Gail is super nice and professional! She gave us a bunch of snacks for our daughter also. Storage unit seems very secure and it is in a nice area. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Hi everyone we rented a storage today from Western States self storage. It is also better you dont go into the office with too many people as they follow guidelines for covid 19 regulations. I gotta tell you that Gail is amazing and super friendly. She drove us around to several storages so we can choose the right storage for the amount of stuff we needed to store. The whole place is very clean. Each storage unit comes alarmed and there are security cameras throughout the place that I really like. I also like that you can rent month to month. Thank you Gail Merry Christmas everyone.

We have rented with Western States a few times over the past ten years and wouldnt go anywhere else. They take amazing care of us, the facility is clean and safe and accessible and prices are very fair. They also offer us a 10% military discount, which is awesome. Highly recommend.

Thank you Western State Self StorageI’ve rented with these guys for years.These last few months has really been hard for us in keeping up with the bills financially due to our current pandemic. As many would agree.I spoke to one employee and she advised me that they can help waive late fees BECAUSE of the pandemic, which would have been extremely helpful at least this one time, but when I spoke to the actual manager, she stated that she wouldn’t do it and I needed to pay in full. If the employees can stay on the same page and not tell people they can waive late fees due to economic hardship and then go against it, that would be appreciated.Becoming financially unstable isn’t most of the people’s decisions. This pandemic has caused a great number of problems and we can only do so much to stay afloat.

The lady at the front desk helped me rent out a storage unit. She was a sweetheart and super helpful. She provided me with all the information I needed. I was unfamiliar with the facility but she showed me the exact location of my unit. Which was super helpful! she also gifted me with a few goodies before leaving. Great place, friendly service. Ive been a tenant there for a few years now and never had a problem. Only one small issue with the payment process, but was cleared in couple days. Other than that small thing, they have been good to me. even when it came to asking questions or having any concerns- they came through.

I rented a 10 x 10 space. The sign up process went smoothly and the property manager (Gail) was very helpful. It couldn’t have been easier. Property appears to be safe and well protected. They also have a loaner rental truck, which is a big plus!

Jessica and her mom are great. They went out of their way to help me get set up in my storage unit and they have great discounts. They even went so far when I had to go into a bigger unit, they and their maintenance guy helped me move my very big and heavy sofa over to my new unit. They bring the small town service and care to me and my family. I highly recommend Western States Self Storage.

Was there for over 3years, had 3unitss condensed down to one ex-large unit, no bugs was good, but lost most my income, and if you dont pay one month, you CANNOT MAKE PARCHELL PAYMENTS SOOOO, I LOST MY WHOLE LIFE THERE. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE A FACILITY THAT CAN SELL YO DEAD PARENTS BELONGINGS AND PICS ALL YOUR KIDS BABY PICTURES AND THEIR DEAD FATHERS. WE HAVE NOTHING NOT EVEN A BED, THEY WOULD Never WORK WITH ME AFTER PATRONIZING THEM THOSE YEARS AND HAD SPENT ALOT OF MONEY WITH THEM. IM 57YEARS OLD 2 YOUNG Kids, AND SICKLY AND WE COULDNT EVEN FET THEIR ATTENTION TO LET US BUY BACK AT OUR MEMORIES AND ALL OF OUR TAX PAPERS DEATH CERTIFICATES, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS, CHECKS....JUST I PRAY THAT WE DONT GET VICTIMIZED THROUGH THEM NOT EVEN CARING ABOUT US GETTING IDENTITY THEFT...IM SO SADDENED BY HOW THOSE COMPANIES WORK THAT FOR OTHERS TO GAIN CONTROL OVER OUR IDENTITIES.

Do not lose your income Gail does not work with renters and is ridiculous over fees. No partial payments rent is due on the 1st and if it is not paid, you lose gate access on the 2nd. But youre not charged a late fee until the 10th but dont have access after the 1st? Craziness and I do not suggest Western States Storage at least THIS location.

They are simply amazing! Great staff, secure facilities, clean and easy access.

Worse place ever. Infested with cockroaches. Total thieves in office. Set up units to sell in auction and screw people out. Total crooks working there. On top of everything they hide from problems. Never call back. Manager never there etc etc. Total thieves including auctioneers.
