We celebrated my daughter’s baby shower in the smaller venue and it was amazing! We got so many compliments for our decorations which wouldn’t have looked so nice if the venue wasn’t so pristine! I recommend this place for any kind of celebration.

Dont waste your money. I just left a Quince that was supposed to end at midnight but they started cleaning up and picking up chairs, linens, etc and turned on the lights at 11:20. The banda was under contract until 12 but had to leave early because of this mishap. Doesnt seem right that my family paid for a hall for a certain amount of hours and that contract was breached. They lost out on the half hour of banda. To make matters worse the bartender took off his shirt ready to fight when they were questioning it. Very, very unprofessional all around. Save your money and go else where. Unless u dont mind your party coming to an abruptly.

Decent Service,but my family thought they were a little pricey. Everything looked clean. Staff was friendly.

Professional and clean environment. All the event staff was professional and proper. Robert the bartender was great, friendly and make delicious drinks and attentive

Attended my brother in laws quincenera and it was over before the time they had which was midnight. The lights came on before 1130. My wife pointed out how they were already stacking the chairs, taking off the linen off the tables while we were all sitting there enjoying the music and drinks. Then the security came around telling us to finish our drinks and go cause they had to set up for another party for the next day. We saw a commotion in the corner and all we saw was the barteneder with his shirt off ready to fight. Very unprofessional period. From being kicked out to the altercation. The worst part is the music band that was there wasnt cheap and they lost out on 30 minutes of that too. I was telling my wife to look into this hall for our daughters quince but we are good after this experience.

Just went there 2 days ago for a cousins 16th birthday party and it is such a great place for parties!

They cant get anything right. Even Whats stated in your contract, they dont uphold to there end. The new owners are absolutely horrible. We spent $14,000 on a wedding and I wouldnt refer this venue to my worst enemy. They are as unprofessional as they come. If I could go under 1 star I would.

Had some issues with my contract but Ray and Angelica were awesome and helped me resolve those issues.

A nice place to have an event reasonable prices, very clean and Decorated.

I just had my mother’s retirement party here. This place is beautiful and the staff was very helpful. They were really flexible to my needs since I brought in my own catering etc. Ms. Lilly in particular was very helpful. I called her many times and she went above and beyond and made sure I was satisfied. My guest were in awe of the place and many compliments were given. Tom was also great as he stayed during my event and made sure everything was okay. Many of my family members can’t wait to throw another event here!

Came to this place for the first time to take a look at itsaw the reviews and pictures so I booked an appointmentI’m planning to get married in OctoberSo I had an appointment with (Lili)It was day and time to for the day to see it in person me and my fiancé were super excited cuz pictures looked beautifulCalled that I was there already there too look at the place and some guy answered and said he was going to call Lili cuz she wasn’t there yet and hung up on me20 minutes passed waited in my car and didn’t get a call or nothing saying she was going to be late he finally opened the door after 25 minutesAnd said you can come in without any apology Lili still wasn’t there and the guy didn’t mentioned anything he just left us there like we were nobodyWe left he did not even notice till this time we never got a call back from them saying they were sorry for the inconvenienceVERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICEIMAGINE THEY ARE LIKE THAT I COULDNT EVEN IMAGINE WITH OUR GUESTS

Lily and Ray were extremely helpful and understanding! They made the entire process super easy, really happy!

Definitely a beautiful venue and stress free. My husband and i enjoyed our special day. Thank you Lily for coordinating everything and going above and beyond to make everything perfect.

Excellent service provided to our family by the secretary(Lilly). She has been very helpful since day 1 and recently with the covid 19 situation as soon as I called to ask about postponing our Quinceañera event with no hesitation was very helpful and willing to work with us on a different date. I highly recommend this venue.

I had my wedding there on October 4th.. and Everything was just as I dreamt it would be .. Lily and Karina are such wonderful people .. And Tom was also very helpful and attentive, he made sure everything was to my liking .. The decoration of the Hall was amazing .. The food was delicious and I can honestly say that if I could give them 10 Stars ⭐️.. I definitely would .. My Wedding was a hit .. and I can’t wait for my daughters Quinceanera next December ❤️.. Thank you London Garden staff for making my day the most amazing 🥰
