Please be careful of this place, there was a recent break in where almost $100,000 worth of tools and our entire trailer were stolen overnight. In addition, other trailers and RVs were broken into. The front desk staff was not helpful at all. The video surveillance that they edited and showed to the sheriff was too blurry and almost seemed like they did that on purpose. For a place that prides so much on security and charges a large amount, you would think they would invest on better surveillance system and higher security. How could they not notice someone steal a 25ft trailer from the parking lot? A code is needed to enter and exit yet they will not let us know how the system was breached? This almost feels like an inside job given that they have someone working the graveyard shift that stays on the premises. Please be careful and do not store here unless you enjoy getting your items stolen/broken into.

Storage people have a good follow through. Letty was helpful and took the time to help us find the right spot as it was difficult to park. She also stayed in later to finish paper work.

Brittany was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She explained everything in great detail and made sure we understood everything about the space renting process. We are happy that our motor home is in a safe, secure, covered location.

I am Michael from Langley BC Canada…I left my Chevy 3500 Truck & 32-foot 5th Wheel Trailer at StorQuest Moreno-Valley CA for a year…I stored them in a 50-foot covered drive through unit spot & I had no damage or other problems while in storage…If I had any questions or anything needed done to help, the staff was very friendly & happy to help…I needed my truck & trailer shipped back to Canada and it was a lot easier because of the very-helpful staff…Brittany went above & beyond regular service to help with all the driver’s showing up to tow my truck & trailer…Brittany contacted the shipping company to make sure the pick-up times where correct & guided the drivers to my truck & trailer. She always stayed in touch with me to keep me updated with every driver showing up…The 1st driver did not know how to un-attach a 5th wheel hitch & Brittany helped guide him over the phone with me & Google really helped…haha! She also stayed late after work just to make sure the driver left safe with my truck…My trailer tire blew just before I stored it and Brittany helped with finding the closest tire service near them. Les Schwab Tires showed up & put the new tire back on & secured the spare back into its spot on the trailer. While Brittany was my eyes, ears & made sure they did the job right & everything was properly in place when they left…The 2nd driver had trouble raising the front legs of my trailer & Brittany stayed late again to help & make sure the trailer took off safe & sound.Brittany also took pictures & sent them too me during this whole process of shipping my truck & trailer back home.Brittany went above & beyond with helping me and you can truly tell she has great character, loves her job, loves helping people and I totally make her an annuaire Canadian in my circle…Brittany left me feeling less stressed & anxious with dealing with all the drivers moving my truck & trailer home…I would totally recommend StorQuest Moreno-Valley California for anyone wanting to store their vehicles or trailers!!!Next time I’m in the area, I will be sure to stop by and drop off a 50-pack of Timbits Donuts… 😊Michael Allen Brooker

They do a very good job and keeps your thing safe

Prices keep going up about 10% every 6 months. They dont offer anymore value for these increases. The facility is in disrepair, the gravel roads are eroded and very uneven. The lack of gravel results in major dust and mud. The keypads for the gates are hard to reach from vehicle or motorhome without getting out first, or without very very careful maneuvering. There are a large number of clearly abandoned vehicles which is a rat concern.

Prime location next to the freeway. Safe and secure with a great on site staff!!!

Great place to store a large RV. I shopped around and this was the best...location, price, etc. Tamela is helpful, understanding, and easy to work with.

We just started storing our RV at STORQUEST and are very satisfied with the customer service and professionality we encountered. We live in South OC and still would prefer to keep our RV in Moreno Valley over many other facilities we have researched.

Havent parked my RV yet, but on the phone the office is very helpful, and very nice. The prices cant be beat (July2017) right now, for Inland Empire storage.
