car is 90% dry by machines only. Who can complain about that after a 3 minute wash? Trust me, Im a picky person, I drive 2014 Chevy Tahoe, I am meticulous about the cleaniness and the service I get. The employees are awesome, super friendly, good looking, well behaved and full of customer service. No other Express carwash will Hand Apply Armorall on your tires for $11. You would have to pay $25 to a hand wash and wait 1 hr to get that. I reiterate this place is great. The vacuums work so well, I have no issues with it and I love the location on Sunnymead. They also have a cool sleak design and a big digital monitor rotating ads. And if you are an Active Military Personnel who get a discount on your carwash. HIGHLY RECOMMEND its a MUST GO!
