4 and a half stars..Service was very good. The venue was beautiful, however the bathroom supplies ran short.

Not gonna lie it was a nice hall but the staff & management were rude & didnt honor their contract we had the hall rented until 12a.m & the staff was kicking us all out by 10:30 we had family coming from out of town & we told staff we had the hall for an hour & a half they didnt care & jus asked us if we had our contract & refused 2 serve our guest pass 10:30 I will never refer my friends & family 2 this place I do not recommend this place 2 any1 unless ur looking 4 problems

My Daughter Had Her Quinceanera Here 2 Months Ago, Flowers Looked Like Wedding Flowers Instead Of A Quinceanera. And Can I Just Say The Coordinator Was Very Unprofessional. How does a Coordinator run 2 different halls in one night??? The Coordinator went away for almost 1 hour and said that their was a emergency at the other hall? Um Ive never seen a Coordinator run 2 halls in one night. Because of that we didnt get to have the brindies and she didnt even announce the cake cutting. She ended up cutting the cake herself and she didnt even say nothing to the DJ to announce that cake was ready. Instead a bunch of cake was left over. Bathrooms also need an upgrade. Payed for the diamond package and this was the service I received. Unprofessional. I only put 3 stars only because the rest of the decor was perfect but other than that work with your staff and have better service for future events. Disappointed

The parking, security, location and venue are great. They need better service and are not clear when explaining pricing. It takes a long time to get a hold of someone.

Took a very long time to get back to me about possibly booking. Made an appointment and then when I walked in they said they had a client and for me to look around. Very unorganized. Why even make an appointment???? Then I was told they were pretty booked... if someone would’ve responded to my first inquiry they may have not been booked.

The hall is beautiful but some of the lead staff are very rude and lack communication skills. My granddaughter was running across the stage and was yanked off and yelled at by a staff member. She is 2 yrs old. There were no signs asking to keep off. The candy table and cake were not offered till after 10:00pm. More than half the guests had already left. The cost was waaay too much for the staff and services we got. Very rude and DJ did not play what was asked of him.

Its a great place to do parties recommend this hall for all occasions.

If you are African American then this is not the place they will try to overcharge you but not if you speak Espanol.

All the little details were covered above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a dream birthday party. All the staff was very helpful and polite. All my parties will be booked here from now on. Gustavo and all the team that night were always available and kind. The bartenders were amazing, the DJ was excellent, and the food was delicious. All the staff from the day of decorating to the day of the party were wonderful. Security guards on duty were professional and accommodating. And a special Thank you to Raquel the video girl and to the photograp,her the were very patient with my family.... Thank you Hollywood Hall for helping us celebrate our daughters Sweet 16. You were amazing!!

Mercedes and her team were amazing! My daughters Sweet 16 was just held here and I received nothing but positive feedback from our family and friends who attended. The decor was exactly what we wanted and Gustavo was great! When I requested a plate of food for a guest who arrived late, he did not hesitate in assisting me. Overall my daughter had a great time and could not be happier with the results. This team is flexible and they always were willing to answer questions or concerns that we had, especially since this was our first Sweet 16. The food was great and the cake was so moist and delicious. Thank you Hollywood Hall for everything!

Very nice staff, got more then we had paid for. The owner is very sweet very helpful. I needed very little decorations science the hall has a lot of decor already. They kept the tables nice and clear of trash all Night. Even the security guys were very nice keep everything under control. Highly recommended.

I went to this venue for a graduation party, my friends and I had lots of fun, they had a private patio so we could chill out, and we had lots of fun with the photobooth. Staff was great. There was a random incident at the parking lot but their security personal took professional care of it and let us enjoy our event inside. This venue is really nice.

Nice Lil hall

This is a great venue for events such as quinceañeras, weddings, graduation parties, etc!I had my graduation party here in June, 2018. The food was delicious, the decorations were spot on, and the drinks were great. Gustavo was the main person who helped us with planning everything and was really nice. He made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Gustavo is friendly, is reachable through phone, and is willing to call you if he has any questions or to clear up any confusion in order to produce the best event possible. Overall, I was very pleased with my graduation party and I hope to have another event there in the near future.

Boi for my first time being here it was a great experience. Ill for sure be coming back here for any of my events. The food, staff, drinks, and security were excellent!

Anyone booking The Hollywood Hall and going through reviews. Let me tell you how lucky you will be to have Merce in your life. I booked her and fell in LOVE with her. Ive Never personally met her, Never seen the venue, Never have I ever experience such a good soul before. I booked her venue and I live in Oklahoma city. The one time I got to see her and the reveal, was my wedding day. She out did herself. My wedding was the talk till this day. March 16th was literally the best day ever. If anything did go wrong I had no idea because she was so calm and made everything like a dream. Food was on point, the open bar a hit, the DJ literally played the best. The florist made my jaw drop. The staff had eyes like a hawk and went above and beyond. Security were super friendly and professional. Photobooth had a line for days. Not to mention Merce decor. GLAM! I did not worry about anything. I wish her the best because she delivers the best. If I lived closer I would be stopping by with coffee or shots to just talk. I admire her hustle and customer service. love you Merce forever my friend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I absolutely love this place including Mercedes and her staff. Ive went to 3 parties here and just had my daughters quinceanera there this weekend. everything was absolutely amazing, food, decor, and a very attentive coordinator. From the littlest details to the biggest just made it such a wonderful day. One small example out of many details that was unforgettable, out of 250 people we had. The servers noticed I stepped away from my plate of food to greet guests, they asked my table if it was ok that they were taking my plate to the back to keep warm. and went to mention it to me. Talk about outstanding service. My family and my self were well taken care of. I definitely recommend the hall and am positive I will be booking more events here. Me encanta este lugar, incluyendo a Mercedes y su personal. Fui a 3 fiestas aquí y tuve el quinceanera de mi hija allí este fin de semana. Todo fue absolutamente increíble, comida, decoración y un coordinador muy atento. Desde los detalles más pequeños hasta los más grandes, el día fue maravilloso. Un pequeño ejemplo de muchos detalles que fue inolvidable, de las 250 personas que tuvimos. Think it was overpriced for the area but the staff was helpful it was clean and decorated nicely but for the money I think you can definitely get a little more bang for your buck my advice would be to look around after all it is Moreno Valley

I can say that if you are looking for a room for events of a very good size and good prices and nice where you will not suffer for parking, this is the ideal place, the food is very tasty and the cakes are delicious, if you want to organize your event in Moreno Valley this is a magnificent place.
